    Oh wow, talk about timing. I’ve been having awful and intensely painful lower back spasms. Pulled the muscles in my lower back last night. I’ve been massaging the area but I’ll definitely apply these other tricks. Thank you.

      @@rachelrichardsmassage9660 It’s definitely helped a lot. I also got one of those vibrating massagers (quite powerful) but it really helped a lot too. I haven’t had another muscle spasm today. I’ll keep doing these exercises, using the massager and hopefully it will be fully recovered in a week or so. Thank you again.

    Wow, Rachel! I have been working this particular area lately with a list of stretches and foam roller movements provided by my trainer. Yours look and sound very useful, exactly what I will try next. And, may I say, no need to apologize! :)

    Having pain every morning on getting up, along the right iliac margin as well as the sacrum, easing somewhat after moving around after a hot shower. These are great suggestions and I shall try. But need to find my lacrosse ball first!
