    Ingredients & nutritional value (single serving)
    1 tbsp roasted peanuts- 51.3cal
    1.5 tbsp rolled oats- 33.8cal
    1 tsp pumpkin seeds- 17.2cal
    1 tsp sunflower seeds- 18.1cal
    1 tsp raisins- 9.2cal
    4 almonds- 29.8cal
    200ml soy milk- 68.8cal
    2 dates- 50.7cal
    50g apple- 29.5cal
    Total calories- 308
    Protein- 12.7g
    Fats- 13.1g
    Fiber- 7.7g
    Carbs- 35g
    Note: can use milk of your choice or plain water or coconut water and for extra protein you can add protein powder.
    Can also add soaked chia seeds.

    For vegan recipe.. you can replace soy milk with almond milk. Soy milk is costly. For almond milk, You can soak around 15 almonds overnight, peel them and blend them in the morning with around 150 ml water.

      ​@@39aishimaiti24 I said that in sarcastic manner if u have eyes plz see in her caption she said it's for weight loss if u take dry fruits in this quantity can increase weight even oats are low carb dry fruits will increase weight so i was just being sarcastic and it's also healthy rather than apple if u add banana +protein powder it's good for weight gain

      The people who think that ghee, oil and dry fruits can raise the weight are really from another planet.
      This much quantity is enough to fill your appetite and need of vitamin, protine n other nutritions.
      These all seed n nuts are full of good fats n vitamin, minerals which helps to prevent weight gain.
      Please read and get some proper knowledge before giving sarcastic comment.
