I don't know why I feel too weak to lift my legs at the last workout... No pain no gain I know it will be worth it I tried before some other thigh workout but I can't see any difference Hoping it will help me....
See, the reason I stopped is because I was at a point where I was struggling with my mental health, and I have been for a while. So, some people stop because they stopped doing the work out or something came up.
The first day I tried this my legs were 61,5cm and 60cm now after 2 weeks they are 55cm and 53cm. Thank you so so much, my legs were never this toned and slim. IF YOU DID NOT START ALREADY, START NOW!!!
@@eva6480 well actually I didn't because my lifestyle was already super healthy like I ate and still eat 95% of the time healthy. It's my lifestyle but you may have some unhealthy things though. You have to eat like 80% healthy and 20% you can have some food you love to have. What I also did was the killer HIIT workout from Heather Robinson and rope skipping which really helped me for reducing belly fat.
@@Natalie37854 I did measure it correctly like 100%, I was really shocked too. It's not that difficult to lose fat off your body if it's pure fat, it's also because of the food I ate because I lost almost all of my belly fat just because I ate nothing else but only healthy. Probably I lost it so quickly because like I said I did a lot of HIIT workouts and rope skipping and dancing. I heard other stories who were the same as mine. I lost quit a lot kilograms too.

@@rneetaspirant Hahah, sorry I fell off there with the updates! This workout here helped me take 1cm off the widest part of my upper thighs, and about 1cm off right above my knee in about a month and a half (my legs are the most stubborn part of my body for fat storage genetically). I actually noticed a positive change in how toned my legs are overall, upper and lower, and my hip mobility has improved thanks to the controlled dynamic stretches (side lunges in particular). I also had issues with edema causing swelling and discomfort in my ankles, and this routine has GREATLY reduced it! Super approachable for those newer to these exercises, and can help build both strength and confidence!!
having a thigh gap actually doesn’t depend as much on how skinny/toned your legs are than on how wide your hips are, so please be careful and don’t push yourself too much because it really just comes down to your natural body shape :)
Same. Im 5.5 and 102 lbs and my thighs look like Im 200lbs and shot with a b b gun. I have no idea how to thin them. I bike have a vibration plate and do ballet thigh excersizes and nothing changes.
I accidentally stumbled on this video again, i used to do this workout like 2 years ago. but since im here let me tell yall this WORKS. I did it every day for around 2-3 weeks and my thighs got smaller and looked so much better. so for any one wondering DO IT
L@@Swann_bssRemember that you can easily gain weight if you eat only junk food and don't move your body. Once you lose weight just make sure you get ur daily water intake, stretch sometimes, and eat a balanced meal to!
I have been doing this workout along with Holly's No Jumping HIIT workout for 5 days a week for the past 2 months. Only change to my diet, is that I have also been skipping breakfast. I am super strong now and have lost 27 lbs! Thank you, Holly!! You've made my weight loss journey so simple!

Don't though, it's important to eat and just try to build some muscle! Eating disorders are super dangerous and I had someone very close to me go through it because of her anxiety. Just wanted to prevent anyone else
So I've been doing this workout for 3 weeks straight now, and when I say I'm seeing results, boy am I seeing results! There is such a big difference in my thighs. they have stopped running awkwardly together, and they feel much more toned and stronger. (But without big muscle build up) this workout is soooo worth it and I definitely recommend it. It is one of, and forever will be, my favourite workouts!
Emma Berry i’ve been doing this workout every single day for almost two weeks now, but my thighs haven’t seemed to change, if anything I feel like they look wider and more muscle which isn’t what I wanted.
To those of you who are in the comments to see if it works : HOLY SHIT IT DID!!! I started doing this workout yesterday and mind you, I have pretty big and flabby thighs, and after doing this, I can already feel that my thighs have become much firmer and don't jiggle a lot like they did before!! AND TO THINK THIS HAPPENED OVERNIGHT!! Thank you so much Holly, and I'll try to update if I can :D
@Tsering Tassar i had a muffin top. It's gone now, but there's still a bit of fat in my lower abdomen left. it'll probably disappear in a month or so. also, if you want to see results, stop asking others and try it for yourself. what worked for me may not work for you too.
Every like I get is how many squats I have to do and yes, I am serious. I have fat legs and I need motivation. Update: I’m doing 100 a day and will tell you guys if there are any significant changes to my legs! I’m very insecure about my legs so all this motivation from you guys instead of negative comments is really pushing me to exercise my legs. I’m doing this for my well being and for you guys❣️ Day 2 (of editing): I’m really feeling the burn! Day 3 (of editing): i think I’ve lost about an inch off my legs, which is great progress! I’m also trying to lose belly fat so I’m doing curl ups everyday. Are there any other recommended ways to lose belly fat?

I’m gonna document on my results Day 1: of course nothing miraculous has happened YET but I’m definitely tired as hell but it’s all worth it in the end:) Day 2: pretty much the same as yesterday but I feel like I’m not getting the last one right but what’s not to say I’ll get better at it within a few more days Day 3: my legs are feeling tighter already but no big physical change yet Day 4: legs still feel tight but that means we’re getting somewhere! Day 5: sorry guys! I was staying away for a trip overnight but I still did it with a friend! My legs looking a lot more toned so excited to see how it looks within a week Day 6: heyooo I’m currently about to start but when I was away for that day I was going out for lunch having dinner and stuff and I lost my sense of will power and made some silly decisions by eating very unhealthy food which I regret:( I feel like I’ve fallen all they way back to day 1 but that’s just how I feel mentally but when I look into the mirror I do see some good results, I’ve also set a goal for two months! Excited to share my journey and hopefully really good results- oh and I’ve got the last one correct because it’s BURNED LIKE HELL but all good! Day 7: it’s become 1 week and I do see results but just not to my potential so I will continue I will be using her videos and do full body workouts through the 2 months and I’ll need to get a scale and some measuring tape for some accurate results I do believe it’s working but I also need to change my diet unless I want to see crazy results so I’ll see y’all tomorrow! Day 8: Had a salad today with some rice for dinner! Im a teenager (yes a teenager,and you might be thinking YOU DONT NEED SLIMMER LEGS YOU ARE A CHILD,but Im doing this to be healthier and to be confident in myself) I don't have much hope cause I tried EVERYTHING and my thighs are just so stubborn,stretch marks are appearing and I feel so insecure,having thick thighs sounds cool but most of the time its not. I'll update after like 2-3 weeks,remind me sometimes if you can.
Do you just try leg workouts? Bec if you just try that then it’s going to be very hard to see changes . In order to see changes in your legs/thighs you have to work out all body parts not just your legs. If you do so then I’m pretty sure your gonna see changes in your body overall including your legs. So if your doing this try throwing in cardio and other workouts. Make sure to eat healthy./well balanced meals. Also since you’re a teen puberty might play a role in this. When I started getting stretch marks I also started to feel insecure but then I learned to just accept them Bec who cares what other people think of them. They are just red/coloured lines and that shouldn’t get in the of how I/you should view your body. I wish you luck!!!
progress tracker: day 1: longest 7 minutes of my life. my upper thighs carry the most weight and i'm so glad that these workouts target that area. my legs feel very shaky and i only did the workout once. day 2: my muscles were sore when i woke up this morning so i already knew this was going to be a killer! but i pushed through and completed the workout (inner thigh lifts and squat pulses are my enemy). i made sure i stretched well once i was done and i also had a protein shake to help repair my muscles. can't wait for day 3! day 3: today's workout felt easier than usual, which was good. again, i only did the workout once and made sure to stretch when i was done. No visible results yet (obviously), but i can definitely feel my muscles getting stronger. day 4: i had an exhausting day today so i didn't feel motivated to do the workout, but i did it anyway (only once). i can definitely feel the exercises getting easier to do, but still little to no visible results yet. i know that it's going to take a while before i see a difference so i'm going to keep pushing until i get my desired results! day 5: REST DAY day 6: yesterday i injured my ankle which is why i took a rest day and i did the same again today. i’m hoping to get back into the exercises ASAP so that i don’t loose my progress. i’ll most likely get back into the exercises tomorrow. day 7: today’s workout went really good. my ankle is feeling a lot better but i was still cautious. the exercises are starting to get easier now so i’ll try and do the workout twice a day from now on. day 8: i did the workout twice today, with a small break in between. the second round was harder than the first and my legs feel very shaky again. i can see my thighs starting to slowly tone, but not a huge change is noticeable yet. highly recommend doing this though as it definitely makes your thighs stronger fast! day 9: did the workout twice again and my thighs have never felt stronger! to anyone who is having doubts about this or losing motivation, keep pushing. excited for day 10 :) day 10: only did the workout once because my muscles were exhausted. i'm thinking of taking another rest day tomorrow too. day 11: REST DAY. i'm also going to start updating every second day but will still be exercising daily. day 13: the workouts went well for both days and i'm starting to see my legs tone slightly. day 15: my legs are finally starting to show more visible progress, still got a long way to go though! I'm thinking of adding a cardio workout into the mix soon too. day 17: I did the workout yesterday, but instead of doing it today I did a 60 minute cardio workout. day 19: had a rest day yesterday, but today’s workout was great! I’m starting to finally see a difference but I’m going to keep going until my legs are toned. day 21: i didn't get time to do the workout today because it was father's day where i live, so i was super busy. i will get back into it tomorrow though! day 23: had a good session today and did the workout twice. So happy to finally see progress :) PSA: hey everyone! I won’t be updating as frequently on here anymore but I’m still continuing the workouts. Thank you to those who have followed my updates and feel free to ask any questions and I’ll do my best to answer them :) Final update: Yes, this workout does work but to see maximum results you have to be consistent and patient! @@alyssaaah most of the changes have to do with strength so far, and only a small visible difference. knowing my body type, it will probably take a few weeks before i see a huge change, but everybody is different. i do recommend doing it though as my thighs are definitely stronger since i've started :)
I swear to God this is the best thigh workout I have ever done! ❤ I have always struggled with having thick thighs and I had tried over 50 leg/ thigh workouts, all of them were either too long or were just not worth it. Then I found this, short and super duper effective. I request u to do this exercise religiously for 2 weeks and u yourself will be amazed by the results!!!! Ps: her 8 min abs workout is also AmAZInG
Holly, from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you!!❤️ I’ve been doing this exercise for a little over 4 weeks now. It works!!! My legs never looked better! For the first time in my life I actually love my tights!!! We went to the beach on July 4th and I can honestly say I turned some heads. I never struggled with my weight, but I always felt that my body didn’t have a nice shape(just like someone else comment said: I want my thighs to socially distance) BTW: that was the best comment ever Lol. I was never confident in a bathing suit. I started doing this exercise and now I can’t seem to stop. I am exercising 2 times a day. By now I know each exercise by heart. Before I found this channel, I always quit after 2 weeks or so because I never felt it was working. NOT WITH THIS ONE!!! So again Thank you thank you thank you!!

Day 2: I‘m sweating so much haha but I hope it will be worth it Second time on day 2: already feel the burn in my legs:)) Day3: I finally managed to do the whole workout without taking a break in between. I feel the burn in my legs even more and I can hardly go up the stairs so I‘m pretty sure I‘ll see some results after the week is over. :) Day 4: I was exhausted all day cause of my legs. I also measured my knees and they got 2 cm thinner :))) I also changed my eating habits when I started doing this workout. I‘m really happy with this workout it helps a lot Day5: I can see a result yey. My entire legs got a little thinner and it only took me 5 days. But I did this workout twice a day so I think that’s why I can already see a change 😃 Day6: still like day 5 but the workout is so much easier for me now. @@dome9282 my knees also hurt sometimes from.extensove exercises :) do some knee warm uos before u begin and do this exercise my doc recommended: Sit on your bed ,keep a pillow under your knee and press it with your underknee then lift and do it 10 -15 times. Also keep a chk on vit D 💕

I did this workout last summer for 2 weeks for the school glow up, and everyone said how slim my legs after school opened. Now I started doing this again and if you are wondering if it works now i'll update here every week. (This is my 2. day today)
proud sand I didn’t always do the same workout. I used an application for workouts, I did other workouts especially for abs. Now my legs and my stomach is really firm and before that when I eat something my stomach was getting bigger but now it looks normal and I can see my abs. I will keep to do this in whole summer. But remember, what you eat is really important and don’t push yourself to do everyday. Some days you can just feel lazy and bad and you don’t have to do that on that days. I’ll update here again.
I change my mind I'm going do this workout for 30 day and I will update everyday if I don’t forget and I do everything one time. My thighs are: 53cm My calves are: 34cm Day 1: ✅ it was good after the workout I feel like my legs we’re shaking and burning but it was all fine. Day 2: ✅ this was also a successful but I felt the pain in my legs when I was walking. But all fine. Day 3: ✅ sorry for a late update I forgot to do it and it is also late here but I still did it. it went good I felt the burning in my legs and in the morning when I was walking downstairs. Day 4: ✅ I had a little busy day. I've walk a lot so I felt the pain but it was okay. I was kinda proud about that cuze then I know I did a good job and I also realized that the workout became easier so I was also really proud about that. Ps: I will measure my legs at the 10th day to see if there has something change. Day 5: Rest Day Day 6: ✅ I was today really tired to do the workout cuze yesterday last night I was learning the hole night but I still try it. Day 7: ✅ this workout was great. I felt less more pain since I took the "rest day" and I also just felt more better so yeah can't wait for the next workout! Day 8: ✅This workout went also great I also felt more comfortable and I feel less more pain in the morning so yeah. Day 9: ✅ I’m excited for tomorrow cause then I’m going to measure my legs. Hopefully something has change 🤞and btw the workout went great and it also became kinda more easier. Ps: I will tomorrow only measure my thighs cause I found three days ago that this workout was more meant for thighs. Day 10: Rest day. So I have measured my thighs they are both 49,5 cm now and before they were 53 cm. I'm very proud of myself!! I seriously didn't expect that it would change that much. Day 11: ✅ I almost forgot to do the workout bc I had a busy day but today's workout went great it felt great. I didn't felt much pain in the morning just bc of the rest day that I took. Day 12: ✅I seriously went almost to bed without doing the workout my bad 🤗 so I’ve been thinking to do the workout early like in the morning or maybe later but we will see. Day 13: ✅ so this time I didn’t forgot it. Yeah!! By this workout I felt less more burning does that mean good or wrong? Okay so I'm actually going to be updating this everyday because I keep telling myself I'm going to work hard and this will be my motivation. Day 1🦋: This is the second work out video I did and I really felt the burning the last two were the hardest for me but I felt really good afterwards. Day 2🦋: So obviously I still look the same but I feel different. The workout didn't get any easier yet. Day 3 🦋: I was sore the whole day which means it's working, I just finished and my thighs actually do look a little bit more toned but I still have a long way to go. Day 4-5 I was to busy I'm sorry !! Day 6 🦋: I just did this and I'm feeling great. The last two are still the hardest for me but I'm pushing through :) I'll update tmr ! Day 7🦋: this felt a little bit more easier. Earlier at school my boyfriend even notices that my legs looked a little slimmer. I can't tell for sure but I'm feeling good so far ! The first day I tried this my legs were 61,5cm and 60cm now after 2 weeks they are 55cm and 53cm. Thank you so so much, my legs were never this toned and slim. IF YOU DID NOT START ALREADY, START NOW!!!

@@eva6480 well actually I didn't because my lifestyle was already super healthy like I ate and still eat 95% of the time healthy. It's my lifestyle but you may have some unhealthy things though. You have to eat like 80% healthy and 20% you can have some food you love to have. What I also did was the killer HIIT workout from Heather Robinson and rope skipping which really helped me for reducing belly fat.

@@Natalie37854 I did measure it correctly like 100%, I was really shocked too. It's not that difficult to lose fat off your body if it's pure fat, it's also because of the food I ate because I lost almost all of my belly fat just because I ate nothing else but only healthy. Probably I lost it so quickly because like I said I did a lot of HIIT workouts and rope skipping and dancing. I heard other stories who were the same as mine. I lost quit a lot kilograms too.

@@rneetaspirant Hahah, sorry I fell off there with the updates! This workout here helped me take 1cm off the widest part of my upper thighs, and about 1cm off right above my knee in about a month and a half (my legs are the most stubborn part of my body for fat storage genetically). I actually noticed a positive change in how toned my legs are overall, upper and lower, and my hip mobility has improved thanks to the controlled dynamic stretches (side lunges in particular). I also had issues with edema causing swelling and discomfort in my ankles, and this routine has GREATLY reduced it! Super approachable for those newer to these exercises, and can help build both strength and confidence!!

having a thigh gap actually doesn’t depend as much on how skinny/toned your legs are than on how wide your hips are, so please be careful and don’t push yourself too much because it really just comes down to your natural body shape :)

So I've been doing this workout for 3 weeks straight now, and when I say I'm seeing results, boy am I seeing results! There is such a big difference in my thighs. they have stopped running awkwardly together, and they feel much more toned and stronger. (But without big muscle build up) this workout is soooo worth it and I definitely recommend it. It is one of, and forever will be, my favourite workouts!

I started doing this workout yesterday and mind you, I have pretty big and flabby thighs, and after doing this, I can already feel that my thighs have become much firmer and don't jiggle a lot like they did before!! I’m gonna document on my results
Day 1: of course nothing miraculous has happened YET but I’m definitely tired as hell but it’s all worth it in the end:)
Day 2: pretty much the same as yesterday but I feel like I’m not getting the last one right but what’s not to say I’ll get better at it within a few more days
Day 3: my legs are feeling tighter already but no big physical change yet
Day 4: legs still feel tight but that means we’re getting somewhere!
Day 5: sorry guys! I was staying away for a trip overnight but I still did it with a friend! My legs looking a lot more toned so excited to see how it looks within a week
Day 6: heyooo I’m currently about to start but when I was away for that day I was going out for lunch having dinner and stuff and I lost my sense of will power and made some silly decisions by eating very unhealthy food which I regret:( I feel like I’ve fallen all they way back to day 1 but that’s just how I feel mentally but when I look into the mirror I do see some good results, I’ve also set a goal for two months! Excited to share my journey and hopefully really good results- oh and I’ve got the last one correct because it’s BURNED LIKE HELL but all good!
Day 7: it’s become 1 week and I do see results but just not to my potential so I will continue I will be using her videos and do full body workouts through the 2 months and I’ll need to get a scale and some measuring tape for some accurate results I do believe it’s working but I also need to change my diet unless I want to see crazy results so I’ll see y’all tomorrow!
Day 8: Had a salad today with some rice for dinner! (Cucumber, tomato’s, carrots, red onion and celery) celery is a good fat burning especially in smoothies with cucumbers and green apples:D hydrating detox but just finished the work out i did it early and feel very refreshed with what I ate:)
Day 9: my legs are starting to look a lot slimmer
Day 10: my legs are so much more toned but still not as slim as I’d like them to be
Day 11: lower part of my thighs look slimmer but the top inner thighs are still just about the same so I’m going to add upper thigh workouts to my 2 months:))
Day 12: I’m gonna start doing 3 reps for hopefully better results but definitely starting to see a difference

Do you just try leg workouts? Bec if you just try that then it’s going to be very hard to see changes . In order to see changes in your legs/thighs you have to work out all body parts not just your legs. If you do so then I’m pretty sure your gonna see changes in your body overall including your legs. So if your doing this try throwing in cardio and other workouts. Make sure to eat healthy./well balanced meals. Also since you’re a teen puberty might play a role in this. When I started getting stretch marks I also started to feel insecure but then I learned to just accept them Bec who cares what other people think of them. They are just red/coloured lines and that shouldn’t get in the of how I/you should view your body. I wish you luck!!!

progress tracker:
day 1: longest 7 minutes of my life. my upper thighs carry the most weight and i'm so glad that these workouts target that area. my legs feel very shaky and i only did the workout once.
day 2: my muscles were sore when i woke up this morning so i already knew this was going to be a killer! but i pushed through and completed the workout (inner thigh lifts and squat pulses are my enemy). i made sure i stretched well once i was done and i also had a protein shake to help repair my muscles. can't wait for day 3!
day 3: today's workout felt easier than usual, which was good. again, i only did the workout once and made sure to stretch when i was done. No visible results yet (obviously), but i can definitely feel my muscles getting stronger.
day 4: i had an exhausting day today so i didn't feel motivated to do the workout, but i did it anyway (only once). i can definitely feel the exercises getting easier to do, but still little to no visible results yet. i know that it's going to take a while before i see a difference so i'm going to keep pushing until i get my desired results!
day 5: REST DAY
day 6: yesterday i injured my ankle which is why i took a rest day and i did the same again today. i’m hoping to get back into the exercises ASAP so that i don’t loose my progress. i’ll most likely get back into the exercises tomorrow.
day 7: today’s workout went really good. my ankle is feeling a lot better but i was still cautious. the exercises are starting to get easier now so i’ll try and do the workout twice a day from now on.
day 8: i did the workout twice today, with a small break in between. the second round was harder than the first and my legs feel very shaky again. i can see my thighs starting to slowly tone, but not a huge change is noticeable yet. highly recommend doing this though as it definitely makes your thighs stronger fast!
day 9: did the workout twice again and my thighs have never felt stronger! to anyone who is having doubts about this or losing motivation, keep pushing. excited for day 10 :)
day 10: only did the workout once because my muscles were exhausted. i'm thinking of taking another rest day tomorrow too.
day 11: REST DAY. i'm also going to start updating every second day but will still be exercising daily.
day 13: the workouts went well for both days and i'm starting to see my legs tone slightly.
day 15: my legs are finally starting to show more visible progress, still got a long way to go though! I'm thinking of adding a cardio workout into the mix soon too.
day 17: I did the workout yesterday, but instead of doing it today I did a 60 minute cardio workout.
day 19: had a rest day yesterday, but today’s workout was great! I’m starting to finally see a difference but I’m going to keep going until my legs are toned.
day 21: i didn't get time to do the workout today because it was father's day where i live, so i was super busy. i will get back into it tomorrow though!
day 23: had a good session today and did the workout twice. So happy to finally see progress :)

@@alyssaaah most of the changes have to do with strength so far, and only a small visible difference. knowing my body type, it will probably take a few weeks before i see a huge change, but everybody is different. i do recommend doing it though as my thighs are definitely stronger since i've started :)

For the first time in my life I actually love my tights!!! We went to the beach on July 4th and I can honestly say I turned some heads. I never struggled with my weight, but I always felt that my body didn’t have a nice shape(just like someone else comment said: I want my thighs to socially distance) BTW: that was the best comment ever Lol. I was never confident in a bathing suit. I started doing this exercise and now I can’t seem to stop. I am exercising 2 times a day. By now I know each exercise by heart. Before I found this channel, I always quit after 2 weeks or so because I never felt it was working. NOT WITH THIS ONE!!! So again Thank you thank you thank you!!

Day3: I finally managed to do the whole workout without taking a break in between. I feel the burn in my legs even more and I can hardly go up the stairs so I‘m pretty sure I‘ll see some results after the week is over. :)
Day 4: I was exhausted all day cause of my legs. I also measured my knees and they got 2 cm thinner :))) I also changed my eating habits when I started doing this workout. I‘m really happy with this workout it helps a lot
Day5: I can see a result yey. My entire legs got a little thinner and it only took me 5 days. But I did this workout twice a day so I think that’s why I can already see a change 😃

Sit on your bed ,keep a pillow under your knee and press it with your underknee then lift and do it 10 -15 times. Also keep a chk on vit D 💕

proud sand I didn’t always do the same workout. I used an application for workouts, I did other workouts especially for abs. Now my legs and my stomach is really firm and before that when I eat something my stomach was getting bigger but now it looks normal and I can see my abs. I will keep to do this in whole summer. But remember, what you eat is really important and don’t push yourself to do everyday. Some days you can just feel lazy and bad and you don’t have to do that on that days. I’ll update here again.

Day 1: ✅ it was good after the workout I feel like my legs we’re shaking and burning but it was all fine.
Day 2: ✅ this was also a successful but I felt the pain in my legs when I was walking. But all fine.
Day 3: ✅ sorry for a late update I forgot to do it and it is also late here but I still did it. it went good I felt the burning in my legs and in the morning when I was walking downstairs.
Day 4: ✅ I had a little busy day. I've walk a lot so I felt the pain but it was okay. I was kinda proud about that cuze then I know I did a good job and I also realized that the workout became easier so I was also really proud about that.
Ps: I will measure my legs at the 10th day to see if there has something change.
Day 5: Rest Day
Day 6: ✅ I was today really tired to do the workout cuze yesterday last night I was learning the hole night but I still try it.
Day 7: ✅ this workout was great. I felt less more pain since I took the "rest day" and I also just felt more better so yeah can't wait for the next workout!
Day 8: ✅This workout went also great I also felt more comfortable and I feel less more pain in the morning so yeah.

Okay so I'm actually going to be updating this everyday because I keep telling myself I'm going to work hard and this will be my motivation.
Day 1🦋: This is the second work out video I did and I really felt the burning the last two were the hardest for me but I felt really good afterwards.
Day 2🦋: So obviously I still look the same but I feel different. The workout didn't get any easier yet.
Day 3 🦋: I was sore the whole day which means it's working, I just finished and my thighs actually do look a little bit more toned but I still have a long way to go.
Day 4-5 I was to busy I'm sorry !!
Day 6 🦋: I just did this and I'm feeling great. The last two are still the hardest for me but I'm pushing through :) I'll update tmr !

Honestly i was doing it a lot the first and second week of august and then life got in the way and im picking it up again. But i realize my legs are a lot more toned, i just wanted to let you know that you may not notice a lot at first but i defintely see it now after a week or two.
