Hello, can you make a video about getting rid of anxiety, academic stress, and negative thoughts? Your channel is wonderful, but we hope for more videos.
Of course! I'll put your suggestion on my list. Thank you! In the meantime, feel free to check out my anxiety-relief playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLQsHGPF3r4b7iS_pcGir5fOzU5l4XqHH9.html
Thank you Rachel! My calves tend to feel quite tight all the time so this video helped a lot. I also loved to notice the difference before coming back to do the other side! You seem to be such an empathetic, kind and funny person
I'm so glad it's helpful for you! You might benefit from this exercise as well: ua-cam.com/video/yzlrWioFbUc/v-deo.html And thank you so much for the kind words ❤️
Hi, I've tried both of your calf video's and no luck. I do not understand the no forcing or pushing and letting the muscle take me down in practice. In addition it provides no massage just It provides gentle to light rubbing with no massage or exposure to an soft tissue areas. The flexing and pointing moves my hands down the calf.
The technique is called myofascial release therapy (MFR) and can take a lot of practice to master, but it's very effective. There is no rubbing involved. I suggest getting professional massage therapy from a myofascial release specialist to experience what it's supposed to feel like.

Great video, calming voice. I get a calf strain after running 20 minutes. Im guessing this will help. How often during the day should this be done?

I struggle with varicose veins, may I use this massage to improve my health? :)
Good question. Varicose veins are a contraindication for massage therapy, so avoid massage on any areas with varicoses.
Kia ora Rachel and thank you - do you have a self-massage for quads? have been searching your site, can't see anything, may have missed it.
Sure! Here are 3:
