Even the first guy who had virtually zero evidence against him, and all his "victims" were people with criminal records who he had personally arrested? The guy who even got his ex-girlfriend to testify that she had never seen him display any kind of sexual aggression or deviancy?
@@Monxer You know, just because he didn't get aggressive with one person doesn't mean he never did it to anyone else. If they had a shadow of a doubt, he wouldn't have gotten 263 years. Braindead take.
@@Weggorino The naive assumption that the criminal justice system works as intended is the real braindeade take. Not that hard to google false convictions and find a plethora of stories to pick from, and that's only the ones we know about.
Literally the only piece of evidence the prosecution had was touch DNA of one of his "victims" found in the zipper of his pants, which easily could have just been cross-contamination when performing his normal duties as an officer. The only other "evidence" they had against him was the testimony of a group of women who had plenty of motive to lie and defame him. I mean come on, you really think this dude tried to blackmail and sexually assault an elderly black woman while on the job? Are you kidding me?

The lowlife family telling the victim's family that they hate them and shouting support for the criminal, just WOW. Says a lot about them. If my brother, son, or father did that I would want them put in jail forever.
I cannot understand people who stand by their family who do heinous things like that. If that was my brother or son, they'd be dead to me.
It shows you the upbringing that monster had. His family basically made sure he ends up in jail sooner or later. "Just let him do whatever he wants"
All men are not created equal
I wouldn't want my loved one away from me, because that's only natural BUT I would absolutely NEVER blame the VICTIMS family in such a disgusting manner like that, and I would certainly want said loved ones to have some sort of punishment and reform.
See this is why us human beings are on top of the food chain . We as a species are the most diverse and fascinating . I do not condone what the killers family did there but nobody can surely say they would've acted differently if faced with a similar situation . The thing is we think we know who we are which couldn't be further from the truth , each and every person react differently in certain situations and it could be really extreme as we have seen in many cases here when put under a very stressful situation . So maybe the familys reaction was just impulsive and when given the time to rationalise they'd react differently but we really can't tell . The best we can do under such situation is take deep breaths and try to stay calm if we are to give a unbiased rational reaction .
Love how their families get mad too... You know who really raised them to be like this when people cry over a murderer getting what they deserve
yeah like I feel for them losing a family member to jail. But like.....Yo He KILLED AN INNOCENT MAN FOR NOTHING

That last cop was a savage. "I'm certainly not gonna lose any sleep over this one"
It’s frustrating to think that these people feel they deserve mercy when they didn’t show their victims any
Certainly. Having said that, remember that (not sure about the percentage of every country, like mine the Netherlands is roughly the same) you will see clips of people being actual innocent hearing a life sentence against them.
- "Studies estimate that between 4-6% of people incarcerated in US prisons are actually innocent. If 5% of individuals are actually innocent, that means 1/20 criminal cases result in a wrongful conviction."
When I looked up the Dutch stats it said it was ~10 percent in the very long sentenced cases and ~4 percent on short sentences.
Especially when their families start screaming at the victim’s families in court. Like stfu. Clearly the whole family is fucked up
@@nlx78 This video also cut out context showing proof of what they had done. That 2nd case really made my blood boil. How could the family of that thug support him after he killed an innocent person like that? Disgusting. Glad the judge brought the full force of the law on him.
Family is family. And while probably not in this video, we always have to remember that not every kind of outrage is meant to try to convince people, a lot of people do get locked up innocent, that must be devastating to hear that no-one believes you, and more often than not, have signed a paper with your statement investigators pulled out of you after 3 days of maximum pressure for you to admit anything, guilty or not.

FACTS nothing but the moral depravity of humanity. It's heartbreaking and unpleasant but TRUE.
ATHEISM AIN'T GOT NOTHING NEW OR BETTER TO OFFER THAN THE VERY RELIGIOUS BELIEFS THEY'RE CRITICAL OF SO IT'S HYPOCRISY AT IT'S FINEST 😂. Hello this is for all you Atheists, unbelievers and skeptics. I'm going to address a few misconceptions and lies about God's Character and His Word. The Bible doesn't support chattel slavery or anything else Immoral. Ok so Atheists and unbelievers say God is either Immoral, incompetent or not responsible so let's see what The Scriptures actually say. God revealed himself and created a nation in a real, historical context. It was a world with a slave-based economy, with city states often at war with each other, with polygamous marriages to ensure the continuation of family lines. The laws of the Old Testament regulate this behaviour. Slaves are to be treated humanely (Exodus 21:11). They are given rights and not seen as mere possessions. Hebrew slaves were able to buy their own freedom. Human trafficking is condemned (Exodus 21:16). In contrast to the law code of Babylon, Old Testament Israel was a light to the nations. The Old Testament law and narratives do not stand alone. Jesus is now the best example of what we read. So the moral teaching of the Bible cannot be summarised by a quote taken out of context from the Old Testament to demonize God and His Word. Slavery was permitted in Old Testament law but it was regulated by God giving the Israelites instructions on how to fairly and humanely treat their slaves (it was like indentured servitude where someone could work for you if they owed debts or needed income not cruel like chattel slavery). God allowed the people of Israel to own slaves since they themselves has already experienced over 400 years of generations of Egyptian slavery and knew how inhumane it was to be beaten, overworked and taxed so God set them apart from other nations and cultures around them by giving them a fair way to treat their slaves since slavery had already existed in the world but it doesn't mean God condoned it just used it for His Will to bring Good And in the light of the whole scriptural teaching, we find the reasons for its ultimate abolition (Ephesians 6:9; Colossians 4:1-3; Philemon 15-16 and Galatians 3:28). The Word of God provided the moral standard against slavery in the Roman Empire and against the slave trade in the New World.
But what of genocide or holy war in the book of Joshua? Several things could be pointed out. The use of warfare in the ancient world did not always mean literal total destruction, even when events are described in such terms. Furthermore, the book of Joshua does not describe a genocide. It is not a race who are being wiped out, as in genocide, but a religious practice which was often appalling and degrading. Those who repent (like Rahab from Jericho or Ruth) are not destroyed but become part of Israel. It is not the racial group that is in view but their "detestable practices".
However, after all is said, we must still acknowledge that God brought judgment on the nations of Canaan. It is not our place as believers isn't to sugar-coat the Bible. For some skeptics, this is enough to make God a moral monster. But the fact is that Jesus continued to affirm that God is a Judge who will bring a future judgment on all peoples and all nations. God’s judgment will be just. The list of Old Testament stories rejected by critics often leads to a similar dismissal of the New Testament teaching of Jesus on the existence of hell.
After all, what was the Flood of Genesis or the conquest of Joshua if not a glimpse of future judgment? Hell does not demonstrate cruelty on God’s part, but it does demonstrate His Holiness and our moral accountability. Perhaps this is the real reason many people rail against the God of the Bible? It is not that they think He is a moral monster, but that they are afraid He is a moral Judge, and that has implications for our behaviour now. God is an Eternal Almighty Spirit Being and we as His creatures have Eternal souls and spirits so the punishment for our sins against Him must therefore also be Eternal but so must the reward for righteousness that's why He sent His Son Jesus to live a perfectly righteous and sinless Life (which none of us could ever possibly expect to do) suffer the humiliating and torturous death of crucifixion to shed His Own Blood willingly so that all who willingly accept His gift of salvation by grace through faith in Him will be saved and given Eternal life because that's what God wants is for us to willingly accept His gift of salvation and choose life. Exodus 21:20-21 literally speaks about capital punishment befalling anyone who mistreats their slaves so yes people are taking Scripture out of context to demonize God who literally promises that slaves who are mistreated under someone else's authority is to be avenged. When we hear the word “slavery” we think of innocent human beings, kept prisoner for life, having no rights under law and so reduced to animals. This is clearly immoral because it is unjust: the slave has done nothing to deserve the treatment.
The situation described as “slavery” in the Bible was nothing like this. It is more accurately described as one of indentured servitude. Many “slaves” were indentured servants, working for a term of years
Some other “slaves” were prisoners. There were no prisons. Prisoners had to work to live like everyone else. Some had life sentences. Some served a term and were released.
People didn't beat their good slaves but treated them well and protected their assets thus.
But no matter how rebellious a slave was, you couldn't just beat them to death. And if you knocked out their tooth or damaged their eye then you had to set them free. (Exodus 21:26). God wasn't using what other nations did because He wanted to set His Chosen People of Israel apart from the cruel, inhumane and unjust systems other cultures had so He gave them a fair way to treat their slaves and servants.
There is a lot of ignorance on this topic which is understandable given the age we live in but it's not the nefarious set up we think of when we think of modern slavery. The question Atheists must ask themselves is how come the Jews aren't being accused of slavery and human trafficking if they're guilty of it in The Bible and why would white slave owners rip out pages from The Old and New Testament Scriptures to justify their owning blacks as slaves if The Bible already justified slavery?

The reason she is crying is this... That money is going to come out of her commissary. When in prison they put the prisoners to work and they get paid a pittance which they can then use in the commissary to get little things (A new toothbrush, tooth paste, books, snacks, cigarettes, ramen etc). By making her pay restitution from that, they effectively are removing her ability to buy small luxuries from the prison commissary... this will also place her amongst the lowest tier of the prisoners power chain, because she won't be able to get things from the commissary to barter with. At least not until every penny of the restitution is paid, and if you owe any kind of victim, state, federal or whatever (child support, unpaid tickets, back taxes, etc) then they take 100% of it first until it's paid in full. Until then the prisoner gets nothing, they are paid zero percent for their time and labor until it's paid in full. Naturally this can result in prisoners taking a very long time to finish restitution payments. And being in prison, the lack of little luxuries can be a very very big deal to an individual as the days turn into weeks turn into months which become years and so on... They can still get these things but they'll have to earn them directly from the other prisoners in other ways, typically by doing favors or selling bits of their daily meals then bartering their way through the prison economy, but because they won't have the luxury of going directly to the commissary (until the restitution is paid) they will be paying a mark up on everything as well as having a tougher time getting items because they will have to go through prisoners which will have through commissary or the outside for stuff.
As far as the prison economy is concerned, she is a black hole. Resources can only be consumed and not produced, so the mark up will be there for her.
She knows she is going in for a long time without being able to get any small luxuries and is going to be a bitch tier prisoner for probably the whole stretch, which she will probably do (because when judges order restitution be paid to the victims it's a sort of dog whistle to the courts and jails that this person was a huge POS and was extra problematic and shouldn't get parole). She knows this, notice how she doesn't really start the boo hoo's until they start going over the monetary aspect.
This all is assuming no one on the outside is sending her $ (which there are strict limits to how much prisoners can be sent), which I think would be treated as a gift and wouldn't be garnished like her prison wages would be. I'm not 100% sure on that part though.
I'd be escorted out of the courtroom for bursting out laughing at life sentences😆🤣😂 @@gogmaziosfuse1151

"I'm a 16 yr old blonde boy" Can't remember the whole sentence but goddamn, there wasn't even a hint of remorse or regret.
Regret is the most advanced glasses for seeing life clearly.
Beautiful.
Profound
"I hate you ALL!" at the victim's family....hate away. Doesn't change the fact that your precious boy is never getting out.
I just don’t get how it computes in their mind that it’s somehow the victim and his grieving family’s fault that their son is facing consequences🤷♂️🙄
@@2660016A it's cultural. They've been taught from a young age that they're special little victims that can do no wrong and that any disdain from anyone else is just because they're racist and nothing else.
Without a proper father in sight to teach kids values, responsibility and consequences, it will sadly keep being this way until a cultural shift happens in the more impoverished communities.

3rd guys reaction is my favourite he walks in crying then the judge has a transcript of him saying how easy it will be for him to get off if he walks in crying lmao
With the family screaming “I hate you” to the family of the victims… my blood is boiling. Clearly that family doesn’t understand what it means to be held accountable for your actions.
With the child molester who jumped from the balcony… was sort of amusing to me. The officer just sat there and was like “are we gonna change some things? We’ll look into it. But I’m not gonna lose any sleep over this.”
"Just Execute me." Judge: "say no more, fam."
He may have got 263 years, but, in reality he’ll only do around half of that.
well im sure he wont live for 130 yrs
😂
Lnao
Well sure, but you guys know those ridiculous sentences are mostly in case one of the convictions gets overturned? So like it's 263 years for 7 convictions, if one or two of them gets overturned resulting in his sentence being reduced then he's now serving 190 years.
@@teo7255 Twas a joke
"I'm not guna lose sleep over this one" was crazy! 🤣 🤣 cop got it! He's my hero.
No goofy commentary, just good content. Good job
I think the content is misleading with the thumbnail and first clip showing daniel holtzclaw as his case didn't actually have any solid evidence to convict but he got convicted anyways.
I wish there were s.nuff videos on yt😔
@@ChristopherGray00 very misleading, yes
How can family members of murderers shout hateful things to the victim’s family? I guess they raised a killer so they are who they are. Shameful
Hope these criminals who hurt and kill kids know more justice inside the prison.
it doesnt even make sense either, its not like the family is bringing the case forward, its the state. obviously thats not the most important aspect, but its just stupid.
It's so frustrating but also just shows how his behavior was enabled by his family. I could never imagine being angry at victims/survivors.
If you really think about it, if the victim wasn’t there, the guy wouldn’t be going to jail. But oh no, we have to look for reasons to put more black peoples in jail.

Funny how he told the judge that he was at the end of his rope before she sentenced him to death
Well at least she told him and didn't leave him "hanging".
Nah the court system is fucked if he killed anyone but a cop he would have been given life
@@toxicgoat341 i believe most murders deserve death... id say all but there are some, very few that dont
@@darthnightstrike1808 Basicly an eye for an eye to a certain point. Things as accidents and self defense, judged on what happen. But plain murder innocent people, they don't deserve life.
@@toxicgoat341 hear hear! If the roles were reversed, the cop might not even get sentenced in the first place 💀
That police officer at the end was spot-on!
Hey man, this was edited awesome! Keep up the great work!
“I’m certainly not gonna lose sleep over this one” lolololl
What really bothers me is when these criminals act as if they are shocked or surprised by the verdicts. You killed someone. You deserve whatever you get. And honestly some of these are light compared to what i would be giving if i were the judge. Especially these weak lil punks hurting babies. Give them life so everyone else in lock up can beat on them every day.
Criminals are basically children. They have no concept of accountability until they get put in the fuckin corner
I agree. But you would act exactly like the first guy I'm sure, as would I. I can't imagine losing my life as an innocent person
These people can thoughtlessly take the life of another but when theirs is threatened they emotionally break down. Pathetic.
"NOOOO, it's fair my angel wouldn't kill, the death penalty is sooo unfair"
"Your angel used the entire speedometer in a active and busy school zone"
All these people thought they were so tough and powerful at the time, I love how they break down in “remorse”. Just doubling down in their arrogance and sociopathy. They’re not sorry, they’re just sorry they got caught.
The convicted’e family that blamed the victim and the victim’s family and said “I hate y’all” as if *they* were the ones wronged made me sick. They clearly live with entitlement and don’t care about human life. I wouldn’t be surprised if behind closed doors, they spoke about how the victim “had it comin’” and that it was justified that they had the right to kill anyone they wanted to. Those are thugs. That family in particular, THOSE are a family of thuggish low-lifes.
Cough black cough
@@superguy7044 man as a black man more and more I see why people think like this.
If I were the judge I would’ve had them held in contempt for that. Given em like the maximum I possibly could

I get their sad, but damn they really don't deserve sympathy for getting mad at the victim and his family.
Imagine hating another family because your brother kept smirking at them for killing one of them
Just shows how pathetic they are. One day the killer and his family will

It’s unbelievable how far those scumbags will go especially hiding behind the uniform how can anyone go and report the incident when you can’t even trust the police.
One of the 1st things my grandparents taught me (having escaped fashieItaly post WWII) was to never trust the police nor the religious. There may be good ones but 1. They all look alike; 2. The power that comes with the position is a great temptation to the most corrupted & dangerous people ever.

The screaming and fainting and crying, it all makes total sense. I would act that way too if I found out I was spending my life in prison. Even the threat of prison for life can't stop humans from doing bad things. It's insane how much of a mess we can be.
That cop knows he is gonna be ravaged in prison.
He lost the honor of being called a Cop when he did what he did. You would think someone who has everyone's trust to protect and uphold the law would have a sense of consequential thinking.
I almost choked to death on my coffee… if the dudes name being Semen wasn’t enough he had to have done this as well didn’t he. What an utter nut. 9:38

I want to feel bad but then I think about their victims and how they must have felt.
I also feel really bad when i see anyone cry like that, until i realise what they did. I hate that I initially feel sympathy
@Cincoat Aww thank you. I cant help it. I hate to see anyone cry.

I love the ones where they are so cocky at the trial, then break down after being in jail for a few months until sentencing. Found out they weren't so tough after all.
