As an ex heroin addict and now a 2 year strict carnivore i have to call BS in the statement that sugar is more addictive than heroin. It took me 25 years of trying and going through torture the many times I tried going cold turkey from heroin but I quit all sugar and carbs overnight. Believe me they are nowhere close to the torture of heroin withdrawal. Loved the rest of your talk but I had to make this comment. PS:- I have now been clean for 8 years.
I'm almost 68 years old. Started carnivore elimination diet 10 months ago. The healing is amazing. I also intermittently fast. Bloating gone, joint pain gone, nerves have knit back together, peripheral neuropathy healing, skin hair and nails great, eyesight has improved and depression and brain fog gone. No pharmaceutical products taken. I haven't felt this good for at least 15 years. Also lost 21 pounds in weight. I shall continue. No going back now.

It is always a good mindset to view as a whole (question things and motives, not so much cynicism haha). If you have seen any of my comments on other posts and videos you see I ALWAYS tell people to do their due diligence about where their information comes from, as we talk about how others in the industry have used things out of context and studies that are funded show bias etc. So it is a good question about commercial interest. But we don't heavily push everything for the commercial side, it is primarily to help people improve their lifestyle and improve their health and quality of life. It came about after Rich changed his life and wanted to help others (when you put so much effort into doing so, and to make sure there are things to help people with it, of course to help fund it there's a commercial aspect). But in context, it is to provide people with the correct things and to help, which unfortunately isn't free, as you need resources in order to do so, or you wouldn't be able to do so for long. However it is always done as an addition to help those along the way. We don't hard sell any products, and often suggest if people can follow the keto principles consuming everything naturally then by all means do so. People, like myself when I started, often find it hard to switch to what they are used to, so it just helps transition into it in a way that is less of a shock to the system. The information provided in our content hardly if ever, promotes "you should buy x,y and z from us". Its all information people can take with them and do with as they please. Hope this makes sense, but excellent question and I always encourage to look at the wider motives, always. It's smart! Because people don't want to give up their carb addiction until they run into serious health trouble and often, not even then. I transitioned into keto and then into carnivore, one step at a time and gradually. I found it easier that way than going cold turkey. It saved me from keto flu. Best of all, I've brought my BMI down from 32 to 24 over the last one and a half years. That might seem a long time but it's nothing in a lifetime and like I said, I didn't rush headlong into it. The only thing I cut out immediately were processed foods, seed oils and carbs from the last meal of the day.

Thank you. I've been low carb since Oct 2021 to remit my diabetes. These types of videos are very helpful. The more it is understood the easier it makes it to stick with it. By the way, I am now metabolically healthy, weigh what I did back in the early 1980s (I'm 66 now) with high LDL after going low carb (but *not* a LMHR), with good trig/HDL ratio.

However I'm no rookie when it comes to what I've seen in my point in life and I've seen some of the most frantic, panicky ways people act as harshly as possible to shutting someone up in whatever way they can and it often comes out messy in this way. Using context clues, one word specifically I caught that was censored here was pandemic, another was cancer, so obviously sensitive topic. In many cases someone usually gets censored when hearing something that makes them uncomfortable, and the truth, IN MANY CASES is very uncomfortable for people. I can assure you that the information he is speaking of is sensitive, I can assure this because of one example alone and that is him promoting red meat. I don't want to go too far off on limb, but it's plain as day to see when you skim over the world economic forum and study the Davos group and learn of the global agendas they have on ruling our society. One of those agendas is a tie in between climate change and red meat and cows are causing too much "C02" so as John Kerry says we need to bring a halt to food production and eliminate access to red meat. It's simple, and I'll list two reasons. It's still a UPF (ultra processed food) and not good for you. A lot of people fail low carb due to replacing breads/cakes/biscuits with similar 'keto' options.
My only indulgence is my two toasts in the morning with French butter on it. I can’t stop doing, it takes me back to my childhood, my mornings when I was a working nurse (I’m retired now). I detest sugar, chocolates, cakes, cookies, etc Please tell me I can keep eating my toasts in the morning! I’ll try the keto bread!

Whilst we try to steer people in the direction of cutting the carbs altogether, many find it difficult to just do it cold turkey. Rather than fall at the first hurdle, we offer a low carb keto friendly bread option that contains just 1.8gs per slice. So you could enjoy your childhood toast in the morning whilst remaining keto. @@sharfalor4244 Thanks for commenting. Whilst we recommend people to avoid these types of foods, we also understand for some, it is a habit that is harder to break. While we will always say it isn't optimal, we recommend it as a tool to help ease transitioning into cutting out this type of thing completely if people are struggling. Is it ideal? no. But if it helps someone cut down the consumption of processed foods it is certainly a healthier alternative to the usual. It is considerably less processed than other alternatives and much better all round than the highly processed loaves found on your supermarket shelves. And if it is used as a way to cut down and eventually cut out. or to stick to a keto diet for an occasion or when caught short, then there isn't any harm. I do agree with you that many people fail when they try to just replace the processed foods with other alternatives. Whilst alternatives may be healthier, we encourage people to get out of that habit and stick to nutrient dense keto foods. The best breakdown of the metabolic system I have seen. Should be compulsory viewing for all doctors! I healed autoimmune Rheumatoid arthritis and Interstitial cystitis and was able to get off biologic immunosuppresive medications by going carnivore and find it hard to convince others struggling with various ailments of the biology behind the plethora of amazing healing stories I've heard so from now on I'll just send them this!

Carnivorous diet is beneficial for people living in extremely cold weather like that of Europe and North America.In Countries like India which is extremely hot ,such diet is not recommended.One should eat in accordance with their climatic conditions..This is also the basic philosophy of " Ayurveda" .
@lisa hi, i am also suffering from autoimmune diseases called ankylosing spondylitis + uveitis. I am currently on biologics-plamumab. Lost one eye due to uveitis. I’m going to share this to my boyfriend as he wants to be healthy but still is of the traditional opinion that cholesterol and saturated fats are bad. It does indeed go against everything we grew up with - so I’m going to point him to where you start talking about cholesterol and show the scientific trials and hope he gets on board. Why would you take diet advice solely from a stranger on UA-cam. Ask any competent doctor about the health benefits of eating plant proteins or even better, a vegan diet in general and less red meat. The guideline is 10% of your daily calories from saturated fat. Most people should not be exceeding that. It doesn't just raise LDL, it also is likely to raise insulin resistance and blood pressure and early onset dementia. Most Americans would benefit from avoiding fatty cuts of red meat in particular.
@@dan-qe1tb I haven’t taken advice from ‘a’ stranger on UA-cam. I have researched carnivore diet / keto diet etc for a number of years - and now I’m 95-99% carnivore. The guidelines you talk about were pushed out by the US but does that make them correct? Excellent sources of doctors : Dr Tim Noakes, Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Robert Lustig plus countless others - plus Nina Teicholz, Dr Zoe Harcombe, Richard Smith, Coach Stephen - and many other knowledgeable people . They explain why what we grew up believing is incorrect, I know this and am trying to pass on the knowledge but it is ingrained - the amount of people who are sure that they need to cut off every last piece of fat off bacon for example. I prefer to now follow the proper human diet (certainly not vegan) and wish I’d known the facts many years ago.

Why would you take dietary advice from your doctors who only got 1 day of training in nutrition where the textbooks were written by Kelloggs, Coca-Cola and other Big "Food" corporations who only care about their bottom line? You vegans are either too deficient in essential nutrients to figure out when you're being manipulated by corporate marketing, or else you are rabid animal lovers with absolutely zero ethics who would tell any lie to protect Bambi and Thumper, even if it meant that 8 billion humans died a slow and painful death. Which are you? There are plenty of presenters on UA-cam with medical and academic degrees who provide the evidence - there are many randomized controlled trials that demonstrate the truth of keto. There are also randomized controlled trials that show that sooner or later vegans and vegetarians begin to decline in health when their body has completely depleted the reserves of the essential nutrients it's not getting from their diet. Vegans typically last about 4 or 5 years before admitting they NEED meat and animal fat not only to live, but for optimal health. Are there exceptions who have lasted longer? Sure, but the longer they last, the more health problems they develop. Vegans are quick to talk about cow farts, but never do they bring up vegan farts. A vegan farts 7 times as much as a typical omnivore. Did you take that into consideration when you were arguing about climate change?

@@sadtosuccess A doctor has to screw up really bad, to get banned from social media. There are hundreds of "diet guru" videos on here that are laced with misinformation. Keto diets, aren't a health revolution. There aren't any long term studies proving that, eating a keto diet, guarantees: 1. weight loss. 2. lowered blood sugar. 3. reduced insulin resistance. 4. reduced all cause mortality. 5. greater energy. 6. reduced inflammation.
See my rebuttal below from two weeks ago. This man has no business giving one-size-fits-all diet advice out to people who are strangers to him. Keto has no real health benefits for most normal people except short term weight loss, and even that is not guaranteed. What most people on keto diets are really doing is consciously removing junk food from their diet which happened to be carb heavy, that they had a tendency to overconsume. It's also not proven to lower blood sugar, because the idea that diabetes is something that happens when we eat too many carbohydrates, is wrong. It's more complicated than that. There are no studies showing keto is safe in the long term. Not surprised this man hadn't provided any links or clinical trials, either. YT should round up all the people who spend their time instilling fear and the idea that the conventional medical world has been lying to them all the time, and discipline them.

Migraines are terrible for sure. I am sure the Lion diet, essentially a more refined version of a Keto/Carnivore diet will have a positive impact for you. The allergies to the meat and eggs could come down to what they are fed with (potentially). I suggest, if you aren't already, ensuring you purchase organic, grass fed only as that may help if its related to what the animals are fed as opposed to the meat itself. OMG! I thought it was candida that caused the permeability of the gut! I cant get off biscuits, as most of our food is poisoned in the supermarkets, nearly everything has rapeseed oil, soya, E no”s, our fats messed with, we need to get natural healthy foods again before we’ve messed up our world completely. I cured my sons adhd with diet when he was younger (checking all food for dairy, soya, sweeteners) & didn’t give high colours, and other nasties like trans fats, banned E numbers and msg. (I never gave my children sweeteners, it was school!) Bread used to be made with unbleached organic flour, pinch of salt, yeast & warm water, and NO OILS, E.Numbers, & even worse things nowadays. Its up to people to STOP buying the rubbish, - e.g.forced strawberries! Hard, tasteless, rubbish, idk who blooming buys it! Has anyone got a brain? We’ve been told buy organic to save what’s left of our soils micro biome or it’ll be too late! The organic i could buy usually is wrapped in plastic(so not organic) or looks ill, and old, same with bananas, they look sprayed with poison. Everything looks old, - not worth buying, not vibrant fresh/healthy. It’s chemtrailed.
Over production of candida according to studies can impact gut health (as with everything, keeping your biome balanced is important). However one of the major issues causing gut permeability is the lectins found in foods, especially grains and seed oils. And it is scary the amount of foods these are in, if you look at a supermarket shop and pick up packaging on many foods, especially the more processed they become, the amount of additives and lectin containing ingredients added is staggering. I myself have ADHD, the additives in foods certainly make things much worse for those that have it, especially the artificial E numbers and sugar is a big one. Honestly, if I eat sugars and processed foods, after a day or two my mental health will seriously tank. Yeah even many organic foods are wrapped and treated with things afterwards, even if it was as close to "organic originally, it certainly isn't when you buy it. The shelf life would be terrible too and wouldn't even be able to be transported from the other side of the world (it's interesting when you see a lot of foods that are abundant natively are flown in from miles and miles away simply for trading agreement purposes. - Ryan, Keto-Pro Shop Team

Candida actually destroys your organs too over time and is thought to be cancer by an Italian Dr. Who flushes it out with a camera etc in the body I Think. With bicarb. I have it due to overuse of antibiotics by the Dr's here for food poisoning which puffed me up' for life and have tried so many things over the years to get rid of it. Streptococcal also, which can destroy teeth and bones but Dr's didn't want to know after specialist said to get rid of it
@@alesiaholdcroft1445 It can vary from person to person, Sugar and Artificial sweeteners are definitely one that is generally universal fo people with ADHD. There are foods that can make symptoms lessen, like high protein foods and those high in good fats. Equally, there are those that tend to make things worse, artificial and processed foods being high on the list. A lot of people who are Neurodiverse tend to have an overlap of related neurodiverse areas, and what tends to be a common theme is burning through different mineral and nutrient levels at a much higher rate. So keeping these at optimal levels either via food or supplementation definitely helps. Whilst Neurodiversity is not a disease and therefore isn't something "curable" there certainly are things that can be put in place to help lessen the effects. Unfortunately the Vega test, whilst promising on the surface, has no established scientific basis or controlled trial studies in regards of diagnostic accuracy or reliability relating to allergies or illness. In other words, both scientific and medical fields state that it isn't accurate or reliable and thus, private tests just cost people money without getting any useful or accurate information. I myself, always advocate for people to get as many biomarkers checked on a semi-regular basis if possible. It is always a good idea if you have access to means of checking, to run a body MOT. Keeping your levels in balance and monitoring your levels over time is important for sure and can help indicate any areas that may out of balance, thus providing a more informed way of finding the cause! When I retired as an RN and went to the gym and did 1 hour of aerobics with nothing to eat before people were concerned but I felt great. You just explained why .Thank you. I eat healthy ,exercise sleep well for a healthy life . I will try the keto diet .

I would like to say that you explained more clearly the hows & whys of the Keto/Carnivore diets better than all the rest of those previously watched sites and experts. Congratulations on both your transformation and your thorough presentation. I really learned from it. Sorry that you had to 'edit' some of your content. YT is fearful of insulting or 'calling out' those mainstream Health Associations and doctors, but someday, hopefully, all this will be accepted and communicated world wide. Good Luck.

I’m a third of the way in and so far you break it down simple and I really need that. I’m gonna save this video to share with others for sure. One thing I’ve battled is insulin resistance. The slowest to respond is fat on my torso and the vessels in my legs. Sugar basically fried my blood vessels for decades still take time. Carnivore for seven months so far.
Like some of the others have asked, I'd also like to see the unedited version and if possible I'd love to know what content wasn't allowed by YT. Do you explain this anywhere? I'm just super curious tbh and it helps me to identify the frauds/shills out there by understanding what isn't 'allowed' if that makes sense. While with an old friend who I've gone out to eat with a few times recently, she saw what I was eating and took it upon herself to parrot back all the propaganda she's been taught about how and what to eat. I was dumbfounded that people actually believe that stuff, even the stuff that makes no logical sense. I started to correct her, but realized she wasn't listening. I LOVE this and in my case, (50+ months on Carnivore)I had every success Rich had. My CAC SCORE is *0* now. (It was *4* four years ago.) I did mostly the Lion diet during the 4+ years. (Red Meat, water and salt.)
As an ex heroin addict and now a 2 year strict carnivore i have to call BS in the statement that sugar is more addictive than heroin. It took me 25 years of trying and going through torture the many times I tried going cold turkey from heroin but I quit all sugar and carbs overnight. Believe me they are nowhere close to the torture of heroin withdrawal. Loved the rest of your talk but I had to make this comment. PS:- I have now been clean for 8 years.

I'm almost 68 years old. Started carnivore elimination diet 10 months ago. The healing is amazing. I also intermittently fast. Bloating gone, joint pain gone, nerves have knit back together, peripheral neuropathy healing, skin hair and nails great, eyesight has improved and depression and brain fog gone. No pharmaceutical products taken. I haven't felt this good for at least 15 years. Also lost 21 pounds in weight. I shall continue. No going back now.

@@dubchile Ryan here from the Keto-Pro Shop Team. We have a shop and online business that sells Ketogenic products amongst consultations and healthy living club to help those struggling. It is always a good mindset to view as a whole (question things and motives, not so much cynicism haha). If you have seen any of my comments on other posts and videos you see I ALWAYS tell people to do their due diligence about where their information comes from, as we talk about how others in the industry have used things out of context and studies that are funded show bias etc. So it is a good question about commercial interest. But we don't heavily push everything for the commercial side, it is primarily to help people improve their lifestyle and improve their health and quality of life. It came about after Rich changed his life and wanted to help others (when you put so much effort into doing so, and to make sure there are things to help people with it, of course to help fund it there's a commercial aspect).
But in context, it is to provide people with the correct things and to help, which unfortunately isn't free, as you need resources in order to do so, or you wouldn't be able to do so for long. However it is always done as an addition to help those along the way. We don't hard sell any products, and often suggest if people can follow the keto principles consuming everything naturally then by all means do so. People, like myself when I started, often find it hard to switch to what they are used to, so it just helps transition into it in a way that is less of a shock to the system. The information provided in our content hardly if ever, promotes "you should buy x,y and z from us". Its all information people can take with them and do with as they please. Hope this makes sense, but excellent question and I always encourage to look at the wider motives, always. It's smart!

Because people don't want to give up their carb addiction until they run into serious health trouble and often, not even then. I transitioned into keto and then into carnivore, one step at a time and gradually. I found it easier that way than going cold turkey. It saved me from keto flu. Best of all, I've brought my BMI down from 32 to 24 over the last one and a half years. That might seem a long time but it's nothing in a lifetime and like I said, I didn't rush headlong into it. The only thing I cut out immediately were processed foods, seed oils and carbs from the last meal of the day.
I've been Carnivore for 2 months and it's totally changed my life for the better in any conceivable health way you can think of! Ribeye for life! 🥩

Thank you. I've been low carb since Oct 2021 to remit my diabetes. These types of videos are very helpful. The more it is understood the easier it makes it to stick with it. By the way, I am now metabolically healthy, weigh what I did back in the early 1980s (I'm 66 now) with high LDL after going low carb (but *not* a LMHR), with good trig/HDL ratio.

However I'm no rookie when it comes to what I've seen in my point in life and I've seen some of the most frantic, panicky ways people act as harshly as possible to shutting someone up in whatever way they can and it often comes out messy in this way.
Using context clues, one word specifically I caught that was censored here was pandemic, another was cancer, so obviously sensitive topic. In many cases someone usually gets censored when hearing something that makes them uncomfortable, and the truth, IN MANY CASES is very uncomfortable for people. I can assure you that the information he is speaking of is sensitive, I can assure this because of one example alone and that is him promoting red meat.
I don't want to go too far off on limb, but it's plain as day to see when you skim over the world economic forum and study the Davos group and learn of the global agendas they have on ruling our society. One of those agendas is a tie in between climate change and red meat and cows are causing too much "C02" so as John Kerry says we need to bring a halt to food production and eliminate access to red meat. The alternative narrative, which is more institutionally designed is that red meat and saturated fat cause heart problems and cardiovascular disease.
How do you depict a liar from a truth teller?
It's simple, and I'll list two reasons.
One reason being the most correlative is an insider attends the world summit, where Davos has a lovely sit down with global leaders, and talk about what they want to change in the world over time. But what is revealed by insiders, is that the Davos group serves red meat to themselves and caters meat to the attendees lol. You eat meat and cater it but want to eliminate people from eating it? Then the systems you own claim it causes heart problems?
This is only one example, the lies are endless in comparison to other topics. 2nd major reason is because Klaus schwab, the CEO of the WEF has strong ties to Adolf Hitler of course. Proud ties, in fact those ties have developed into a global government ruling the world partnered with China, and taking all the best and worst possibilities and coming up with a new revolutionary set of ideals that they refer to as collectivism. It's old, but new. Old in the sense they came up with the idea more than 5 decades ago, but new because they also know this is a long slow game of 4d chess. It's new because it's TIME, during this decade, where the shadow government, deep state, establishment, world order, ALL the same thing, decided to publicly go after the world on large scales. Call it spending billions of dollars on a warship to finally get to use it, except the warship is metaphorical but the devastation and chaos emerging from the warship still becomes reality, especially for the middle and lower classes.
Lets bring it back down to earth here, while there is chance this censorship was accidental, the whole ideal of stopping someone from understanding what they eat, ESPECIALLY those in pursuit of good health and well being, should be alarming, and the truth is the picture of this gets way bigger than most of us would like it to be. That truth is, this small censorship, is a world wide effort to control humanity down to the core of the cells in our human being. We should all be precautious, and practice what this man is saying, because as a carnivore here myself, I can assure he speaks the truth, and only through my own practice can I also affirm that sugar and carbs are detrimental to our well beings.

It's still a UPF (ultra processed food) and not good for you. A lot of people fail low carb due to replacing breads/cakes/biscuits with similar 'keto' options.
My only indulgence is my two toasts in the morning with French butter on it. I can’t stop doing, it takes me back to my childhood, my mornings when I was a working nurse (I’m retired now). I detest sugar, chocolates, cakes, cookies, etc

Whilst we try to steer people in the direction of cutting the carbs altogether, many find it difficult to just do it cold turkey. Rather than fall at the first hurdle, we offer a low carb keto friendly bread option that contains just 1.8gs per slice. So you could enjoy your childhood toast in the morning whilst remaining keto. While we would suggest gradually stopping it, if it helps you to control what you eat and helps you stop the highly processed sugary and carb filled bread in the morning, then you certainly are making a better choice for your health. - Ryan, Keto-Pro Shop Team

While we will always say it isn't optimal, we recommend it as a tool to help ease transitioning into cutting out this type of thing completely if people are struggling. Is it ideal? no. But if it helps someone cut down the consumption of processed foods it is certainly a healthier alternative to the usual.
It is considerably less processed than other alternatives and much better all round than the highly processed loaves found on your supermarket shelves. And if it is used as a way to cut down and eventually cut out. or to stick to a keto diet for an occasion or when caught short, then there isn't any harm.
I do agree with you that many people fail when they try to just replace the processed foods with other alternatives. Whilst alternatives may be healthier, we encourage people to get out of that habit and stick to nutrient dense keto foods. The snacks are more in case of emergency or as treats instead of the usual, not recommended for constant everyday consumption if overall health is the aim. - Ryan, Keto-Pro Shop Team

The best breakdown of the metabolic system I have seen. Should be compulsory viewing for all doctors! I healed autoimmune Rheumatoid arthritis and Interstitial cystitis and was able to get off biologic immunosuppresive medications by going carnivore and find it hard to convince others struggling with various ailments of the biology behind the plethora of amazing healing stories I've heard so from now on I'll just send them this!

Really excellent presentation - very clear and concise. I’m going to share this to my boyfriend as he wants to be healthy but still is of the traditional opinion that cholesterol and saturated fats are bad. It does indeed go against everything we grew up with - so I’m going to point him to where you start talking about cholesterol and show the scientific trials and hope he gets on board. I’m now fully carnivore and feel so much better and I’ve lost lots of weight and inflammation.

Why would you take diet advice solely from a stranger on UA-cam. Ask any competent doctor about the health benefits of eating plant proteins or even better, a vegan diet in general and less red meat. The guideline is 10% of your daily calories from saturated fat. Most people should not be exceeding that. It doesn't just raise LDL, it also is likely to raise insulin resistance and blood pressure and early onset dementia. Most Americans would benefit from avoiding fatty cuts of red meat in particular.
@@dan-qe1tb I haven’t taken advice from ‘a’ stranger on UA-cam. I have researched carnivore diet / keto diet etc for a number of years - and now I’m 95-99% carnivore.
The guidelines you talk about were pushed out by the US but does that make them correct? Excellent sources of doctors : Dr Tim Noakes, Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Robert Lustig plus countless others - plus Nina Teicholz, Dr Zoe Harcombe, Richard Smith, Coach Stephen - and many other knowledgeable people .
They explain why what we grew up believing is incorrect, I know this and am trying to pass on the knowledge but it is ingrained - the amount of people who are sure that they need to cut off every last piece of fat off bacon for example. I prefer to now follow the proper human diet (certainly not vegan) and wish I’d known the facts many years ago.

Why would you take dietary advice from your doctors who only got 1 day of training in nutrition where the textbooks were written by Kelloggs, Coca-Cola and other Big "Food" corporations who only care about their bottom line? You vegans are either too deficient in essential nutrients to figure out when you're being manipulated by corporate marketing, or else you are rabid animal lovers with absolutely zero ethics who would tell any lie to protect Bambi and Thumper, even if it meant that 8 billion humans died a slow and painful death. Which are you? There are plenty of presenters on UA-cam with medical and academic degrees who provide the evidence - there are many randomized controlled trials that demonstrate the truth of keto. There are also randomized controlled trials that show that sooner or later vegans and vegetarians begin to decline in health when their body has completely depleted the reserves of the essential nutrients it's not getting from their diet. Vegans typically last about 4 or 5 years before admitting they NEED meat and animal fat not only to live, but for optimal health. Are there exceptions who have lasted longer? Sure, but the longer they last, the more health problems they develop. Vegans are quick to talk about cow farts, but never do they bring up vegan farts. A vegan farts 7 times as much as a typical omnivore. Did you take that into consideration when you were arguing about climate change?

Keto diets, aren't a health revolution. There aren't any long term studies proving that, eating a keto diet, guarantees: 1. weight loss. 2. lowered blood sugar. 3. reduced insulin resistance. 4. reduced all cause mortality. 5. greater energy. 6. reduced inflammation.

See my rebuttal below from two weeks ago. This man has no business giving one-size-fits-all diet advice out to people who are strangers to him. Keto has no real health benefits for most normal people except short term weight loss, and even that is not guaranteed. What most people on keto diets are really doing is consciously removing junk food from their diet which happened to be carb heavy, that they had a tendency to overconsume. It's also not proven to lower blood sugar, because the idea that diabetes is something that happens when we eat too many carbohydrates, is wrong. It's more complicated than that. There are no studies showing keto is safe in the long term. Not surprised this man hadn't provided any links or clinical trials, either. YT should round up all the people who spend their time instilling fear and the idea that the conventional medical world has been lying to them all the time, and discipline them.
Oh Lord the migraines! Horrendous. I feel for you. It's my goal to stop those, and my inflammatory arthritis. I've just started the lion diet, as I discovered i am very allergic to eggs. Pork and chicken not great either. Looking forward to feeling better.😊
Migraines are terrible for sure. I am sure the Lion diet, essentially a more refined version of a Keto/Carnivore diet will have a positive impact for you. The allergies to the meat and eggs could come down to what they are fed with (potentially). I suggest, if you aren't already, ensuring you purchase organic, grass fed only as that may help if its related to what the animals are fed as opposed to the meat itself. OMG! I thought it was candida that caused the permeability of the gut! I cant get off biscuits, as most of our food is poisoned in the supermarkets, nearly everything has rapeseed oil, soya, E no”s, our fats messed with, we need to get natural healthy foods again before we’ve messed up our world completely.
I cured my sons adhd with diet when he was younger (checking all food for dairy, soya, sweeteners) & didn’t give high colours, and other nasties like trans fats, banned E numbers and msg. (I never gave my children sweeteners, it was school!)
Bread used to be made with unbleached organic flour, pinch of salt, yeast & warm water, and NO OILS, E.Numbers, & even worse things nowadays. Its up to people to STOP buying the rubbish, - e.g.forced strawberries! Hard, tasteless, rubbish, idk who blooming buys it! Has anyone got a brain? We’ve been told buy organic to save what’s left of our soils micro biome or it’ll be too late! The organic i could buy usually is wrapped in plastic(so not organic) or looks ill, and old, same with bananas, they look sprayed with poison. Everything looks old, - not worth buying, not vibrant fresh/healthy. It’s chemtrailed.
Over production of candida according to studies can impact gut health (as with everything, keeping your biome balanced is important). However one of the major issues causing gut permeability is the lectins found in foods, especially grains and seed oils. And it is scary the amount of foods these are in, if you look at a supermarket shop and pick up packaging on many foods, especially the more processed they become, the amount of additives and lectin containing ingredients added is staggering.
I myself have ADHD, the additives in foods certainly make things much worse for those that have it, especially the artificial E numbers and sugar is a big one. Honestly, if I eat sugars and processed foods, after a day or two my mental health will seriously tank. Yeah even many organic foods are wrapped and treated with things afterwards, even if it was as close to "organic originally, it certainly isn't when you buy it. The shelf life would be terrible too and wouldn't even be able to be transported from the other side of the world (it's interesting when you see a lot of foods that are abundant natively are flown in from miles and miles away simply for trading agreement purposes.

I noticed the same thing about organic produce it looks terrible and it is so expensive.
@keto-pro287 it's mainly DAIRY, Soya, and sweeteners with adhd. You can get a vega test to see what's really bad and what level privately.

Candida actually destroys your organs too over time and is thought to be cancer by an Italian Dr. Who flushes it out with a camera etc in the body I Think. With bicarb. I have it due to overuse of antibiotics by the Dr's here for food poisoning which puffed me up' for life and have tried so many things over the years to get rid of it. Streptococcal also, which can destroy teeth and bones but Dr's didn't want to know after specialist said to get rid of it
@@alesiaholdcroft1445 It can vary from person to person, Sugar and Artificial sweeteners are definitely one that is generally universal fo people with ADHD. There are foods that can make symptoms lessen, like high protein foods and those high in good fats. Equally, there are those that tend to make things worse, artificial and processed foods being high on the list. A lot of people who are Neurodiverse tend to have an overlap of related neurodiverse areas, and what tends to be a common theme is burning through different mineral and nutrient levels at a much higher rate. So keeping these at optimal levels either via food or supplementation definitely helps. Whilst Neurodiversity is not a disease and therefore isn't something "curable" there certainly are things that can be put in place to help lessen the effects.
Unfortunately the Vega test, whilst promising on the surface, has no established scientific basis or controlled trial studies in regards of diagnostic accuracy or reliability relating to allergies or illness. In other words, both scientific and medical fields state that it isn't accurate or reliable and thus, private tests just cost people money without getting any useful or accurate information.

I agree and would also recommend that you have your vitamin D level checked and keep the level between 60 and 80 ng/ml.
I myself, always advocate for people to get as many biomarkers checked on a semi-regular basis if possible. It is always a good idea if you have access to means of checking, to run a body MOT. Keeping your levels in balance and monitoring your levels over time is important for sure and can help indicate any areas that may out of balance, thus providing a more informed way of finding the cause! I would like to say that you explained more clearly the hows & whys of the Keto/Carnivore diets better than all the rest of those previously watched sites and experts. Congratulations on both your transformation and your thorough presentation. I really learned from it. Sorry that you had to 'edit' some of your content. A good synopsis. Give Prof Noakes the credit he is due: yes, he promoted high-carb for 33 years and wrote the Lore of Running, but he is the first to admit that he got it wrong, and he has now published the Lore of Nutrition and Ketogenic, and set up the Nutrition Network and the Noakes Foundation.

I’m a third of the way in and so far you break it down simple and I really need that. I’m gonna save this video to share with others for sure. One thing I’ve battled is insulin resistance. The slowest to respond is fat on my torso and the vessels in my legs. Sugar basically fried my blood vessels for decades still take time. Carnivore for seven months so far.
Like some of the others have asked, I'd also like to see the unedited version and if possible I'd love to know what content wasn't allowed by YT. Do you explain this anywhere? I'm just super curious tbh and it helps me to identify the frauds/shills out there by understanding what isn't 'allowed' if that makes sense. Like, if some influencer is for example advocating for the opposite of your truth, it would be a strong indicator (to me) that their message is shht and they're not to be trusted. Thanks!

Im on the carnivore diet for a while, but on and off. Want to make the 3 month mark atleast as it makes soooo much sense. I even had a doctor try and tell me that all meat is bad because the pancreas isn't getting used enough!

While with an old friend who I've gone out to eat with a few times recently, she saw what I was eating and took it upon herself to parrot back all the propaganda she's been taught about how and what to eat. I was dumbfounded that people actually believe that stuff, even the stuff that makes no logical sense.
I started to correct her, but realized she wasn't listening. I don't think she could hear me because she's been brainwashed by her doctor, nutritionist and gawd knows who else. It's too bad bc it is people like her who really need to understand this information.
She also believes people start dying at 60 yo. I don't plan on dying until I'm twice that.

This week I fully realised that my hormones were totally skrewed. Started Dessicated thyroid and dessicated adrenals both bovine. Using iodine and selenium to try and Healy the thyroid. Will use Berberine to calm down insulin . I have a high meat, dairy and high fat diet. I couldn’t lose weight on Keto or carnivore so I knew it must be hormonal
It's probably the dairy that's stopping the weight loss

I will check with Rich for you, from what I can see. It's likely due to the video being taken down on social before, and the only way in which the video is able to stay up.
