Dude you views and subs are jumping up quickly! You are going to be at 10k in no time if you keep putting out these great videos. Can't wait for your Silver Tower play through.
My only complaint is i want more detail! im digging deep into a Freeguild army. Im happy with my first ever 1,000 point army. Seems. Like each army could have multiple videos on them. Digging your videos!
If your looking to have multiple units with the same spell/ability,check the rules to see if there restrictions on how many times they can be used in a phase/turn
Nice Vid! Good solid beginner info. I have on bit of (hopefully constructive) criticism, so please only take it as a suggestion: In business presentation we are taught we should include some of the talking points on the slide... not a verbatim script, per se, but just some of your main talking points on a slide to give your content some more staying power over just verbal information. Might help newer players retain this valuable content. Keep on making quality stuff my dude!
Aloha, subscribed and liked! I’ve played pretty much only through TableTop Simulator cuz of the current world events. Honestly, I think I’ve lost 13 and won only once thus far partly because of a lack of experience with list-building. Thanks for the video! - an OBR Crematorians Player
I picked up the Aether War box, traded the Tzeech for a second set of the Karadron part, and then I looked at which battle lines I could get out of these. Which skyport to pick to get my battle lines. I then checked which battalion I could easily fill and voila. Almost a whole army with a few options on what to buy next.
Kharadron have some great battalions. I play against some of the guys from Aethercast (Khron). If your looking into Kharadrons Deffs give them a check out, really knowledgeable guys.
It would be good if you could mention something about MSU-lists and how viable they are? When I first started I thought you could just buy a box and have a unit and then have as many units as possible. But isn’t that easy because some units almost requires you to have has many models as possible. And as you say it isn’t always good to run the maximum number of models. I still struggle to find some guidelines regarding unit sizes in relation to the number of drops and the efficiency of the units. Another thing which you probably should mention is reserve units as they really have an effect on how you build your list.
in warscolll builder gw does in the stormhost dropdown my stormblood guard aren't an option. which do i choose or am i just missing something. great vid.
The only Stormhosts you’ll be able to choose are those they’ve given sub faction rules too, not all of them have these. You’ll have the option to just use one as a counts as rules set or play without them and have access to normal command traits etc
@@CinderfallGaming only done the red on a few models, i could just swop to hallowed knights. it might make things easier. i never gunna play tournaments and if things carry on prob never play it anyway. if any of your ever increasing fans has a suggestion i'd love the response. thanks for the replies
The War Against the Grey. The Grey is that pile of unpainted plastic you have sitting in the corner, those unpainted models. Fighting the war against the Grey, is painting through that pile of unpainted miniatures.
I'm building my first AoS army (Skaven) and this video was really helpful, thanks! I get the feeling I will have a lot of chaff and a few hammers!!

Yeah I wanna play sigmar because I think I would only need that army to have fun for years

Just a thought, but I'd watch the hell out of a "watch as I build" kind of you video where you make a few mock lists describing the thought process

@@CinderfallGaming I might be that person that are tuning in on all their live shows already 😅
Played our first AoS game yesterday and damn, keeping track of FEC traits and equipment was fun lol I forgot to use feast day twice.
It happens mate. It’s important to go over your games after and note down what you forget so you can remember next time.
I’m just jumping over to AoS from 40K and this video was really valuable
Glad you found the video useful.
