ok you have NO IDEA how happy it made me to see 'RECIPE?!' in my feed today! I'm an OG Hot for Foodie (like from back in the day where you had bangs (fringe if you're not canadian) and were cooking in that kitchen with the old white fridge that kinda looked like a Smeg but I don't think it was. Anyway, because of you I find absolute joy in pulling random things out of my fridge and making something from it and I always think of you. So yes to more of this and yes to titling it RECIPE?!. Been watching you since 2016, I remember your recipe?! series super fondly because it showed me how to actually cook without relying on measurements and written recipes. I feel like that's an important and huge step in anyone's cooking journey, the moment when you actually start understand how recipes really "work", what ingredients do, how to balance flavors and achieve the textures you want... And then you stop looking at recipes like a list of ingredients and start understanding the core idea of the dish! I have to thank you for it

I’ve been watching for years and understand that when life changes, things change. I love Recipe?! because I think it’s a great way to show people how to cook for themselves, rather than follow steps, and get an understanding of why things are going together or in the order they’re done in.
