I just discovered your videos this morning. Very logical and informative. I’m curious about your died because you look very svelt . I’m turning 60 and walk about 20 km a day because I mow lawns all day long for the past 30 plus years. My problem is the expenditure of energy makes me hungry and I eat and drink like a horse but not the horse diet ! To cut it short what is your diet ?

How do I improve my swollen feet and ankles?
It depends on what is causing the swelling. But in general, getting manual lymphatic drainage massage, moving your legs, ankles, and feet often, resting with your feet up (above the heart level), and wearing compression stockings can often help with swelling.
