If any of you're wondering if this works, it really does! I started eating much healthier and doing these workouts (I also do workouts for abs and butt) and now I'm much stronger and I lost a lot of fat in my body. Just keep going, guys. Dedication and passion are your friends in this journey.
After 1 month I would say. When I saw small improvement, it encouraged me even more to workout. Make sure you eat "right" food and drink water. Good luck!
I've been doing this for about a week or two and let me say, I saw it was VERY noticeable how thin my thighs had gotten. And for me, that's saying a lot since I've had bigger thighs and a butt since I was in middle school. I almost never see results when I work my thighs out but seriously, even I've noticed how small they've gotten! Yay! :)
Omf. I don't know how people are saying it works in 9 days because that's not me, but over the course of 1 month my legs look ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. I LOVE THEM. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT AND PEOPLE NEED TO TRY THIS. I lost about an inch off my thighs, they look better than i expected. Don't expect results in days. Its worth it, i promise.
GUYS THIS REALLY WORKS! I had gross big thighs that were 42 inches around, so i diid this once a day for a month. Okay so i was pretty skeptical after reading the comments, as you can't believe everything you read on the internet. However, after 3-4 days of doing this once a day, the changes were incredible!!! I can see muscles in my legs without even having to flex. My legs definitely appear slimmer, so much in fact, that my art teacher even commented on it! (we're pretty close) i'll try to post updates over time
its perfeeeect for thighs, ive been doing these exercises for 2 month now.. and i drink lemon, ginger and vinegar water after doing them.. my thighs looks perfect now! im so happy with the results these workouts are amazing girls.!

I commented here 5 months ago, and i said that I would start doing this for a month... I did it for 4 days and i stopped. I came back after 3 months and I started again and this time I kept up the good work for 1 month and a half... the result is amazing! I couldn't believe that this will happen someday. I'm glad that I didn't give up... for anyone out there who's planning on losing their thigh fat... good luck! and do NOT think about quitting! :)
This works! I've done this exercise for five days so far (just once a day, although I also do cardio for an hour and live a fairly active lifestyle, so maybe not doing cardio/walking around will slow down the time it takes to see results), and I didn't think it was doing anything, but on day 4, my mom commented that my thighs look more toned. So happy that I'm getting stronger!
Yes, works for me too! I got 'fat' during my Erasmus in Turkey that I couldn't wear my clothes when returned back home. I excercised this and some of abs workouts for a few weeks and now wearing my stuff again. :)) Lost about 7kg. Eating clean helps too.
don't do the same muscles every day... you should be skipping a day in between for legs, you could do core or arm workouts in between, so when you lose weight, you don't have saggy arm skin. Lol
When I see people talking about how this works, I get so happy. Idk, I'm just happy that other people are healthy and happy with themselves. I get happy if others are happy you know. It's kinda my thing. I'm so glad people who did this succeeded
I have been doing this workout for the past month and honestly I can really see the difference. Whenever I wear shorts I always get complements on how good my legs look. My legs have been looking toned since the second week I started doing this. And if you guys wonder how I get motivated I just always think about summer and I want to look toned and good so that’s what helps (:
I just bared my thighs to my sister and she stares and goes, "WHOAH!" I said, "They got skinnier?" And she goes, "YEAH." I've been doing this for approximately two weeks, maybe less, and am so freaking happy with the results. I've always had HUGE thighs and huge butt and a flat tummy, not that there's anything wrong with that, its just that I've always felt not proportionate and that my legs did not fit the rest of my body. I am starting today (4/11/17) and will continue to do this workout at least 5-6 times a week along with a couple other stomach and booty workouts until June!! I will try to keep everyone updated maybe once a week! I'll set a reminder on my phone to keep yall updated. Right now my thighs are 24 inches around and im trying to get them down to 18-20 inches. I’m going to try this exercise for a month with no snacking in between and see what happens So it’s been a month guys! My mom compliments me on how slim my thighs look and these exercises HAVE helped me lose weight in the past. I do recommend this workout to anyone who comes across this message! Guys this really works!! I was size 10 (AU) in jeans and I did these for about 2-3 weeks and now I'm size 8! I'm gonna keep doing these and see if my thighs get any thinner :) so PLEASE DONT GIVE UP AND ALWAYS STAY MOTIVATED 💕💕💕
this actually works! I have gone down two pants sizes in a month by just doing this workout at least four times a week!! Also I have noticed that my stretch marks have faded on my thighs and butt yay!
I've been doing this for a week now, my thigh muscles are more visible now, I've lost 1 kg (my eating habit isn't very controlled right now so). I think my thighs have gotten a bit smaller but there's no any significant changes. Though i can really see a change from the side view of my thighs. My inner thighs haven't changed yet. I'll update next week.
Official Trailers it's been nearly 6 weeks i guess, but I had to skip 5 days because some reasons. My thighs are now a bit more smaller and I can really see it, though other people like my friends haven't noticed a change yet :) I think you'll get a better result if you keep eating healthy and control your food, which is still in process for me
gonna do this for a month guys. this along with some daily walking. day 1: no results obviously yet lol day 2: when i woke up my legs were IN PAIN still did the workout though, didn't struggle as much as yesterday :) still no visual difference Day 3: legs still burning during the workout and still aching after the workout the next day but i guess that means somethings working? still no visible differences but im defo able to keep up wayy easier now, getting stronger! day 4: barely broke a sweat! workout was a breeze to do. legs are looking a little more toned but i only notice while doing the leg lifts day 5: challenging myself more with the skaterhops, went pretty low today, as well as keeping my legs a certain hight off the ground with fire hydrants, higher than usual. legs looking more toned for sure but only when im working out still too much fat qwq day 6: still going nothing much to update legs still look teh same day 7: 1 week! overall report is physically there is no difference that i can personally when im not working out. i can see some tone in the thighs when i am though but my thighs are pretty fat so i think i will start seeing some results around week 3. dispite no physical difference i feel stronger and more active :D continuing on... day 8: workout done! nice to not ache afterwards the next day anymore day 9: did workout, feeling gooddd day 10: done and dusteddd day 11: doneeee day 12: pushed myself super hard today, really feeling the burn. (last update as of 05/04/2023) quick update, so after looking into various sources i have come to the decision to drop all the squats in this workout. i'll do the other stuff but not the squats as they actually bulk thighs which i can see i have gotten a lot of muscle which isn't what i'm going for, even though weight has been lost (last update as of 06/04/2023)
Hi peeps! To get that summer body ready, I went full on and lost 5kg! in 10 days. It's not that hard just follow the following routine and diet, you'll get there too! Everyday workout: Slim calves - 2 times per day Thigh exercise for losing fat - 2 times per day How to get a six pack - 1 time per day Diet: Morning around 6 - 7am : a piece of toast with 1 scrambled eggs, and with whatever drink you like (better be tea or coffee) Brunch 9 -10 am : an apple or orange Lunch : chicken breast or salmon salad Between lunch and dinner: you can either have another fruit, snug in some pocky or biscuits if you're that hungry Dinner 6 - 8 pm : 1 small bowl of rice or noodles with some veggies and 1 ounce of meat (best without oil and cheese) Strongly recommend to not eat after 8pm at night and drink lots of water to hydrate. Not everyone will lose 5 kg, it fully depends on your body type, but I guarantee this works. Always eat a scoop of ice-cream after dinner if you feel you're too hungry to sleep at night. :)
Ok my 2-week update is due so here goes: I started doing exercises earlier this June, and most of my workouts include 30-min zumba dance for cardio, as well as the occasional jogs whenever I got to squeeze the time for it. Then I'll start on one of the HIT exercises (which varies depending on which day I set it for; eg thigh, abs etc). The other week I tried this exercise, and after the first day I felt sore all over my thighs and butt. The next three days I I did the same continuously for a couple of days, and boy did it hurt. It took me 3 days to fully recover my thigh and back muscle, and I had difficulty walking all the way through without looking like a cripple. I had to stop my exercise routine for those 3 days as I can literally do nothing without wincing in pain then. BUT my thigh (and butts!) did show incredible improvement. The flabbiness is significantly reduced, and I can actually feel and see that fine line of toned muscle peeking through the back thighs. My thighs doesn't feel... gooey, as much as it did before, and it definitely felt more toned up than before (I can fit my slim fit pants better now too!) It's still far from reaching the toned-perfection yet, and I can't tell the definite from just a few sessions of this workout. But the result is worth all the pained curses and hell of near immobility I had to go through. Will definitely continue on this workout more! Side note: My meal plans are based on the Atkins diet, and I drink at least 2 litres of water everyday. I'm a young adult woman, weigh 63.5kg, and my height is 5'3.
Oh, and my workout routine also has recently included various circuit trainings too sometime after the time that I have started doing this thigh exercise.
I’m 18 years old. When I was 15 years old I used to follow this video and do those exercises everyday- to the point that I already knew what she is going to say every single second. When I did it , it really worked for me guys. My legs became toner and stronger. Today, 3 years later, I tried to do it again- after so long! It was really easy for me, because now i’m used to harder exercises, but if you are a beginner- would totally recommend! It makes me so happy to see the progress I made- and you can do it to! Did this for 2 weeks lost 8 lbs! It totally works !!!! You just need to cut down unhealthy foods. Eat more veggies and fruits. LOTS OF WATER ! You're good to go :)
So this is my new challenge during this quarantine . Ok...I am a witness, this was great!!! I'm 47, a SINGLE mom of 2, a teacher of 22 years and I have big thighs...I've never known how to make them smaller....this is my 1st time using this...it was hard!!! I'm done...but I'm going to stop, take my thigh measurements and measure again in 30 days. I plan to do this everyday and I will post my results in 30 days. Also try popsugar fitness selena's trainer workout which is of 30 mins it is kind of full body workout thing but in that the thighs section is so good that you start to see results from first day itself.

My thighs are so fat. I barely made it though this entire workout. I'm pouring sweat like a fountain. Halfway through I starting singing the chorus to "I'm not okay" by my chemical romance. I don't think I'm alive.

I have done this exact workout for the last 5 years. every time I do it, I see immediate changes within 2 days. If I continue 5 days a week - Within a month my legs look toned and amazing. Wish I was joking but this workout is truly amazing and you will notice some transformation every time. Like she said “be intentional” persistence is key!

i'm seriously overweight, especially my legs are ugh, so i decided to give it a try. I started this exercises in tuesday (6 days ago) with some 10min workout set for belly and I already lost 1,8kgs IN SIX DAYS AND WITH A MINIMAL EFFORT! I feel better, my condition is better and i can see the difference in the mirror! It especially works on my stomach. I don't have any diet, just started eating normal breakfasts, i've about 4 meals at day and drink a lot of water with lemon, mint or basil. I'm not planning to die in one month so i'll be back in that time and I'll give a update!

Nishel Dennis actually I wasn't on a special diet at all. I simply stopped eating so much fast food, ate half of what I usually eat, and no snacks in between. A bonus would be to eat dinner before 5 PM cause it actually makes your stomach digest faster and your body wouldn't store fat while you're sleeping. Also, I exercised 30 minutes everyday with Xhit daily. I lost 4 kg (actually 5 now) from that.
Brii Cx I used the same video for 2 days and then switched to another one. It's best to exercise with new types of exercises (to make it fun ya know and it motivates u). I exercised everyday from 30~60 minutes. It is preferable to exercise in the morning (to gain brain cells) but i did do it at night time. 30 minutes is really enough but u gotta follow until u sweat a lot! and don't worry about questions :) ALSO, don't forget that watching ur calories in food is just as important. just eat dinner earlier and eat half of what u usually eat.

Erica Wong I did do a diet while I was doing this and I saw results in 2 weeks...it depends because I did it everyday and went to sleep early like around 8:00. Take before and after photos of your legs and compare them in the next two weeks. Trust me these exercises work! When I did it for a week I saw a change.. of how my legs felt but then I did it for another week and I saw change! It all depends how much effert you put in! Sleep ealry, Drink lots of water, do this workout, and eat healthy!

BTS really got me here. They gave me the motivation I needed. I've been learning their choreography and for the first time in my life I didn't feel like giving up, so I've played their songs during the workout and I felt so good and powerful. HWAITING!!!!!
I just started doing this and i really feel the burn but i couldnt do the plank one i tried to do it but i guess its a fail anyways i am covered in sweat and my muscles are burning and i love it!
Hey guys. I had tried since last month and it's work. I used to have 55 Kg but now 52 Kg and my legs are burning! I do it everyday at least five times each week. What I did first do the cardio (jogging or running) for 30-45 minutes, second is do the push up and sit up ten times, third do this exercise video, and then for the last is I do the basic hiphop or house steps or freestyle dance and stretching. For eat, nah, I'm still eating junk food but I'm more often eat healthy food; red rice, fruits, salad, using olive oil, hi-protein powder and skim milk. I'm a hungry person, at late night I always want to eat snacks like chips or Cheetos but instead I eat fruits. It's really important to not eat four hours before sleep except low fat foods.. My butt didn't get smaller but my thigh does. For inner thigh not yet, didn't see big differences but pretty sure changed. I'm still doing now and probably until the end of the year.. I'm not kinda person who always update the comment but I just want to tell you guys this video it is work! GOOD LUCK!
Last year, I used to do this workout consistently and it worked wonders for me. It was honestly amazing. This workout got my thighs so toned (my thighs used to be touching even when my feet were a lil bit apart, it was bad) lol so if you’re going through the comments to see if this works or not, it does. I stopped doing it because of life and I haven’t been really taking care of my body but now I’m back so that’s step one.

I had brain surgery 8 years ago and have been diagnosed with multiple rare diseases. This was the first time I've attempted a higher intensity work-out. I was so excited to have been able to complete it! My legs feel like jello, but I love it! I used to work out 2-3 hours a day, prior to all of this crap. I love that this is something I may be able to do, if not every day, every other or every few. I can take a break and keep going. This is amazing. Thank you for this! And for your cheerfulness!!!
1 Tip for the beginners: for outer leg lift exercise 8:34 start with x5 and then x10. I am 55Kg, this is day3 I am doing these exercises and this particular one is damn hard - I have no issue with the rest of them.

I've done this exercise for 18 days now! Yes, today is my 18th day. I can see that my legs have definitely lost FAT and gained MUSCLE. The reason I started to do this exercise, was because I used to be a swimmer when I was younger. I swam everyday, and trained everyday. I thouht the reason my legs and thighs were so FAT and BIG was because of working my legs so much when I was younger. I don't know much about muscle or fat and how to gain or lose either of them. I just thought my legs had fat, and I knew I wanted to get rid of it. I did this exercise, determined that I would get thinner thighs. I do see a difference in my legs, that they have definitely become stronger and that there's a lot of muscle there. I do have some inner thigh fat, which I want to lose. This exercise definitely works and it does help you lose fat. My thighs have only gone down about 1.5 inches, but, my thighs still look big as before. Now that my legs are bulky and muscular, I feel like they look more unattractive. I still continue to do this exercise though because I think it does help lose fat. But is it making my legs bigger with muscle? Can someone help me understand if this exercise actually will make my legs bulkier? Or will I be satisfied with the results and get thin, lean legs?
I don’t really know but when I first do this exercise my thighs became really muscular too. I also do a 100 squats everyday because I’m quite desperate to lose fat on my thighs. It’s also my first time exercising that time and my thighs are not used to it so they hurt a lot and they are really muscular. But mine loosened as I exercise this and it doesn’t hurt anymore. Maybe you’re overworking your thighs or maybe you need to stretch before and after doing the exercise

So excited to do this workout! I had a baby 7 weeks ago and my midwife cleared me to start working out again! I gained like 30lb during my pregnancy and I’m so ready to lose it plus more! I’m also on the keto diet. I plan on doing this every other day and arms the other day while jumping on my mini trampoline starting off jumping for 10 min and working up to 20! I did these workouts last year right before I got pregnant and was slimming down! I’ll keep you posted if I remember. 😘😘😘

A bit, yeah! I have been doing cardio and another thigh workout, (only about twice a week) but my thighs weren't big to start with. But I'm sure it would help burn the fat on your thighs if you do it a lot! I just noticed mine got super toned and looked more defined!

I'm 11 years old and I'm being honest, I'm not that fit. My friends make fun of me because I'm a little fat and after 4 years of letting them still critisize me, I decided to change! Today is my first day trying out this workout and your Flat tummy workout :) I hope I will see visible change in my tummy and thigh size in a month or so. Hey guys! So I'm starting a third week now and I can say that it works. I'm doing it five times a week alongside with flat stomach exercises by XHIT (I really started liking them :D) and my regular dance trainings, which are 3 times a week. Now, after 2 weeks, I can see my stomach with more visible (bigger, if I can say, but nothing extraordinary) muscles and my legs and butt slowly starting to tone. If you want some advice, take this- take a paper and write down your plan for five weeks and draw a check circles, so every day you workout, you cen see How long have you been doing it, which makes me REALLY motivited :) pin this paper somewhere you can see it every day and go with it as you planned it. MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO GO WITH IT. Even if you think you're not gonna make it bcs you're SO tired- you can. And you will be only better and better. ❤️💪

EVERYONEE I’m no longer doing this workout bc it was making my legs bulkier and I wanted them thinner, but I did find a really good workout that’s slimming my thighs!! Beginning Weight-127 Goal-110-105 I will keep y’all updated if you want, Day 1 I did this without stopping and I’m proud!!! I finished it with my legs burning ! Hopefully Tommorow is not as sore! Weight:126 Day 2: today was rough, my legs burned on the last couple parts but I pushed through and feel good, yesterday I noticed that I lost 1 pound! But I ate pizza, candy, and drank soda☹️ After this workout my legs felt like jelly! Anyways I won’t be able to write for 2 days because I’m going on vacation, I’ll be back soon! I’m also noticing my legs getting thinner and a gap forming!! Day- Vacation So today I did gain weight because I was out at the beach, but hey! It’s ok. Unfortunately I’m not working out today because I have my school mile tomorrow and I don’t wanna be sore, I’ll write back tomorrow! Weight-125.2 Day 7- So I am noticing a gap! I’m going to do this workout one more time, and attempt to do another one, wish me luck!! Weight-123.8 Day 8- So, I’m back on track! Ready to lose weight! Today my legs got super sore because I had to run a mile, in 9 minutes!! Thankfully I did it, but I am going to be doing a nice stretch and maybe a ab workout.
These workout videos actually work. I would do at least 7 videos which is about an hour and a half or so. I would do arm workouts, abs, thighs, and butt all in the same day and it truly transformed me and I felt great. I seriously need to get back into working out!
Ive only done this for a week. everyday usually in the afternoon/early evening. and it definitely works. i feel my leg muscles taking shape nicely (toned) and my cellulite is definitely reducing. i also managed to dramatically reduce my saddle bags. i think this is the best and fastest workout out there. would highly recommend. and will continue to push this routine through with my everyday life! thank you XHIT!
i do see a difference with mine, especially on the upper legs/side upper leg. i guess cos your legs build up with muscle the skin gets tighter/tougher so the cellulite looks not as harsh. but i also eat healthy, so maybe its the combination with eating a healthy diet and losing a few kgs now and then. but def worth it so far!

+Heather Chong im no expert, but you cant reduce fat on a specific area only. so in order to reduce fat on your legs you need to do full body work out/cardio together with eating healthy and lowering your calorie intake. you cant pick and choose where you want fat to reduce. but working out on a particular area like in this video helps make it toned and lean.

Update: since the last month I have only done it like twice a week because I have lost a lot of motivation for doing anything and I’m going through a weird phase right now but even though I’ve only done it a few times I can already tell my thighs seem a lot more toned so I’m going to try again in May and see if my mental health improves :)
I started with this 10 days ago. My Updates so far: Day 1: This Workout; 3x a Dance Choreographie for warming up Day 2: my legs were so sore i couldn't do anything, no workout Day 3: This Workout; 1x Dance Choreo Day 4: This Workout; short arm workout; 3x Dance Choreo Day 5: This Workout; 3x Choreo; Day 6: no workout Day 7: no workout Day 8: no workout Day 9: This workout; 3x Choreo; Fat burn workout; Day 10: 3x Choreo NOTE: I'm having collage Exams but i still tried to find a little time for doing a little workout. I didn't went to a strict diet, but i still tried to eat healthy. But i also had my Cheat days. For the Choreographie, I'm not a professional dancer nor do i dance in a group or something like that. I learned a kpop dance (an easy one) by myself so i will always have fun and get motivated when i start with a dance for warming up. in these 10 days, *i have lost 3 pounds* and I'm happy with it. i will try to do more intense workouts from now and eat a little bit more healthy. i will update maybe next 10 days or so.
Update: so it has been like 20 Days or so, since I started working out with this video. I also did my dance chore for warming up, and did a few fat burning workout (not that much tho.. like 2 or 3 times). I coudnt workout everyday or every two days, cause I got sick and had to go to the hospital.. so yeah Regarding Eating, I tried to eat healthy (like salad with salmon and stuff) but I also had my chocolates sometimes >.< and .. I know that was very bad of me but I had like 2 fast food meals.. *Anyways.. since Day 1 till Day 20 I have lost like 5 Pounds!* Yeaaahhhh

A G hi! so about a year ago i was like around 155, and as i started doing this, i’ve actually noticed my thighs getting smaller. but get in mind i was eating less and stuff. and other workouts. i’ve lost about 40 pounds by doing this and other workouts. this is such a good beginners workout!
I did this earlier last year and kept at it and let me just say it WORKS my thighs really thinned out and when I slipped into shorts that would normally be super tight on me, they were loose and I never felt better about myself. Until I stopped working out and now those shorts are again tight on me so here I am back to this video working out. Keep working hard! You’ll get there

Followed this workout religiously everyday for about 2 months and trust me guys I lost weight. My thigh fat was gone. I stopped it and then gained some fat again (I love food 😂) Started again with this workout today . I'm sure it'll work like a miracle for my thighs again

Okay so I've been doing this for a few years now. After giving birth to my twin boys I did this work out daily. It not only improved my legs but my tummy also got better. Within a couple of months I lost about 4 inches around my hips. It's definitely one that works 👍

I've been doing this for about a week or two and let me say, I saw it was VERY noticeable how thin my thighs had gotten. And for me, that's saying a lot since I've had bigger thighs and a butt since I was in middle school. I almost never see results when I work my thighs out but seriously, even I've noticed how small they've gotten! Yay! :)
Omf. I don't know how people are saying it works in 9 days because that's not me, but over the course of 1 month my legs look ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. I LOVE THEM. Okay so i was pretty skeptical after reading the comments, as you can't believe everything you read on the internet. However, after 3-4 days of doing this once a day, the changes were incredible!!! I can see muscles in my legs without even having to flex. My legs definitely appear slimmer, so much in fact, that my art teacher even commented on it! (we're pretty close) i'll try to post updates over time

I've done this exercise for five days so far (just once a day, although I also do cardio for an hour and live a fairly active lifestyle, so maybe not doing cardio/walking around will slow down the time it takes to see results), and I didn't think it was doing anything, but on day 4, my mom commented that my thighs look more toned. So happy that I'm getting stronger!

Yes, works for me too! I got 'fat' during my Erasmus in Turkey that I couldn't wear my clothes when returned back home. I excercised this and some of abs workouts for a few weeks and now wearing my stuff again. :)) Lost about 7kg.

I've always had HUGE thighs and huge butt and a flat tummy, not that there's anything wrong with that, its just that I've always felt not proportionate and that my legs did not fit the rest of my body. I am starting today (4/11/17) and will continue to do this workout at least 5-6 times a week along with a couple other stomach and booty workouts until June!! I will try to keep everyone updated maybe once a week! I'll set a reminder on my phone to keep yall updated. Right now my thighs are 24 inches around and im trying to get them down to 18-20 inches. I've been doing this for a week now, my thigh muscles are more visible now, I've lost 1 kg (my eating habit isn't very controlled right now so). I think my thighs have gotten a bit smaller but there's no any significant changes. Though i can really see a change from the side view of my thighs. My inner thighs haven't changed yet. day 2: when i woke up my legs were IN PAIN still did the workout though, didn't struggle as much as yesterday :) still no visual difference
Day 3: legs still burning during the workout and still aching after the workout the next day but i guess that means somethings working? still no visible differences but im defo able to keep up wayy easier now, getting stronger!
day 4: barely broke a sweat! workout was a breeze to do. legs are looking a little more toned but i only notice while doing the leg lifts
day 5: challenging myself more with the skaterhops, went pretty low today, as well as keeping my legs a certain hight off the ground with fire hydrants, higher than usual. legs looking more toned for sure but only when im working out still too much fat qwq

Hi peeps! To get that summer body ready, I went full on and lost 5kg! in 10 days. It's not that hard just follow the following routine and diet, you'll get there too!
Everyday workout:
Slim calves - 2 times per day
Thigh exercise for losing fat - 2 times per day
How to get a six pack - 1 time per day
Diet:
Morning around 6 - 7am : a piece of toast with 1 scrambled eggs, and with whatever drink you like (better be tea or coffee)
Brunch 9 -10 am : an apple or orange
Lunch : chicken breast or salmon salad
Between lunch and dinner: you can either have another fruit, snug in some pocky or biscuits if you're that hungry
Dinner 6 - 8 pm : 1 small bowl of rice or noodles with some veggies and 1 ounce of meat (best without oil and cheese)
Strongly recommend to not eat after 8pm at night and drink lots of water to hydrate.
Not everyone will lose 5 kg, it fully depends on your body type, but I guarantee this works. Always eat a scoop of ice-cream after dinner if you feel you're too hungry to sleep at night. :)

Ok my 2-week update is due so here goes:
I started doing exercises earlier this June, and most of my workouts include 30-min zumba dance for cardio, as well as the occasional jogs whenever I got to squeeze the time for it. Then I'll start on one of the HIT exercises (which varies depending on which day I set it for; eg thigh, abs etc).
The other week I tried this exercise, and after the first day I felt sore all over my thighs and butt. The next three days I I did the same continuously for a couple of days, and boy did it hurt. It took me 3 days to fully recover my thigh and back muscle, and I had difficulty walking all the way through without looking like a cripple. I had to stop my exercise routine for those 3 days as I can literally do nothing without wincing in pain then.
BUT my thigh (and butts!) did show incredible improvement. The flabbiness is significantly reduced, and I can actually feel and see that fine line of toned muscle peeking through the back thighs. My thighs doesn't feel... gooey, as much as it did before, and it definitely felt more toned up than before (I can fit my slim fit pants better now too!)
It's still far from reaching the toned-perfection yet, and I can't tell the definite from just a few sessions of this workout. But the result is worth all the pained curses and hell of near immobility I had to go through. Will definitely continue on this workout more!
Side note: My meal plans are based on the Atkins diet, and I drink at least 2 litres of water everyday. I'm a young adult woman, weigh 63.5kg, and my height is 5'3.
Oh, and my workout routine also has recently included various circuit trainings too sometime after the time that I have started doing this thigh exercise.

I’m 18 years old. When I was 15 years old I used to follow this video and do those exercises everyday- to the point that I already knew what she is going to say every single second. When I did it , it really worked for me guys. My legs became toner and stronger. Today, 3 years later, I tried to do it again- after so long! It was really easy for me, because now i’m used to harder exercises, but if you are a beginner- would totally recommend!

I have done this exact workout for the last 5 years. every time I do it, I see immediate changes within 2 days. If I continue 5 days a week - Within a month my legs look toned and amazing. i'm seriously overweight, especially my legs are ugh, so i decided to give it a try. I started this exercises in tuesday (6 days ago) with some 10min workout set for belly and I already lost 1,8kgs IN SIX DAYS AND WITH A MINIMAL EFFORT! I feel better, my condition is better and i can see the difference in the mirror! It especially works on my stomach.
I don't have any diet, just started eating normal breakfasts, i've about 4 meals at day and drink a lot of water with lemon, mint or basil. I'm not planning to die in one month so i'll be back in that time and I'll give a update!

Nishel Dennis actually I wasn't on a special diet at all. I simply stopped eating so much fast food, ate half of what I usually eat, and no snacks in between. A bonus would be to eat dinner before 5 PM cause it actually makes your stomach digest faster and your body wouldn't store fat while you're sleeping. Also, I exercised 30 minutes everyday with Xhit daily. I lost 4 kg (actually 5 now) from that.

Brii Cx I used the same video for 2 days and then switched to another one. It's best to exercise with new types of exercises (to make it fun ya know and it motivates u). I exercised everyday from 30~60 minutes. It is preferable to exercise in the morning (to gain brain cells) but i did do it at night time. 30 minutes is really enough but u gotta follow until u sweat a lot! and don't worry about questions :) ALSO, don't forget that watching ur calories in food is just as important. just eat dinner earlier and eat half of what u usually eat.

Hey guys. I had tried since last month and it's work. I used to have 55 Kg but now 52 Kg and my legs are burning! I do it everyday at least five times each week. What I did first do the cardio (jogging or running) for 30-45 minutes, second is do the push up and sit up ten times, third do this exercise video, and then for the last is I do the basic hiphop or house steps or freestyle dance and stretching. For eat, nah, I'm still eating junk food but I'm more often eat healthy food; red rice, fruits, salad, using olive oil, hi-protein powder and skim milk. I'm a hungry person, at late night I always want to eat snacks like chips or Cheetos but instead I eat fruits. It's really important to not eat four hours before sleep except low fat foods.. My butt didn't get smaller but my thigh does. For inner thigh not yet, didn't see big differences but pretty sure changed.
I'm still doing now and probably until the end of the year..

Last year, I used to do this workout consistently and it worked wonders for me. It was honestly amazing. This workout got my thighs so toned (my thighs used to be touching even when my feet were a lil bit apart, it was bad) lol so if you’re going through the comments to see if this works or not, it does.

I had brain surgery 8 years ago and have been diagnosed with multiple rare diseases. This was the first time I've attempted a higher intensity work-out. I was so excited to have been able to complete it! My legs feel like jello, but I love it! I used to work out 2-3 hours a day, prior to all of this crap. 1 Tip for the beginners: for outer leg lift exercise 8:34 start with x5 and then x10. I am 55Kg, this is day3 I am doing these exercises and this particular one is damn hard - I have no issue with the rest of them.

I've done this exercise for 18 days now! Yes, today is my 18th day. I can see that my legs have definitely lost FAT and gained MUSCLE. The reason I started to do this exercise, was because I used to be a swimmer when I was younger. I swam everyday, and trained everyday. I thouht the reason my legs and thighs were so FAT and BIG was because of working my legs so much when I was younger. I don't know much about muscle or fat and how to gain or lose either of them. I just thought my legs had fat, and I knew I wanted to get rid of it.
I did this exercise, determined that I would get thinner thighs. I do see a difference in my legs, that they have definitely become stronger and that there's a lot of muscle there. I do have some inner thigh fat, which I want to lose. This exercise definitely works and it does help you lose fat. My thighs have only gone down about 1.5 inches, but, my thighs still look big as before. Now that my legs are bulky and muscular, I feel like they look more unattractive. I still continue to do this exercise though because I think it does help lose fat. But is it making my legs bigger with muscle?
Can someone help me understand if this exercise actually will make my legs bulkier? Or will I be satisfied with the results and get thin, lean legs?

I don’t really know but when I first do this exercise my thighs became really muscular too. I also do a 100 squats everyday because I’m quite desperate to lose fat on my thighs. It’s also my first time exercising that time and my thighs are not used to it so they hurt a lot and they are really muscular. But mine loosened as I exercise this and it doesn’t hurt anymore. Maybe you’re overworking your thighs or maybe you need to stretch before and after doing the exercise
Kpop idols have thin legs and not muscular legs. Maybe try to research how they did that. :)

So excited to do this workout! I had a baby 7 weeks ago and my midwife cleared me to start working out again! I gained like 30lb during my pregnancy and I’m so ready to lose it plus more! A bit, yeah! I have been doing cardio and another thigh workout, (only about twice a week) but my thighs weren't big to start with. But I'm sure it would help burn the fat on your thighs if you do it a lot! I just noticed mine got super toned and looked more defined!

Hey guys! So I'm starting a third week now and I can say that it works. I'm doing it five times a week alongside with flat stomach exercises by XHIT (I really started liking them :D) and my regular dance trainings, which are 3 times a week. Now, after 2 weeks, I can see my stomach with more visible (bigger, if I can say, but nothing extraordinary) muscles and my legs and butt slowly starting to tone.
If you want some advice, take this- take a paper and write down your plan for five weeks and draw a check circles, so every day you workout, you cen see How long have you been doing it, which makes me REALLY motivited :) pin this paper somewhere you can see it every day and go with it as you planned it. MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO GO WITH IT. Even if you think you're not gonna make it bcs you're SO tired- you can. And you will be only better and better.

These workout videos actually work. I would do at least 7 videos which is about an hour and a half or so. I would do arm workouts, abs, thighs, and butt all in the same day and it truly transformed me and I felt great. I seriously need to get back into working out!
Ive only done this for a week. everyday usually in the afternoon/early evening. and it definitely works. i feel my leg muscles taking shape nicely (toned) and my cellulite is definitely reducing. i also managed to dramatically reduce my saddle bags. i think this is the best and fastest workout out there. would highly recommend. and will continue to push this routine through with my everyday life! thank you XHIT!

i do see a difference with mine, especially on the upper legs/side upper leg. i guess cos your legs build up with muscle the skin gets tighter/tougher so the cellulite looks not as harsh. but i also eat healthy, so maybe its the combination with eating a healthy diet and losing a few kgs now and then. but def worth it so far!
+L Nail I just wanna reduce the fat on my legs does this helps, cause I am afraid that this is only for toning. plus I don't really gain too Mich muscles
+Heather Chong im no expert, but you cant reduce fat on a specific area only. so in order to reduce fat on your legs you need to do full body work out/cardio together with eating healthy and lowering your calorie intake. you cant pick and choose where you want fat to reduce. but working out on a particular area like in this video helps make it toned and lean.
That's nice to hear! (: My legs are really skinny! I wanna tone them so badly. So I'm guessing these excersices would really help to tone right ?

JUNIOR SOLORIO if u pause every 2 mins and shake up.your muscles and massage them they shouldn't bulk up 💛 i have naturally rlly masuclar dancing legs so i do this

Update: since the last month I have only done it like twice a week because I have lost a lot of motivation for doing anything and I’m going through a weird phase right now but even though I’ve only done it a few times I can already tell my thighs seem a lot more toned so I’m going to try again in May and see if my mental health improves :)
I started with this 10 days ago.
My Updates so far:
Day 1: This Workout; 3x a Dance Choreographie for warming up
Day 2: my legs were so sore i couldn't do anything, no workout
Day 3: This Workout; 1x Dance Choreo
Day 4: This Workout; short arm workout; 3x Dance Choreo
Day 5: This Workout; 3x Choreo;
Day 6: no workout
Day 7: no workout
Day 8: no workout
Day 9: This workout; 3x Choreo; Fat burn workout;
Day 10: 3x Choreo
NOTE: I'm having collage Exams but i still tried to find a little time for doing a little workout. I didn't went to a strict diet, but i still tried to eat healthy. But i also had my Cheat days.
For the Choreographie, I'm not a professional dancer nor do i dance in a group or something like that. I learned a kpop dance (an easy one) by myself so i will always have fun and get motivated when i start with a dance for warming up.
in these 10 days, *i have lost 3 pounds* and I'm happy with it. i will try to do more intense workouts from now and eat a little bit more healthy. i will update maybe next 10 days or so.

Update:
so it has been like 20 Days or so, since I started working out with this video. I also did my dance chore for warming up, and did a few fat burning workout (not that much tho.. like 2 or 3 times). I coudnt workout everyday or every two days, cause I got sick and had to go to the hospital.. so yeah
Regarding Eating, I tried to eat healthy (like salad with salmon and stuff) but I also had my chocolates sometimes >.< and .. I know that was very bad of me but I had like 2 fast food meals..
*Anyways.. since Day 1 till Day 20 I have lost like 5 Pounds!* Yeaaahhhh

day 1: i feel the burn. somewhat sore. check in tomorrow..
day 2: same as before
day 3: getting it down, but the soreness went away
day 4: i was a bit tired bc of school and it was kinda easier but she goes fast sometimes lol
day 5: today is my birthday! (may 26) and i feel like i’m getting it down a lot easier. seeing results though
day 6: did it went a friend and she felt the burn hha
day 7: i see some changes
day 8: people notice i l’ve been getting skinny and im happy it working so much
day 9: oh boy last day of school and man this workout though has help love this
day 10: kinda getting easier
day ?: so, i have been doing this everyday. i see changes coming in. it workouts really well. i never skipped a day ever. i almost did but i made sure I DIDN'T. now, i don't watch the video. i look at the workout and do 20 each, it counts up to 30 seconds. it also works. so happy this video helps.
hi! it’s may 2020 and if you’re watching this.. i want to say.. this is such a great beginner workout for thighs. i can assure you it works!! it worked for me and helped me tone my thighs and lose some fat. everyone body is different. it could bulk your thighs but it didn’t for me. you also HAVE to eat right. and just watch yourself. i’ve lost 50+ pounds by doing this workout and OTHER WORKOUTS. i can promise it’ll help if you keep going. at least do it for 2 weeks everyday (: if any questions i’ll try my best to reply (:

A G hi! so about a year ago i was like around 155, and as i started doing this, i’ve actually noticed my thighs getting smaller. but get in mind i was eating less and stuff. and other workouts. i’ve lost about 40 pounds by doing this and other workouts. this is such a good beginners workout!
I did this earlier last year and kept at it and let me just say it WORKS my thighs really thinned out and when I slipped into shorts that would normally be super tight on me, they were loose and I never felt better about myself.
Until I stopped working out and now those shorts are again tight on me so here I am back to this video working out. Keep working hard! You’ll get there

Followed this workout religiously everyday for about 2 months and trust me guys I lost weight. My thigh fat was gone.
I stopped it and then gained some fat again (I love food 😂)
Started again with this workout today . I'm sure it'll work like a miracle for my thighs again

once a day since I'm busy with school but I did them almost everyday
I've done this for a few days and I really think results are showing!! I need to stop snacking and cut down on SUGAR(not calories) and hopefully I'll lose a bit, I'll update you guys on progress by June 15th!!! (I am 5'3" and weigh 144 pounds)

Okay so I've been doing this for a few years now. After giving birth to my twin boys I did this work out daily. It not only improved my legs but my tummy also got better. Within a couple of months I lost about 4 inches around my hips.
It's definitely one that works 👍
