I don't know if I'll ever truly be able to pick an army and slap the money down. People say to pick the one you like the lore and look of most, but there're too many cool ones! I'm definitely most into Skaven, but many models are old and they may be getting a rebranding next year. Maybe I just buy Dominion because I like both those factions ok, but not as much as ratmen and maybe Gitz and Lumineth.
@@windup13ird60 At first it was difficult! But most of us really decided based on the army that looked the most unique to us! It's definitely a big commitment, but if you think an army looks cool and you like the concept of the army, we say GO FOR IT!! 👏
My first was a gift, the Soul Wars box. The best advice I’ve gotten is pick what you think is coolest and the one that excites and inspires you. I’ve been a Nighthaunt player and they need a new book bad but I’ve still been able to have a ton of fun
DJ’s 2nd grand strategy is my #1 goal when arriving at a campsite. Great information guys.

Don't armies also have faction specific grand strategies in the 3.0 books. I just got into ironjawz and I think I saw some in the not-codex
Yes! As the new battletomes, armies and factions will get their own Grand Strategies!

Where is the rest of the how to play series?? It just cuts off after the intro video. What about all the phases?
Currently we just have the "Picking & Building Your Army" and "The Basics" videos up! The other videos on the phases are on their way!
The presentation is a hot mess. Maybe try writing a script so you aren't all over the place.
