It's nice to hear your stories and opinions about non yoga related things. Great channel you have here, thanks for putting stuff out for the people that don't take life so seriously!!
@@SeanVigueFitness 😂 yes I did, my favorite is always the lying twist, gets a crack out of the back every time. The runners lunge I need to work on, I’m almost standing up! Your back exercises have been a lifesaver while being away from my stand up desk at the office!

Another fun/educational video. To answer your question in the video, Downward dog/Dolphin are probably my favorites (I even do those randomly for a quick stretch). Due to injuries, I struggle with tree poses for balance (I enjoy those anyway). You are awesome and have a great day!

@@SeanVigueFitness Yeah it was weak and out of place so I was going to an osteopath every 6-9 months to get it realigned, had constant back pain/tightness, and was expecting multiple "corrective" surgeries in my life and that has all gone away ever since I've been doing your videos 10-20 minutes a day, so again thank you very very much!! I recommend you to everyone I can, keep up the great work with the philosophy and flowing!

Thanks coach, really enjoyed these stretches after a HIIT session. My favourite stretch recently had been the Pigeon, which did not make this list. No problem, I love mixing your sessions up a bit. Not at the power yoga stage yet though 🙄🙄🙄
