      fr! 😭 I felt like dropping my arms many times because of how painful it was! It felt like there was a force pulling my arms from both sides trying to rip them apart!😭😱

    THIS WORKOUT HAS BEEN A REAL LIFESAVER. I've been really struggling with my flabby/fat arms which caused me to be really insecure and wear long-sleeved shirts/blouses. However, ever since I started following this routine, I've noticed my arms become way more toned & overall slim. For the first time in YEARS, I've been able to wear a tank top without feeling self conscious or embarrassed. Thank you so much Holly!!

    THIS REALLY WORKS!!! SWEAR!!
    my flabby arms are one of my biggest insecurities, I've been doing this exercise for almost a month, and I can really see results, my arms become more slim omg😭my mom noticed it too fr.

      Yes- I think it is great- but as a person who has always worked out- just because you’re pregnant doesn’t mean you should stop working out! I was working out up until a week and a half before I gave birth. It wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure it’s the same for holly! Thanks for the awesome videos, holly!

      I follow her other 8 minute arm workout and I can say that it is effective. I still have a lot of fats but i can feel that my arms are toned underneath :)

    So I will do this for a week and update daily
    So here goes my progress
    Day 1: Completed✔ As it was without break so it really hurt and I had to take 4 breaks in between but the break was only 10 seconds long
    Day 2:Completed✔ Today was also harder and I noticed that the faster we change the exercies the more it burns .......in the last i couldn't really do it but I finally completed ......I don't know whether it will help in losing arm fat or nor but it will definitely make my arm stronger ....Btw I took rest 5 times but only 3 seconds break....so yes

    Day 3:Completed✔I only dropped my hands 2 times ......it was really hard but yeah I (we)did it ...thankyou so much guys for motivation .....Now I m gonna have to complete it for you guys....
    Day 4: I wasnt able to do this today .....so I will do this 2 times tomorrow ...once in the morning and second in the evening
    Day 5:Completed✔I did it for the first time for today and guess what???I didn't drop my hands...Yesss!!!I'm so happy.....I hope I m able to do it for second time today .....Completed✔for second time this day....dropped my arms once
    Day 6:Completed✔I dropped my hands once ....one day leftttttt.....but I dont really see any big difference in my arms so I think I might continue this for a week

    I feel my hands are a bit slimmer but I didnt measure so I will continue this for 1 more week and I will take measurements this time
    Guys I had taken a break ....so I will start again today I promise and I will take measurements but not write them here but in the end of this week I will tell how much inches I lost!!!So hopefully I will start tomorrow and sorry for not updating from so long😔

    I saw pics of mine from a relative's weeding wearing a sleeveless dress and my jaw dropped seeing how huge my arms were looking, I used to adore her abs and legs workouts bcs they were so short yet so effective and now I have found another banger , i have done this workout 4-5 ish time in almost 2 weeks and i can LITREALLY see a difference JUST 4 FREAKING TIMES . I HIGHLY RECOMMED THIS WORKOUT ! DO NOT DROP THOSE HANDS GIRLIE ! YOU HAVE GOT THIS !!!!

    Doing this 2x a day for 14 days straight (with bangle weights)
    February 10 ✅
    February 11 ✅
    February 12 ✅
    February 13 ✅ (almost skipped but set aside my “excuse”)
    February 14 ✅ (noticed slight difference - felt like my arms are less flabby and more toned)
    February 15 ✅ (the burn is real)
    February 16 ✅ (proud of myself for doing this for seven days, yet i still struggle not putting my arms down, more days to come = more strength)
    February 17 ✅ (i started doing this more intentionally to prevent dropping my arms)
    February 18 ✅
    February 19 ✅ (10th day of doing this yay! this is a really good exercise for those with bad back since it’s mostly sitting)
    February 20 ✅ (did this a bit early since i’m fixing my body clock. since i’m doing this for 11 days now i’ve also transitioned to doing a full body standing exercise to give a full body burn. this is still a nice addition to toning my arms. i’m just proud that i’ve been really disciplined to do this for consecutive days)
    February 21 ✅ (the difference is amazing. still a long way to go but after doing for a couple of days consistently, the change is noticeable)
    February 22 ✅ (yay one more day! im planning on doing another 14-day arm challenge with one of Holly’s arm workout to continue my progress)
    February 23 ✅ (i made it! i used to be that kind of person who stops at day 3. more than toning my arms, this exercise helped me stay disciplined)
    unfortunately, I wasn’t able to measure my arms, but visually, I can see changes - they’re less flabby and they are more firm. to give more context, i do this 2x a day with bangle weights (1lb each), and i do calorie deficit + 30-40 min workout. i will be doing another arm or tummy exercise aside from those. if anyone is reading this, you can do it! small step is better than doing nothing at all.

    if y’all wanna know if this works or not IT DOES. i’ve been doing her arm workout videos for a while now and they’re all SO FREAKING GOOD. this one was intense but i didn’t have to put my arms down once because the other ones helped with that. LOVE her videos

      Wow! Can men also do Holly's workouts? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Holly's biceps workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated

    First time doing this workout. Trust the comments in this vid that says your arms will feel like falling off. They really do! AND that is how you know it's working! If it's burning, you wanna cry and it feels like falling off, yup, you're on your way!

    This video is incredible. Trying to build arm muscle and people have been telling me they're amazed and that I am becoming noticeably strong now. I coupled this video with a few others and once I had this one down, I started using weights with it! I love that she gives breaks on the muscles by exercising others. That helped a lot in the beginning.

    Day 3: don't feel my arms anymore ✔

    Day 5: I'm passing through some real pain here ✔
    Day 6: Some how wasn't that bad ✔

    I have lost 1 cm in the left arm and 1,3 cm in the right on. But I'll keep trying that one.

    I'm on my Day 7 of doing this workout. 3rd was when I started the no dropping of arms. I can now see my arms are getting leaner. I can't wait to show you the result when I am finally satisfied with it. Thank you so much! 😘

    Day 1: did it twice, didn't drop my arms
    Day two: did it twice, didn't drop my arms
    Day 3: did it once, i will do it twice tomorrow
    Day4:did it once, didn't drop my arms
    Day 5:did it once, didn't drop my arms
    Day 6:did it once i can kinda see changes in how toned my arms r.
    Day 7: did it again once
    I will come back everyday to update, i think that will motivate me more
    The reason why i don't drop my hands is because i was doing the workout last year for over a month then i stopped so i am already used to the pain but i didn't do it long enough to get the result i wanted so i am back again
    One thing i will tell you, the workout
    works. My arms r toned and i felt stronger

    Before this workout, i have checked the comments and saw some saying that they were dropping their arms about 4-2 times. I was confident in not dropping them in all, but I have only dropped them once for a few seconds. Over all this workout was a big burner and I really felt my muscles building up!!!

      Julia M. That’s kinda ironic 😂 I felt the other one was more difficult. But I have only been doing it for a few weeks. Maybe trying this one was harder for you because your muscle were used to doing the other one so consistently and changing that up was like a break in routine which made it harder. But I could be wrong 😅

    I really love her arm workouts! I am doing a couple of them and you really see the change very quick and I do enjoy the pain and since it´s a workout everyone can do from a sitting position, it´s awesome for lazy ppl like me lmao! Totally recommend them to anyone new reading this!!

    I started this workout when I find out I was pregnant. It not too much for the first trimester but still keeps me from being too lazy, very nice to warm up my upper body! I’ve been doing this for 3 months now and feel so good with myself! Thank you!!!

    Made it through without dropping my arms! Broke my wrist so can't use weights. Thank you for helping me with my physio and for helping me to keep my arms toned.

Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated

    For a level up experience, try this standing up... the extra weight on the arms is a killer. Started doing it standing up after 1 wk of the seated version

    I insist on doing your another arm workout over a year ago. At the beginning, I only can do 3 minutes. I do the workout everyday, and now it is just my warm-up to awake my arm muscle. This workout I do it without difficulty. So guys, keep it on!!!! It’s working.

    My current weight is 72.2 kg (Post delivery weight) and I am 155 cm height.
    My body's shape is inverted triangle, So I look like very fat. I always feel insecure about my flabby, big arms.
    I don't know whether this workout will tone my arms or will build up muscle.

    Arms are currently 11 inches ❤️ gonna come back in a month & update results :) doing this well as well as of few other of your workouts to switch it up every few days.
    Update: I'm sorry yall, I failed you 😭 its really hard for me to stay consistent sometimes. So I did it for like a week & then went on a trip so I flaked. Gonna try again & then come back.

    Day1: Just did this and it was normal for me, also my arms were giving up but I didn't let them, feeling good and did some stretches also! See you all in day2!
    Day2: my arms were about to fall but finally I did itt!! Haven't seen any changes ofc w two days there's not gonna be any change, once my armpit fat starts to dissappear than only I'll believe that my arms r toned and slim, cya in day3
    Day3: I did itt! Not have much to say but let's trust the process! And don't forget to stretch at the end guys
    Day4: you guys I ate so much from the last few days..so I think it's not working but I'm not blaming the workout cus this workout litttt and I'm not going to lose hope too! I'm on a diet so I'll do it consistingly for 2 weeks or even one month! I recommend you doing this 7 min workout though!
    Day5: I'm slightly seeing some changes at this point, now the workout isn't that hard for me

    I’m going on vacations this 20th so I will be doing this until then. I will be doing this twice a days for better results😊 (also I started three days before sharing)
    R arm : 13 1/2
    L arm : 12 1/4
    Day 1 hurts, I have to take at least 3 breaks on the first time and 4 on the second.
    Day 2 I had to take 2 extra breaks bc my hands hurt from yesterday 😂
    Day 3 took a break I really didn’t want to take the break but my hands hurt 😔
    Day 4 I did it 🥳🥳

      At first it was very hard for me literally I took 6 breaks at first day but after 1 week I became habituated and did the whole workout without break

    ok this is my third time doing it I stopped at 5:08 I couldn't pick up my arms anymore
    but I have a challenge for the people who got their arms down everytime you let your arms down you have to do 1 squat after the workout I have 8 squats to do

    I made it to the 3 min mark before dropping my arms. Progress. I am looking forward to making it to the end without dropping (and certainly looking forward to seeing a difference in my arms)!

    Did this for 3 months with leg and ab exercises. First month I can see slight toning, but it was underneath the arm fat. I did not lose much off my arms for the first two months and was stuck at .5-.75 cm reduction. I started doing some cardio in the 3rd month to shed overall weight. I finally see 1.5cm reduction on my arms. I think you need to do some overall weight loss to see better results and not just do arm workouts alone. I will stick to doing this everyday because it gives a nice tone. I only do this arm exercise with cardio.

      I’m still doing this only arm workout and I do see results I am happy with. It is still challenging and I can feel it during the workout, without dropping my arms. I may add 1lb dumbells in the near future. Did you get results?

    One thing that helped me not put my arms down until the end was focusing on my breathing. For example, I inhaled for 1 sec and then exhaled in 4 different fragments. Breathe in, exhale, exhale, exhale, exhale. Hope that helps you guys!

    i do it quite often then took a rest for 14+ days (reasonable reasons) and today is the first day and i dont feel sore. take a rest if it too ambitious but dont ever stop!

    11 inches on both my arms. I've been doing the other Holly Dolke arm workout for a month and I switch it to this one since I think it's time for an upgrade.
    (P.S. I lost almost 2 inches from the other workout in just a month. So I know that holly's training is really effective)
    Day 1- Burns halfway but by the end it goes away. Pretty easy. (Since I've been doing the other workout it's not that hard for me but still burns AF)
    Day 2- I technically forgot so I'm gonna do it twice tomorrow
    Day 3- Bad Idea to do it twice cuz my arm is beaten :/. But I was able to do it! It really burns so much halfway but toward the end, the pain just disappeared.
    Day 4- Pain. No, just kidding. The Burn was way later than usual in the exercise. Still no burn towards the end of the workout.
