4 almonds- 29.8cal
200ml soy milk- 68.8cal
2 dates- 50.7cal
50g apple- 29.5cal
Total calories- 308
Protein- 12.7g
Fats- 13.1g
Fiber- 7.7g
Carbs- 35g
Note: can use milk of your choice or plain water or coconut water and for extra protein you can add protein powder.
Can also add soaked chia seeds.

For vegan recipe.. you can replace soy milk with almond milk. Soy milk is costly. For almond milk, You can soak around 15 almonds overnight, peel them and blend them in the morning with around 150 ml water.
High cholesterol...only 3 u can use

This much quantity is enough to fill your appetite and need of vitamin, protine n other nutritions.
These all seed n nuts are full of good fats n vitamin, minerals which helps to prevent weight gain.
