    Wow, this was great! I have chronic sacrum issues and have never tried the lying on the side while holding too leg stretch. Many other yoga poses but have never seen this one. Many thanks.

    I'm confused on why you held the legs differently in the first hip massages. First you held the top leg in the crook of your arm but when you switched to the other hip you held the bottom leg in the crook of your arm.

      You can do it either way. I think I put text on the screen explaining that I was demonstrating both ways. Whatever feels more comfortable for your hip.

    I absolutely LOVE your videos Rachel!!! I’d love to maybe see a full body self massage video if you’d ever be interested! Or something for menstrual pain as I struggle hard with that! I think I’ve watch every single one of your videos atleast 5 times 😆❤️

    This was awesome, thanks! I struggle with a tight sacrum because I'm a stomach sleep and tend to hike one leg up. My hips and sacrum really don't like that but it's often the only way I can fall asleep. This helped relieve some of that deep dull ache. Thank you!
