Another great video. I use what I see here to improve my postures when I am in class. Seems crazy but while I may get some specific direction from my class teacher, which is tough when I'm one of 20 or so, Dean's videos are really more instructional on an individual basis because he explains things so clearly and I can always back it up as many times as I need to get it right. Your not going to get your female yoga instructors or even the male instructor leading a class that is overwhelmingly female, to talk about how pose X differs for males. That's what Dean does so well. Doesn't matter what your learning style is, you always see (visual) and hear (auditory) in perfect sync with Dean and then you do it (kinetic)!
Hey RB - that's not unusual to hear. :-) Most of the feedback I hear has to do with how clear the instruction is, and how it's better from what somebody would hear from other yoga instructors. Even online watching a video, you'll learn more than you do if you go to a studio in-person and have an instructor right there.
James - that's fantastic to hear!! Very happy that you are no longer experiencing back pain. Now you just need to keep up the consistency. :-) PS - We have an online Members' Area with on-demand workouts & programs. I'm overflooded with information currently so pardon me for asking if the answer was starring me in the face all along, but is there any yoga sequence video that attempts to filter out the lowest amount of Yoga poses/exercises that combined stretch the biggest amount of muscle groups in the body as possible, if not all? A "most efficient, with emphasis on efficient, warmup/stretching sequence" basically, the perfect warmup program to save time and I mean that in the most inoffensive manner possible.
Hey so I understand the question you’re asking, but that’s not what I would recommend. Just like it wouldn’t make sense for you to do the same workout over and over again, you should have variety with your workouts as well. I would recommend giving my 7-Day Challenge a try - it’s going to give you really efficient workouts with full body movements to work on a huge range of aspects of fitness. Here: manflowyoga.com/7dc - and it’s free.
Thank you, Johnie! Have you gotten yourself one yet? They are available on Amazon at manflowyoga.com/mat - you can also sign up for the email list and purchase one from us directly. We'll be selling them directly from manflowyoga.com soon - sign up here and be the first to know: manflowyoga.com/sign-up
Generally speaking, men and women have different bodies with different needs and limitations. Man Flow Yoga was created with men and those needs in mind but women can also use and benefit from our content.
For increase the difficulty of bird-dog pose it's a good option lifting The toes when holding the pose? (please excuse my English is not that good) 🙏🏼😊
That video will be released next week (we got a little ahead of ourselves :) ). It's a collaboration with Beardbrand that we are very excited about- stay tuned!
The ones in this list are great. Anything that works core, especially boat pose. But if you have issues with that then you probably need to look at your lifestyle. Bad diet, not managing stress, not exercising regularly, and not sleeping - those are going to be what helps. The yoga poses are secondary.
In addition to core strengthening, I think hip opening and also the locks (bhandas) are good. Best use Google - there is a lot of info out there, and some limited scientific evidence of effectiveness (limited because not much experimentation has been done). There are also different sexual disorders, so it isn't one size fits all. I'm in my late seventies, been doing heaps of yoga for more than two years for general health and certainly my sex life has improved (any exercise is likely to be beneficial). Yoga eventually helps with the mental side, which is often behind sexual dysfunction. Get googling and get practising!
Women talk to much during yoga I thought maybe yoga for man would do it, nope!!! As a guy I need more action less talk, cut down the talk bro and show posses more it would go a long way.
Jas Alvasanz if you don’t know how to do the poses, how do you expect to do them correctly? If you don’t need anybody to talk you through the poses, why can’t you just do it on your own, manly man?

@@ManFlowYoga thank you so,sir 👏
Share poses for arms, biceps & triceps
Janir Rodrigues was that a question?
For arms, don’t do yoga. Lift weights.
Nice
For increase the difficulty of bird-dog pose it's a good option lifting The toes when holding the pose? (please excuse my English is not that good) ;)
dentalgomez I don’t know which set of toes you’re referring to, but either way it doesn’t do much.
What’s the difference between men and female yoga?

Injuries waiting to happen.
Thank you, my thoughts exactly!!!
Yoga can be perfectly done by only Indian Yoga Guru
LOL gtfo
Bijay Basak I don’t think yoga is done “perfectly” by anybody
Really???Did Jesus teach you Yoga??
Hinduism is the only path to Yoga and Meditation
Bijay, have you not heard the saying of a very wise man "If you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all"?
Women talk to much during yoga I thought maybe yoga for man would do it, nope!!! As a guy I need more action less talk, cut down the talk bro and show posses more it would go a long way.

Jas Alvasanz also, this is an instructional video, you moron. Of course talking is required.
Wow!! I rest my case.
@@ManFlowYoga I think Jas just wanted some attention. You are a god to some people.
