i always watch your videos while trying to eat because i have struggled with anorexia for 6 years now (trying to recover) & watching you cook/eat has helped me feel like eating food is actually normal. thank you for continuously putting out content for us 💕
Oh eating is completely normal, when your organs shut down from illness like mine, your liver and kidneys will not be able to process food and liquids the same. Stay healthy girl, you're worth it! Food in moderation is for living and breathing people.

Same but sadly I have debilitating Gastroparesis and trying to recover while dealing with that is horrible. But i watch her and a few others. Hoping one day it sticks ❤️
Steph you also have helped me over the years with an eating disorder and Crohn’s disease. You make me feel like eating is fun so I do the same 😊
@@alinalane6066 I’ve had bulimia since I was 12 I’m now 28 and have no choice but to throw up bcs I can’t digest my food and will be constipated for like a week! So I get so sick every time I eat 😩 I’m wondering if I have what you have! I have never heard of that till now

Tomato paste freezes extremely well and you can pop it right into most recipes while it’s still frozen and stir it till it’s melted in 😊 I measure out 2 tbsp servings into little ziploc bags. Some people use an old ice cube tray, freeze it then once it’s frozen pop it out and put the cubes into one big bag. Happy cooking! Yum

Lol she is actually pretty wasteful with her food. She always picks something out and throws it in the food bag or she eats JUST THE SKIN from chicken wings and throws all the meat in the trash.🤦🏻♀️

I buy tomato paste in a tube so there is no waste. I also put extra broth in a freezer bag and freeze it.

You can use the rest of your chicken broth to make a mushroom sauce to go over chicken and mash potatoes. I also keep bullion cubes in case I need a smaller amount because it's 1 cube added to 1 cup boiling water.

Honestly, you can look up small recipes with chicken broth and tomato paste and mix everything together in the cook chicken with it or what you can do is you can cook your pasta in the chicken broth and this way nothings wasted❤️ and I love the clogs so so much💕

If you make homemade mashed potatoes you can add a little chicken broth (or veggie broth) to make it creamy without having to use milk

One of my favorites! You can buy tomato paste in a tube so you don’t have to open an entire can and as far as the chicken broth you can buy chicken bullion powder and mix it with water for a quick cheaper chicken broth.

Steph not sure if you will see this but look for a grated cheese called locatelli pecorino Romano used that as your grated cheese that will be a game changer for you! That jarred stuff not as good! Or cosco sells big blocks of parmigiana Reggiano and you grate it fresh as needed amazing!!

You can freeze broth and I spoon tomato paste into tablespoons then lay on a baking sheet with parchment paper for an hour. Then you can toss them all into a freezer bag and throw into any recipe frozen it melts down pretty quickly. I also freeze extra tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. I always keep on hand chicken and beef cubes mix with water and bam cheap broth.
Hi Steph! You can pour the chicken broth into ice trays and freeze it same with tomato paste
They sell tomato paste in tubes like toothpaste. You can squeeze out how much you need and store the rest in your fridge. Much easier.
this made my stomach growl at 6:30AM 😂😂 it reminds me of the lasagna hamburger helper in the box that my mom would make when I was younger and I loved it 😂😋
