I feel amazing I’m 63 after serious accident including fractured spine I tarted 2 weeks ago I will be doing this every day only from 20 February I will have operation on my 2 feet but I will not stop doing your practice whatever I will manage I will do thank you for your dedication to help people like me ❤
Quick, energetic and awakening--if you do this routine in the morning as I did-- and very effective! I have lower back issues in the sacrum area, not the lumbar region, but this routine helped stretch the muscles in the sacrum. This was a routine to refresh the targeted areas and it did just that!
Another great and useful practice to stretch out my lower body. By using these videos I'm actually hitting the golf ball farther now than I did 4 years ago. Many blessings to you, Kierstie!
I am glad to see you put out a new one. I live in a different state than my mom. I recently started doing lives on Facebook where I follow your videos and she will join me on the live and do it with me. She isn't motivated enough to do this kind of thing on her own but it's very very helpful for her. I have been at it for a few weeks now and the last two Saturdays my hubby who is a mountain bike racer and in good fitness joined us to follow you and even he says the moves are beneficial and enjoys doing them together with us. I just wanted to thank you and I always make sure I let everyone who watches know that Its your voice telling us what to do 😁
Thank you Kierstie.👏👏😁👍First time on here today, on ANY yoga video..with all kinds of degenerative stuff going on in my whole spine and hips. This was a lovely, gentle, movement session which I thoroughly enjoyed! I love how relaxed your beautiful dog was throughout too! 🤣🥰
I hope I'll be able to get stronger doing these. I'm dealing with a torn diaphragm so didn't push myself too hard, which is sad, because these AREN'T things that would normally be pushing myself. 😢 I am so glad I discovered your videos in January, though, as they're helping me to be more active than I've been capable of in years.
Love your workouts so much. Please if you have any yoga exercises for peripheral neuropathy hands and feet, i would be so grateful. I do 3x your yoga each morning- not 60 yet but stiff as a board and had 2x back ops so don't want to push too hard. You the Best! DSF South Africa
Omg. Thank you Kierstie. My body feels Amazing! I pray God will continue to bless you with many more exercises to bless those of us who experience physical challenges. 🙏🏾💕
Brilliant workout. I too cannot wait for Level 4. After 2 back ops and peripheral neuropathy, i started slowly and LOVE ALL YOUR VIDEOS. Not forced to listen to an hour and many questions only to never get the exercise is annoying as is yhe case with most on-line classes - what a surprise at your easy access and freely available. Massively grateful. Thank you so much from South Africa. Di
This practice has made a huge difference in my back and hips. I combine this with the short core and the shoulder/neck practice at least every other day. Thank you!
Thanks for this video. I am young but dealing with debilating illnesses. I had my first consultation with a physical therapist and I told them I missed being able to hike and do yoga. They reccomended I try chair yoga which I thought was a wonderful suggestion. I felt so stiff and out of touch with my body trying this, I teared up many times but I hope it's a good first step towards my physical therapy journey to healing.
Amazing - can't thank you enough for all the chair yoga. I live in Oz but had a 5 way bypass in Seattle when living there in 2006. Ex-military, never smoked, drunk or used drugs - just very high Lp(a) - genetic. Because of surgical problems now have 8 bypass grants and 4 stents which combined with severe dystonia and tremors over several years (also genetic) have sent me from super fit to a very poor version of my 67 years. My great medical team said why don't I try chair yoga (I used to do Power Yoga) but was reluctant until I found your channel - your chair versions of the asanas make sense, are doable and you give clear instructions. I have a long journey ahead of me but hopefully will be able to gradually return to standing yoga and classes. Keep uptime good work. Cheers Al
Kierstie, I did this add-on To level 2. I overdid it. This morning, I just did this. I will do a balance. See, I have Epilepsy , and doing the balance helps. I got really good news yesterday. I am al diabetic. My A1c ( Blood Sugar) is 5.1. That's a very good number. Have a blessed day.
Hi from Istanbul. Really thank you. Perfect movements, good diction, slow, smooth. I follow the three and I am happy and strong. Older than ninty. God bless you.
I needed it today…..but what can I do about the pain in my si joints in my butt??? Hurts. I’m 76 and have an atrophied lower back. Plus knees, shoulder, rotator cuff, just a mess. I did yoga for years and now am restarting after 7 years of back surgeries. They want me to go to therapy but I think I can do more with chair yoga videos. Thoughts??
