As someone who's actually gone through chemo and had serious health issues, it's never once crossed my mind to defend myself and/or that people thought I was lying. The fact that one chick was so confrontational and aggressive about rumors of her faking her illness shows she was being deceptive

As someone who's experienced dystonia (I had a reaction to an antipsychotic medication), that's definitely not what it looks like or does to you lol. When I had dystonia, it just caused all my muscles to cramp up and it was hard to move. At one point, my tongue was sticking out and I couldn't put it back in my mouth and my face was twitching and the entire right side of my body was cramped to the point I couldn't move it. It was extremely painful and looks nothing like what that woman was doing. You can't just get rid of the dystonia by walking backwards or running lmaooo.
I've never had cancer but I was born with a severe disability that's caused me to be in and out of hospitals my whole life and I could tell you for sure that when you're sick and in pain the LAST thing you want to do is be on your phone and document the whole experience lol.. You could totally tell she was lying.. she was way too chipper and upbeat.
Plus having her make up on perfectly. I’ve had family members who had to go through chemotherapy and believe me the last thing they were doing was fixing their make up after a round of chemo!
I don’t have any severe disabilities or suffer from any disease but one thing I do know for sure is that when I get chronic pain in my stomach I don’t even touch my phone at all. Sometimes my pain can last up to 2 days and for those 2 whole days I completely forget that I even have a phone.
My mother in law has terminal brain cancer and she's on her phone a lot. Not on social media but she looks at old pictures and writes to family and friends constantly. Everyones battle is different.

If you're caught lying to get someone charged with a crime the punishment needs to be what the accused would have served. Punishment for lying about abuse needs to be the same as abuse.
It would be far more satisfying to see people not do these things at all. It boggles the mind to see people act this way, simply for attention or to ruin another’s life. EDIT: the baby survived. A girl I graduated with in my very small town faked ovarian cancer, shaving her head and making daily updates online. We felt so bad for her. Turns out, she was pregnant and didn't want anyone to know. She checked herself into the hospital for "abdominal pain related to ovarian cancer", went into the ER bathroom, gave birth, and put the baby in the trash. A nurse happened to hear some faint noises coming from the bathroom and found him. She was sent to prison for 10 years and just recently got out. Her name is Jasmine Ritchey, and looking back, she used to fake ailments all the time. She even came to school with a neck brace and her brother told everyone that she was lying about being in a car accident. Yet she still wore it for over a week straight.
Evil, isn't it? She told everyone that the reason for her growing belly was from "swelling" related to the ovarian cancer. She never let her boyfriend go to her appointments with her. For some reason, she thought that if she told her boyfriend she was pregnant, he wouldn't want the baby! I just can't fathom how she had so many doctors believing her about the cancer. She was severely mentally ill for many years. We were absolutely furious when we found out it was all a lie. She was constantly making Facebook posts about her cancer, showing pictures of her shaved head which she claimed had occurred from the hair actually falling out, thanking us for the support and prayers... unbelievable. She was never very bright, so I legitimately think she had no idea about the law where you could hand a newborn over to a hospital, no questions asked. She covered her baby boy in paper towels in the trash, as if no one would notice! Unreal. Thank God for a vigilant nurse who noticed that something definitely wasn't adding up.

I'll trade with you lol. I had a Jessica as a close friend once (my options were limited in 6th form lol). I have moderatly functioning autism so I don't communicate all that well. Jessica knew this and was nice enough to my face, but she'd bitch about me to her friend, saying that I creeped her out with the way I'd stare at something when talking to her and that my hand flapping was annoying. She'd take the piss out of the fact that I still played with kids toys at 18 because I have a lower mental age and that I chewed a liquorice root stick during lessons because it kept me calm and more focused. She brought her friend over to hang out during dinner time once, and they saw for themselves that I was an alright guy and that I just had a disability, not weird or creepy or whatever else Jessica had told them. They ended up having a big argument over it and they all ditched her and asked me if I wanted to hang out with them. I lose one twatish friend and gained 3 amazing one's that day
Hell yeah. 5 years later and I'm still friends with all 3 of em. They're my best friends. They make me feel like I'm just as much of a valid person as anybody else. And I've never seen fuckin Jessica again thank god 😂

Absolutely knew a girl who faked breast cancer. One of my good friends at the time. Dated her sister. She asked me to be her pall bearer. Asked me really heart-wrenching questions like, what I thought was going to happen to her when she died. Then she just.... stopped talking about it after I said something to her sister and pretended like nothing happened after about 6 months of torturing us daily. She was fine. She stopped talking to all of us (her friends) in general. We were all too happy to return that favor to her by that point. Eff you, Krista. I wept like a child over you, but never in front of you. Being strong for you in those moments eviscerated me.

You can't cure ALS. ALS is genetic. So if he really could make people better then he would need to break the law to do it since a gene modification must go through years of testing before it is even considered for human testing. It's not even that simple either. if you are already feeling the ALS effects then it's too late. The gene modification should be done on babies. Lots of red tape.
As someone who is actually ill and with a declining health, this is a nightmare. No one believed me, my abusive parents made fun of me and still do. I have to beg doctors to help stall my decline but that all wait until it’s too late to reverse the damage. This woman is the very reason I and so many struggle to get help because of people abusing the system, which is already broken, a lot. Literally went to the ER and spent the night there as my heartbeats were erratic. I was seen by a doctor who told me that my medications were causing it (because of course my allergy medication is the root of all my illnesses right?!). Second trip, was even worse and the doctors had to inject a specific medication to slow my heart. Finally sent to a cardiologist and got surgery very soon after that. But of course it’s all in my head 🫠 I’m so angry that we are treated like scum and blamed for our physical ailments but somehow there’s always someone like her that is believed and supported …

My husband died of Pancreatic and Liver Cancer that spread to his other organs and brain before it finally took his life on Jan.14, 2015. He went through him in 6 months... 2 years later (on July 17, 2017) I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer that (because of him) I caught in the early stages and underwent a radical hysterectomy to remove all possibility that it would spread to my other organs. So when I see stories like this where someone pretends to have cancer to gain attention and monetary gain it just sickens me. I had to ask family and friends to help with his final expenses because his life insurance found out he had cancer and canceled his $100k policy after he had been paying on it for 21 years. That was a devastating blow to me and my daughter having to find the means to have him cremated and to have a small memorial service. I thank God for the kindness of my family and friends that donated but I would have never asked anyone for more than what it costs to lay him to rest. So many people are so trifling.

She checked herself into the hospital for "abdominal pain related to ovarian cancer", went into the ER bathroom, gave birth, and put the baby in the trash. A nurse happened to hear some faint noises coming from the bathroom and found him. She was sent to prison for 10 years and just recently got out. Her name is Jasmine Ritchey, and looking back, she used to fake ailments all the time. She even came to school with a neck brace and her brother told everyone that she was lying about being in a car accident. Yet she still wore it for over a week straight.

Evil, isn't it? She told everyone that the reason for her growing belly was from "swelling" related to the ovarian cancer. She never let her boyfriend go to her appointments with her. For some reason, she thought that if she told her boyfriend she was pregnant, he wouldn't want the baby! I just can't fathom how she had so many doctors believing her about the cancer. She was severely mentally ill for many years. We were absolutely furious when we found out it was all a lie. She was constantly making Facebook posts about her cancer, showing pictures of her shaved head which she claimed had occurred from the hair actually falling out, thanking us for the support and prayers... unbelievable. She was never very bright, so I legitimately think she had no idea about the law where you could hand a newborn over to a hospital, no questions asked. She covered her baby boy in paper towels in the trash, as if no one would notice! Unreal. Thank God for a vigilant nurse who noticed that something definitely wasn't adding up.
It's a shame how many men are accused of domestic violence and can't prove they didn't do anything.

My cousin died from brain cancer back in 2006, she was loved by everybody from the whole family (I'm talking about grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins and nieces) and to this day we remember her fondly because her death impacted all of us. I cannot comprehend how could somebody like that "thing" can easily say, without any remorse that she is battling cancer, even worse defending it, it just makes me feel totally dumbfounded and extremely disappointed.

She brought her friend over to hang out during dinner time once, and they saw for themselves that I was an alright guy and that I just had a disability, not weird or creepy or whatever else Jessica had told them. They ended up having a big argument over it and they all ditched her and asked me if I wanted to hang out with them. I lose one twatish friend and gained 3 amazing one's that day

So if he really could make people better then he would need to break the law to do it since a gene modification must go through years of testing before it is even considered for human testing. As someone who is actually ill and with a declining health, this is a nightmare. No one believed me, my abusive parents made fun of me and still do. I have to beg doctors to help stall my decline but that all wait until it’s too late to reverse the damage. This woman is the very reason I and so many struggle to get help because of people abusing the system, which is already broken, a lot. Literally went to the ER and spent the night there as my heartbeats were erratic. I was seen by a doctor who told me that my medications were causing it (because of course my allergy medication is the root of all my illnesses right?!). Second trip, was even worse and the doctors had to inject a specific medication to slow my heart. Finally sent to a cardiologist and got surgery very soon after that. But of course it’s all in my head 🫠 I’m so angry that we are treated like scum and blamed for our physical ailments but somehow there’s always someone like her that is believed and supported …

My husband died of Pancreatic and Liver Cancer that spread to his other organs and brain before it finally took his life on Jan.14, 2015. He went through him in 6 months... 2 years later (on July 17, 2017) I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer that (because of him) I caught in the early stages and underwent a radical hysterectomy to remove all possibility that it would spread to my other organs. So when I see stories like this where someone pretends to have cancer to gain attention and monetary gain it just sickens me. I had to ask family and friends to help with his final expenses because his life insurance found out he had cancer and canceled his $100k policy after he had been paying on it for 21 years. That was a devastating blow to me and my daughter having to find the means to have him cremated and to have a small memorial service. I thank God for the kindness of my family and friends that donated but I would have never asked anyone for more than what it costs to lay him to rest. So many people are so trifling.
