This workout is great, really felt the burn all over my legs and butt! The one thing though I do different is pause the vid and do the exercises slowly. I feel she's going a little too fast. Going too fast can mean 1) uses momentum, 2) uses less muscles and 3) loose proper form. People can go her speed, but I personally do them slower to make the muscles work harder.
We did all these exercises in aerobic-classes too, but theyre over now. Glad that I found another place where you have all exercises summed up and in the same time ur supposed to do them.
Wall sits are my favorite as odd as it sounds. In yoga I used to look at it as an obstacle to overcome. But it really does test your mind also. Mind over matter.

Love this workout! Its super fun & helpful, however I would like to lift my butt, because I am fairly thin. The title states that the purpose of the workout is to "firm Butt" Does this mean I should not be doing these? Or are the terms, lift & firm used interchangeably? Any feedback is helpful! Thanks
You just have to work your on schedule really, do what works for you. it all depends on what your end goal is too. and some people have a butt and leg day once or twice a week where they do intense workouts for those areas, some people do it more than twice a week. it all really depends.
I did this whole thing twice.. My legs feel like noodles! The fire hydrants and squat pulses hurt the most. I felt the fire hydrants in my butt and it was on fire! I'm going to do this again in the morning. Great workout.
