The joy on your face when you take your first bite of the salad just makes me so happy. Your food is always amazing and I cannot wait to try this out. Every time I make one of your recipes for my partner who's a meat eater she says "if I could always eat like this, I would be vegan"
Lauren! When you were talking about a cheese sauce, I remembered that I haven't seen anyone use or talk about my method before. It's starting with sauteing garlic with about 2 generous tbsp or more of earth balance, making a roux, then adding a cup of stock, ~2 tbps nutritional yeast, ~1 tbspsmoked paprika (essential), salt and pepper, then whisk until you like the thickness. My meat eating friends said it tastes just like cheese and they adored it. You should give it a try if you haven't tried it before!

I was in a vegan restaurant in Asheville and I got this "fish sandwich" on French bread. It was a lemony quinoa patty wrapped in nori and tempura fried, topped with tartar sauce. Tasted just like fish! It reminded me of something hot for food would do.
You literally make the most kick ass food. Anyone skeptical about veganism needs to watch this channel. Thanks Lauren!
