    I have done this workout as warn up and it was great, but I kinda miss the 30-40 minutes of full body workout with gorilla passes and stuff! It helps to follow along. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Love the moves, but impossible to follow with no warning to switch to the next movement, or what the next movement is.
