It is a yoga asana. .sit with shoulder against the wall or firm steady upright table etc. legs out to the side .swing legs up.twist at the waist .to lie down . Sir hope you do not mind ,the suggestion and Thankyou
Hi everyone! Peace & love! I loved this movement! I just finished it and i am going back to bed in order to try to sleep. I have big problems with my sleep. It's so hard to just "fall" asleep. My eyes never want to close & sleep. I wish i had my boo next to me at night....! My boyfriend could help me sleep. Hopefully i will find some exercises that finally puts me to sleep. Thank u.
i do this naturally instinctively before i came across this video...and as I practice qigong am pleasantly surprised this is looked as a qigong practice?
Hi Brother Insight.Can we do tge same qi gong flows like if 3 movements a couple of times a day to manage stress as needed to maintain the benefits or once a day is enough? Thank you 🙏 ❤️
You can do daily one time is good. But if you have time to do another routine 2,3 times in the day even better. Just listen to yourself how much time is good for you. Thank you
