Thank you, Dr. Mc. I saw an interesting idea where the resin artist put a small dish of alcohol next to her bottle of mica powder. She dipped a brush into the alcohol, then painted the powder (now the texture of paint) onto the mold. It came out incredibly well and the powder didn’t get onto so much stuff. With the brush method, she was able to get into nooks and crannies in the mold. You might consider this.

Nice petri Steve, The petri effect was discovered by an artist named Josie Lewis in 2017, a couple of years before Myriam, she documented it on her insta. Myriams work and take on petri is stunning as is Claires. I do not believe Josie works with resin anymore which is a shame.
Thanks for letting me know. I didn’t know that. Miriam was my first encounter with it as she used to paint with alcohol inks. Her paintings are amazing. Shame myriam doesn’t still make videos.

I’m trying to make mature art but what I make turns out lack lustre (does not help my depression) but I’m doing it. I learn a lot from you and I thank you for that, you’re so much fun.😊

You can use your knife to dig a groove into the back of the bears. It's just a thought, if I were to get a BEAR HUG from you I would make it into something I can hang on my pocket book.
Love the tiny bears. I live in a rest home and only allowed $30 spending money each month so paying for the memberships is too hard. But i love watching your channel. You are 1 of my favotites .
