    My recipe for masala oats, 1 cup water in a pan put all the vegetables you have( beans, capsicum, peas,carrot) cook for 2-3 min. And after this add some haldi rock salt black pepper cook it for another 1 -2 min. Then add 1 scoop oats cook for 2 min. Add paneer or boiled egg as a topping to add extra protein . And enjoy tasty masala oats hardly takes 10 min but yummy

    Types of Oats:
    1- Steel Cut ( less processed)
    2- Rolled Oats ( Good option )
    3- Instant Oats ( processed)
    Oats:
    1-Beta Glucan ( Highly Soluble, Expand and Fulness) Bowel Moment, Cleaning, Low Cholesterol, Less Bloating
    2-Nutrients Dense as compared to its calories ( Good Source of Fiber, Protein, Iron and Magnesium)
    3- Gluten Free Grain
    4- Resistant Starch ( Human enzymes cannot digest it, they start fermenting with bacteria and convert into Fatty acids,
    These fatty acids are good for Gut health, Keep the colon Healthy, Improve Digestion, Reduce Blood Sugar, and Prevents Diabetes )
    Resistant starches are also present in unripe bananas, legumes, rice
    5- Versatile Nature
    6- Vitman B6 and Tryptophan that produce sleep harmones Melatonin ( vary from person to person)

    I love steelcut oats with fresh fruits (berries or banana), protein powder and top it off with granola. Perfect breakfast! Have been eating it for 6 years now.

    Oatmeal is my all time favourite breakfast and world's healthiest breakfast as well. I love to eat oats ,im regularly eat sweet rolled oats combined with cow's milk, cinnamon, stevia or honey, banana and dates my favourite toppings.i never feel lethargic,sleepy after oats.i feel more energetic,full, satiated after eating oats.

      @@rupinder.mannatdancepassio1007 never it not cause bloating because oats is high in fiber and if you cooked with warming appetizer spices like cinnamon,dry ginger, cardamom etc these spices makes oatmeal more easily digestible and resolves the problem of recurrent bloating.

    Oil then add 1 chopped onion along with curry leaves,add some beans grated carrot (optional)tomato,peas and peanuts if you are a peanut lover ,then after half cooked add salt turmeric water and then oats , qnd yiu are done ,you will fall in love with this receipe

      आप muesli खा सकती है मुझे भी oats proper digest नही होते तोमैने muesli खाना चालु किया है बोहोत tastey भी है और healthy भी मै alpino brand के muesli खाती हू alpino के वबसइट से आप आर्डर भी कर सकती हो उसपर A123 कोडे लगाओगी तो एकचि छुट भी मिलेगी.....

    Absolutely oats is best breakfast ..in my journey of health loss oats helped me alot...i ate oats for nearly a year (also did 12hr intermittent fasting)..i weighted 104 on 28/oct/2023...today 30/10/2024 i weight 75.4kg. things i did ate carbs in moderate to less quantity, completely avoided processed food, ate lots of vegetables

      You can take as much as you need. Even if taken in excess, it is not dangerous. Usually people take from 50 grams to 200 grams

      दीदी अगर आपको अच्छे quality के और tastey oats चाहिये तो alpino brand के try करिये मै plain oats खा खा के bore हो गयी थी अभि मै last three months से alpino के oats खा रही हू best है उनकी वबसइट पर आर्डर पर A123 कोडड लगाओगी तो अच्छी छुट मिलेगी....

    I m in oats diet for last 3 months. I eat oats daily in dinner, ofcourse 5 days workout. My inch loss is clearly visible, I can wear bodycon dress so confidently n comfortably .

    I want to suggest and request please make a diet chart for children. My baby is 1 years old.
