Yoga for sciatica | pain relief | strengthen & release | 25min

- This 25min yoga practice will support recovery from sciatica through strengthening and gently releasing the glutes & hamstrings. Yoga can be a wonderful adjunct alongside other therapeutic modalities such as physiotherapy & osteopathy to relieve sciatica, however please be mindful of working through any sharp pain & seek professional advice for persisting symptoms.

This video is incredible. The physiotherapist just plugs you to a tensor machine and that does not treat the cause of sciatica. This video has helped me manage my back issues without painkillers. A big thank you!

I have two herniated discs which I am trying to heal with physical therapy. Some of these exercises I had to avoid, but today I was feeling like branching out and seeing what I can do without pain. I habe always found yoga to be an excellent information gathering tool, while being careful not to cause any pain as I explore.
