Tube Resistance Band Exercises For Muscle: Exercise Guide

- Demonstrating the simplest and most effective tube style resistance band exercises. I tried to choose exercises that require minimal equipment and no anchor point. However with tube bands, many of the effective exercises (say for chest) are done with some sort of anchor point. Although I show three different anchored positions, I really don't think that many angles are necessary to reap the results for the basic movement patterns.

Another fan of tube bands here, although I also have loops.
Would love to see loop style vs tube style video
Will do, thank you.
The spri tube resistance bands are high quality and underrated. You can do so many exercises with them. I like using a combination of loop and tube bands to target different muscle groups.
I like loop bands for the resistance but tubes are useful for high rep work and finishing movements.
I love tube style bands. I feel like you have so many exercises you can do. It’s definitely enjoy having them in my routine.
I have to say that the only tube style bands to use are Bodylastics with their patented no snap technology.
I only use this type of band for shoulder exercises, particularly for lateral raises.
I cross them over, like an X figure, when I step on them. A bit better resistance.
Try one arm lateral raises too. You can get a really good stretch at the start.
Great one, thanks
next thing on my list is these bands, they look very durable, great workout for outside, training the whole body, great for seniors and younger kids and athletes, great video mike as always🫡
Thanks as always Elad!
Great set of exercises Mike. O like the shielded bands. The only exercise I didn't see was the cable crossover. But you may not like that one for bands.💪.
Thanks Vinny
The video displays an all encompassing workout. Were you satisfied with the overall resistance provided? For certain exercises the bands were doubled up. I do get results with the GoFit tube bands however most users cannot mount anchors to stud beams. I never anchor on doors as my bands go up to 100 lbs of resistance, the door and frame will be stressed. It is very important to only use top quality bands like the items in this video. Thanks for providing another quality option. The compact bar at the end was pretty impressive.
Thanks my friend. Yes, I found the resistance adequate for what I'd use tube bands for. For heavier stuff, I'd prefer using loop bands in general. I'm also with on the anchor points. I really just not a fan of using them at all, especially on doors.
You should review the Harambe V2 bar as well. Close up pictures, comparisons etc.
This review of my K Bar should be their V2
ah okay, does your bar also have just 1 hole and no hole in the other side, as well as a tilt/edge kind of thing, where it transitions from knurled to polished?@@hybridresistance
@@Somtric There's holes on both sides and yes on the tilted edge
@@hybridresistance huh... it's funny, Khalid confirmed to me and the K-Bar v2 bar only has 1 hole. Which I thought was weird and not very esthetically pleasing.
Are you sure it's the K-Bar v2 you reviewed? because if that's the case, he lied to me.

I just bought a redgefit ❤
Hey Mike! Was wondering if you can show a number of exercises on the motionspace? Having a difficult time thinking of exercises for the digital gyms
I can look into that. Overall though some of the best/basics are those you could do with some bands and a footplate plus the ones where you can add the bench like a chest press.
Hey coach, can you please make an update video about the handy gym?
For sure, that is in the works in the near future.
Have you seen the bands and exclusive handles with a footplate from Pump Strength?
I haven't seen those, but those interesting for sure.
I love tubes and use them often. However they do not work when trying to develop pullups as assistance
There is a way to use these for pullup assistance. They’re long enough to loop around full circle and mimic loop bands. Just connect the carabiners of the same resistance band to one another around the pullup bar, then loop another band through that band. I will do a demo video later on.
