Going through the hardest day of my life today and this is a great help. Thank you very much for making this video and sharing your wisdom.
Thank you so much for having us out there. This was the perfect little video for me to start practicing every morning and follow along with you. I’d really like it if you made more videos like this.🙏
You're the Man!!! Thanks for this ✊

Brother, thank you so much for this! I see so many things on the breathing, it’s all so overwhelming. You dove right in, had built in regressions for us newbies, and I feel great after. Looking forward to improving on this skill!
This video is awesome! 👏👏
Thanks so much for the great video. I do this one or the older breath video you made almost daily, and I’m seeing the benefits on the mat. Question: for the diaphragmatic breathing, you mention that you should be holding your breath. Are your lungs completely full, partially filled, or have you exhaled completely. If it’s a partial fill, about how much? Thanks again!!!
fantastic video. thanks. i find it helpful to do it on my back and press my low back to the floor to engage the TVA then do these exercises
Thank you very much.
Awesome videos, please more breathing exercices.
I’ll be doing more very soon, appreciate the feedback and glad you enjoy 🙏🏼
Thank you
Hi! Thank you for this great video! I am doing this exercise for more than a year now, almost every day. It is great for my core muscles! But I am struggling with the technic of the rolling massage... By any chance, is it possible to make a video just about the technic of that part? I am really fixated on this part, and I want to learn it badly. Thank you in advance! Take care!
great demo master, good job
show the techniques
toe hold, bow and arrow choke, gogoplata please thank you
Nice video! I need to stand in order to do the diaphragm rolls, but that's probably due to my yogic training because I learned it that way. Something to practice!
Awesome exercise. Thank You! Any tips on the diaphragm massage when holding the stomach in?
Thanks so much for this very well done breathing routine with timer. Very relaxing follow along breathe workout. Much appreciated!
You're welcome! Hope it's helpful for you.
Bro, make a e-book to sell and teach us your method, i like so much your lessons!
Great video thanks so much
Although its not clear to me when you inhale do you push your belly in and when you exhale out or the other way around?
is it normal to feel the first times dizzy and lightheaded like you're going to pass out ?
Yes, it’s all part of the process
Yes
Hello very good video. Can you explain all the exercice please. When you inhale or exhale all with thé nose or not. And Rolling massage in text please because i am french and i don’t understand when you speak. With text its more simple with Google traduction thanks bro
Question coach….I am doing the breathing exercises pretty good except rolling the Diaphragm. Any tips to help me rolling it??
What’s best before or after training ?
Could you tell that we do massage after inhale or exhale?
i do it for the first time but i have dizziness and chest pain it is normale please ? 🙏
How to flex the diaphragm? I can draw my belly button in the furtherst when inhaling. I use the vacuum tension in my lungs to pull on the diaphragm to pull the belly button in.
Any tips on rolling the diaphragm
During the quick breathing where are you inhaling from (nose or mouth) and exhaling?
Hey Christos, during the quick breathing you can practice exhaling from your nose and then practice from the mouth as well. Your inhale will be the same as your exhale. Although for this practice, I find it helpful to focus on the exhale, your body will naturally inhale. Hope this is helpful
@@JiuJitsuFLO thanks brother
Any advice on why when I try this. 1. I feel like when I'm breathing in through my diaphragm I quickly get to the point where my belly won't expand anymore and I feel like I'm drawing into my chest and 2. When I do the quick breaths if I go too fast my belly naturally wants to go out on the exhale and in on the inhale which I know is wrong?
Nothing is wrong. Try to Focus more on slowing down and Focus on the technique. And for your stomach try to Bring the Intention to your kidneys while inhaling. That brings it AS deep in the lungs as you can.
Thank you. I will make my comment and like it every time when I do it(this is 2nd time)

I am still doing it but I note it in my phone - I have so much better abs!
Great video and all, but personally I would get rid off the music and just focus on your words and the exercise
What about a video about nutrition and diet plan examples as if its for some 2500 calories guy
aq ok
Is it normal for the lower back to hurt doing this?
Check your posture
