I’m starting this today Day 1:done Day 2:done Day 3:done Day 4:done Day 5: done Day 6:done Day 7: done Keep liking so that I don’t forget!! Lost about an inch of my waist
i stand by the fact that standing workouts are so much more fun than floor ones... i hate wriggling around like a fish out of water, y'know what i mean
@@chanswall6265 thanks! I lost approx 2 kg. Well, now I can see lil bit of thighh gap. This challenge was not that hard because once I started it, it gradually developed my strength and I can feel more healthier now. Extremely happy wid my results also i can see a change in my waist area. Now I am gonna try flat tummy challenge. Very exited tho.
@@chanswall6265 yeah, I just avoided junk and drinking lots of water helps with your weight loss. Also try to take as much as nutrition as possible and engage your core while u do your workouts.
A small tips while doing this workout: 1. In the exercises where you have to move both hands and arms try to breathe in once you move them up and breathe out when you go down. I found that this helps me a lot to save my stamina 2. To engage your core more DO NOT bend when you're doing exercises. Instead try to keep it more straight (ps. Doesn't apply to the last two exercises and the woodchop. But instead bend your body left and right) 3. If you're a low impact try to not do the whole set of an exercise in given 30 seconds. Instead try to do as much as you can. Save your stamina for the other exercises, do not get all exhausted so much that you cannot go further just just by doing one. If you want to get past low impact and you already can do everything in 30 seconds but can't do a normal impact then try to do a low impact for 15 seconds and a normal impact for another 15 seconds. And then extend the time you're doing a normal impact if you're feeling confident enough. 4. Do not eat right after this or right before this. NOT because you'll get calories but because your body might simply throw out the food. Care for your body. 5. As I've said: give your body all the love. Do as much as you can and don't scold yourself if you can't do something. Instead treat yourself better and you'll get there, keep pushing!!
I would actually want Chloe ting to do a program with only standing workouts, like a full-body program. I found out I’m more willing to work out while standing.
Kalindra Mizuel I personally hate the standing abs because I don’t feel like I’m working, I feel like it’s only my legs and a bit my arms who are working, unlike the real abs workout where I suffer
I used to weigh 190. Last April (2020) I began walking two miles a day, began a calorie deficit and did this video once a day. I was down to 140 by October/November (: I’ve maintained since then and now want to try to get to 125 by the end of April. Good luck everyone!
I am on day 2 of the 25 day slim thigh challenge 25 likes to keep my motivated sounds stupid but it srsly helps me (hope u all get ur desired body YOU CAN DO ITTT
For everyone whos wondering, yes this works. Its pretty easy to do these workouts and they work amazingly too. Ive been at it for almost a month (there were loads of days where i had to skip the workouts), but it took only a week or so for results to start showing up. Ive mostly gotten rid of my love handles and lost quite a few inches on my waist. For this to be as efficient as it can be, just keep a slight eye in your diet. You guys can do it! Keep at it everyone! Youre amazing and strong! I believe in you!
@@hehe5823 i didn't follow any diet, i just started having green tea, and a few days later i shifted to ginger tea. I think this is effective even without the tea, but the tea just makes it better i guess
@@dalalsaddam6272 yes, youll have to maintain doing the exercises daily. If possible, id suggest increasing the number of sets you do per day, of course, with some breaks. However, make sure you dont overwork yourself, and stay hydrated
to anyone that's doubting if this workout is effective, it is. i've been following this set of workout for 5 days i think? with a combination of cardio exercise (jump rope) and i can already see the difference in my body. i plan to do this everyday so i can burn calories faster. good luck to everyone that's planning to lose weight, it might not be easy but it's totally worth it. ;)
I'm using this random video because I have a terrible neck pain but I still want to exercise without ever accidentally troubling my neck. (Some exercises you end up using your neck so.)
So I tested this workout to see if it actually works and burns fat. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 1/2 weeks, along with her 10 minute lower abs, and 10 minute lean arms. This works sooo much! I’ve lost some belly fat and my legs look more toned. I’ve lost 5 pounds as well! I definitely recommend!
aila khan Yes I have! I’ve been eating more meat, fruits, and vegetables. I’ve cut out sweets and most carbs. I’ll have carbs at least once a day so my body produces more glucose. Try WeightWatchers. That’s what I use. :)
I love that you include low impact or no jumping versions. As someone with intense anxiety around exercising and who lives in an apartment, having no jumping exercises really helps me to work past my anxiety and keep trying to improve.
Today is day 10 for me and I still can’t believe I’ve been consistent for this long. I hope I see some results by the time it’s two weeks. Even if I don’t see at that time I’ll keep going till I do. Give me a like for some more motivation ❤️

Anyone else have their parents know that you wanna eat healthy and lose weight, then the next day they come back with kinder, chocolate chip muffins and fizzy drinks?
Omfg Bruh 👁👄👁 I come from a Indian household and GODDD is it hard to eat healthy cuz once my mom find out, she makes good food that I like so I have to stay in my room the whole day just to avoid walking into the kitchen.😭😭 Legit at this point I've literally lost my appetite. I can go to school and come back and spend the whole day without eating anything and just surviving on water or green tea or some kinda detox AND I'd still have the energy to do all this. At this point I can go days without realizing that I haven't eaten anything😅😂✌🏽️
Lol must be fun 😂 My parents sent me to a nutritionist, heavily monitored my food intake all throughout grade school and high school, and sent me to every sports workshop they could find (this was back in the day, before UA-cam). I still turned out fat, and developed an eating disorder to boot. Now I'm just trying to be healthy, build muscle tone, and feel good about myself 😊
I'm trying this workout for one week (i know, it's a very short time). Height: 158 cm Belly: 89 cm Waist: 73 cm Weight: 55.4 kg Let's see how it goes. Day 1 🌻 Day 2 🌻 Day 3 🌻 Day 4 🌻 Day 5 🌻 Day 6 🌻 Day 7 🌻 I am also in a caloric deficit and i walked for 1 hour a day (30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening) P.s. Sorry for my bad english, it is not my first language😅 RESULTS Belly: 87.6 cm Waist: 71 cm Weight: 54.9 kg My legs look more toned, as well as my belly. I'm happy with the results and i will do this workout again in the future. UPDATE (after a month) I did this workout from 5/08 to 12/08 (a week) and i had the results you have read. Now it's 7/09 and i am on day 17 of the Slim Thigh Challenge. My weight currently is 52.8 kg, but i didn't measured myself, so i don't know if this challenge will make my thighs slimmer or not. Anyways, i'm enjoying it. Good Luck to everyone😊
@randomly weird ideas yea but most of them doing programs that u get only if u pay and prices are mostly between 90/150 dollars. what person is trying to say is that she making UA-cam vids and its free for u to watch and do workouts
@randomly weird ideas well i have seen many channels who have abs but still sell there calendar plus there r some channels whose calendars use to be free but now they r not 🙃
I did this consistently for about two months about three years ago and definitely saw a difference in overall body. Stomach went down some and toned all over. It’s not really about how long you exercise. It’s about how consistent you are. I am learning it doesn’t take a whole lot, just being consistent.
100k subscribes without a video challange i don’t know why but i‘m a bit embarrassed to work out so my parents don’t know and i always wait until they go to bed and i do her work outs secretly at 1am :)

Whenever Chloe says "we are not taking any breaks" I honestly feel like throwing my phone across the room but as days passed, I started seeng results. Now everytime the video ends I just thank her virtually.
Ya I would like to know does it affect your belly fat Because it has been 3 days I'm doing this excercise and I don't have have any cramps in my stomach But I feel only cramps in my thigs
I know your concern. Except it happened to me. I passed out during a barre class and was sent a neurologist to find out that I have vasovagal syncope. 🤷♀️
Psycho Kitty Yes, thank you. I just have to make sure that I drink lots of water and try to stay cool while exercising. The barre class air conditioning wasn’t working that day so it was like a sauna in there.
I was doing this workout a couple of years ago when I still had deeply seated visceral fat....I joined a gym recently and have since reduced that considerably. Coming back to Chloe's standing absolutely workouts has gotten my diastasis recti healing nicely and firmer abs than I've seen since my pregnancy.

This workout is magic! I did it for 3 months and boy, not only I got the flat stomach i want but also my shoulders and legs get toned and slim too. Not to mention but even my waist gets smaller
It works everyone!! Im doing it and im on day 10. Even on day 9 i could see the line on my belly. Previously, i was 60kgs and now 54kgs. I was like... dying on day 1-4. I eat twice a day, for lunch and before 6pm. Even i didnt take any veggies or fruits 😭 (this is bad i know). I eat what i want to eat and yes i do this exercise every morning after take my light breakfast. Good luck everyone!
Started with a few of Chloe’s exercise routines. As I’m really not that fit, started with the warm up routine first before attempting the others. What I love about her routines is that she always has the low impact choices available. That made it easier for me. After 2 weeks, I’m able to finish the warm up routine with no issues plus this stand up exercise at one go with no breaks in between. Not sure if I’ve lost weight. Am just glad that I’m getting fitter as the day goes by.
Me too! I started working out with her videos' help recently and it's really nice to think how fit I will get as time passes by. Good luck on your fitness journey!
Used to stay in shape then I got lazy. Recently I ended up in the hospital, dropped two close friends, and called things off with a romantic love interest. Besides those, I'm still shifting into a very new chapter of my life and I'm ready to just take care of myself again. Gonna try to be consistent with these workouts.
I know this might be pretty late but as some one who's going through these except the hospital part. I hope that you've reached your goal and if you haven't you can do it keep going ❤
For someone who doesn't have a yoga mat, this really helped me. I'm so tired of doing mountain climbers on my single sized cushion which makes me slip.
I like standing exercises much better, I feel like I struggle more when I’m down on the ground. This is a great way to start off and eventually be able to do the ones I find harder.
@@deepsensei9530 Perhaps. But it doesn’t really matter too much because everyone has things that work better for themselves than other things. We’re not all carbon copies of each other, so everyone must find what’s good for themself. And either way, it’s still better than nothing at all. And I’m actually doing the whole program which means multiple workouts a day, so switching out just one is not a big deal.
@@deepsensei9530 And it can be better to start out with and then eventually switch up . When someone is not used to lots of exercise this is a good start, and some people have to avoid the down on the ground exercises for medical reasons.

Hi guys! here are my results! right inner thigh before: 17.1 inch after: 16.5 inch right mid thigh before: 15.5 inch after: 14.8 inch left inner thigh before: 17 inch after: 16.5 inch left mid thigh before:15.4 inch after: 14.6 inch I did the whole slim thigh program and did all videos designated for each day. I didn't diet but I did my best to choose healthy foods and snack with less calories and sugar. I skipped some days but continued where I left off. I didn't pay much attention to my abs though it did maintain my abs I gained from previous ab workouts that I did, but as for gaining abs through this workout, i don't think it would be much effective. I am very happy with the physical results in my thighs though. I recommend this workout! Good luck!!
@@dragonwoah7983 Honestly, my abs and thighs didn't "hurt" but the workout was really tiring and even got me a little sore in the 1st week but I think it's because I did another chloe ting program right before this one so i'm already fit compared to first timers. For me, this particular video was the hardest to do in the whole workout especially if you try to keep up with chloe's pace. Despite not hurting, my thighs did slimmed down a little bit and gained muscle underneath the remaining fat.
Just started doing this today. And it's not as intense but I'm having trouble with my balance. I think that's what i need to fix. START WEIGHT - 76.5 kg Day 1 ✅ - i had a hard time because i realized that my balance is not good, I'm falling and almost tripping to some positions but i feel this is working. My body is soar and my legs really hurt a lot. Will try to update here everyday. Day 2 ✅ - it's still hard for me to keep because my balance and coordination is shitty, but I'm kinda use to the jumping. My leg still hurts after this. Day 3✅ - idk why but my legs and arms are super soar after the 2 days. But still did the work out today and ngl today is the hardest for me. But on a bright side i think my coordination improved,I'm now going out of balance less than the first 2 days. Day 4✅ - IDK if it's me getting a lot of sleep today that's why I'm fully rested and energised. But my body doesn't feel sore anymore and it's now getting easy for me. Not too east like I'm not breaking a sweat because I'm still breathing heavily and sweating intensively after the workout because it's Chloe Ting' s but my body seems to cope up with the workout more. After the work out my body isn't aching so much anymore and i somehow manage to feel good. So far I'm enjoying this. Day 5✅ - i almost didn't update this comment. So fair it's easier, i still feel exhausted after the work out but executing it got easier. And the sore feeling after is gone. Day 6✅ - Quick update, No pain anymore and I'm enjoying it to the point that I'm even going fast lol. But overall this workout is great so far. Day 7✅ - I'm able to finish it. And it's so much easier now for me. When i get on the weighing scale i was shocked because I'm now down 2kgs. This is really working, Thanks Chloe. Also I'm doing intermittent fasting i eat only 2-3 hours a day and the rest hours i only drink water/coffee/tea, i think this also helps. NOT ABLE TO UPDATE THIS BUT I'M ON MY 2ND WEEK AND I LOST 6 KILOS DOING THIS WORKOUT AND HAVING A LOW CARB DIET WEIGHT NOW - 70 KG
Hiii guys ! I am a 15 year old girl (5'4) and my weight is 65 kgs My goal is to reach 60 kgs by the end of December so I am going to try this workout Day 1 : done till only seven minutes

Commenting here again. Last 2020 I started my fitness journey, all good til 2021 when I had my breakdown. Gained again a lot of weight. Feels like I went back to my previous weight. Now,standing up and doing it again. Tried gym workout, yet I still wasnt able to gain my confidence there as a plussize. Today Im back with my original workout - at home via this channel. I have 10 months remaining before my bday. Praying for more strength and be able to achieve it again. Thank you, Chloe!
Secretly doing these exercises, it’s really worth it!! For those people who feel discouraged, please continue to exercise. The more you continue, the more you can see the changes. Laban, Fighting! ❤️ Thank you, Chloe!
After 2 years I come back to this video. 2 years ago I did this for 30 days some days I did 2 sets other days I did only 1 set. I’ll start doing this everyday again. Will be updating the progress: Day 1: ✔️ Day 2: ✔️ Day 3: rest (I felt so sore doing 3 other workouts) Day 4: ✔️
Hi I need help. So, today is like the 4th day and my arm started paining halfway through and it is still paining.Did something like this happen to you ?I don't want to tell anyone since corona is going around and I don't want my parents to take me to the hospital. :( Could you pls let me knoe if something like this happened to you and how you fixed it?
mehak kushwaha Maybe you’re not used to workout ? Make sure to warm up your arms and body before you do any exercise, if it hurts too much try to rest a bit, don’t worry
doing this for a week and testing the progress! day 1: absolutely puffed out lmao, body felt much lighter afterwards but overall felt better day 2: a lot more puffed out but im starting to feel better!
Going to do this for 14 days . Will start with doing it once and try to do it twice as time goes on. In addition I will be trying to spread a 1000 jump rope through out the day and try to eat moderately healthy so no white bread and pasta but will eat brown rice and whole wheat flat bread Day 1- Not as difficult as I thought it will be. Neck and shoulder also hurt but other than that I feel fine.( had a nap for 2 hours and woke up to my thighs on fire 😭) Day 2- done a little harder than yesterday. My thighs hurt so much when I sit to pee 😭. Tried to engage my core as much as I could. Felt very satisfied at the end of workout despite the pain Day 3- done Day 4- done Day 5 - almost didn't do but motivated myself to do at least low impact. Did not skip today Day 6 - Please like to remind I mostly do it offline. Starting again and on a 900 -1000 calories diet Day 1- was 1st December did it once Day 2- done twice also skipped 300 times Day 3- done once skipped 400 times Day 4- felt lazy but skipped 500 will make it up tomorrow Day 5 - did it once, skipped 600 Day 6- felt tired but was able to skip 700 earlier in the day Day 7- felt unmotivated and thought there was a ghost in the house so I slept early. Did no workout the fear burnt enough calories Day 8 - did it twice and skipped 800 Day 9 - been feeling super depressed and lethargic did not do but when I squeeze my abs I can see an outline. Skipped 900 times Day 10-
eating 1000 calories a day isn’t sustainable and it might make u harder for u to lose weight since ur body is in starvation mode. it might work at first then you’re gonna be stuck
It would be really cool if she had an app with her free body workouts that could help us track our weight/fitness of the day and progress through the workouts 🧐 Also, imagine if there was a Just Dance version of her workouts! Like, we copy the workout and get stars based on how well we follow and do them.
Chris Heria has that but most the workouts are behind a paywall. The good thing about UA-cam is it pays creators. Developing apps cost a lot of money upfront and the only way to make money off apps are subscriptions or advertisements. And if creators are making money from ads, they might as well just post on here bc its the same thing

Starting weight : 147 Goal: 120 Day1: I'm glad she tells us not to stop and just keep jogging in place instead of giving us a break because it made me sweat more. It's an awesome workout and I recommend it. Day 2: I wasn't sweating as much as I was yesterday so that just means I need to push myself harder. I'm going to do an extra standing ab workout Day 3: I wore a waist trainer I was sweating
I absolutely recommend this ! For the last 2 days I was 84kg, but today when I checked my weight I am 82.6kg! I’m still going! And I see progress everyday! Now on day 3!
I just started. I'm gonna try this and see what will happen by the end of March. I added too much weight last Christmas. I wanna try and shed atleast 8kg. I can't wait to see the results in March. So help me God 🙏
I just finished the whole 25 days of the sliming thighs program so im posting my results with you guys as a sort of encouragement and motivation for those who wants to try this i dropped 2 pant sizes thanks to this program even my most problematic areas slimmed down way too much this program of chloe worked miracles and i'm so grateful for her And for those who may wonder about the diet honestly i don't believe in the word diet it's mostly eat with moderation and eat more healthier try to lessen your sugar intake try to replace it by natural sweets like fruit reduce the amount of bread you take try to not eat at night do things progressively each day eat lesser and adapt to a more healthier living style same goes for the workout DO NOT EVER GO OVER YOUR LIMIT especially if you just starting to workout for the first time i'm a physiotherapist so i know what i'm talking about All the videos in this program are knee friendly and chloe gives exercices for beginners if the move seems hard so you don't have to worry and in case you feel any kind of pain in your knees area check your posture most of the time the pain comes from knee rotation if you correct it the pain goes And one last thing the results differ from one to another based on many things metabolism hormones and such so don't feel discouraged if it seems to you like you are not getting what you want it may take for you longer than the others but it's working stay positive if you want to succeed you have to be so willing and to stay consistent Good luck for you all in this journey you absolutely can do it 💜 And a huge thanks to chloe for being this amazing i'm recommanding your workout programs to my patients and it's helping them too 💜
🌹Started this 18-02-2020🌹 🖤I am currently doing the 2 week abs but I will try this workout as well for better results.🖤 💓Day 1: I think I did it. I felt burn and I didn't get tired. I sweated though. That's a good sign? Anyway I am gonna keep going for at least a week💓 💓Day 2: Wow I sweated a lot! A great and easy workout. I feel the burn !!! However it was harder than yesterday. I had a volleyball match today so it may is because of that. I am gonna keep trying 💓 💓Day 3: It wasnt hard, but I sweated a lot. I think it burns a lot of fat and that's great for me. Im gonna keep going!💓 💓Day 4: Yeah sorry i did not do it today. I did the 14 days abs though. Im gonna continue and im not going to stop. I promise you💓 🌹Update: I have done 10 days of the 14 days abs and 4 days of this. I have seen amazing results but u should go to the other video if you want to see the results. This workout really has an insane results 😍 at the beginning I didn’t feel difference but afterwards, it workout like a magic 🪄. My waist my 32inches at the beginning, I continued this for 3 months. Finally I got 28 waist. That is really a revolution. Lots of love for Chloe Ting from Pakistan 🇵🇰 ❤️❤️❤️ keep on updating such useful workouts 😍♥️
this was hella easy, i did this for a WEEK STRAIGHT nd lost 6 pounds ( i wasnt on a diet but im plannin on going on a diet very soon) so imma do this workout and go on this particular diet for 2 weeks nd try to lose weight b4 february or by mid february
Hips:93cm Waist:73cm Thighs:50cm Note:I've tried this workout before with many others but gave up after 2 days but I am determined to get the body I want in the summer vacations. I'll try to update everyday Day 1: Damn that was hard and I did take alot of break near the end. I have no energy left
Day 1: I’m happy to say that, I’ve done an attempt and now have finished the full work. It was worth it and do feel the tiredness and being out of breathe. Which shows that I am dedicated to take this serious and see how the next coming days would show the improvement I have made until then. I just hope I don’t stop repeating this helpful workout. I feel good about this! I can’t wait for day 2 :) Day 2: I skipped because I lost motivation. Maybe tmr I can try to workout when it’s peaceful, no one at home, feel comfortable and motivated to start again properly. Everyday is a new and fresh start to something… 9/04/22 - I have decided to this workout every weekend. The only time I’m home alone and feel motivated to continue rather then daily. I’m happy to say that I’ve workout and feel good about it because it’s all about keeping your heart and body healthy running and fit. When you feel pain after the workout it means you really worked out and that’s part of the progress. It all worth it in the end. I’ll update tomorrow… 10/04/22 / 11/04/22 - forgot to update but I did do the workout and especially today because I had time. The more you do the workout it starts to get easier without any breaks. You will eventually see some improvement change in the body. Which I have witnessed and I’m proud of the journey so far. Haven’t reached my goal but all this it’s just the beginning. Everyone has different bodies with different progress and that’s normal. It worth waiting for your goal body. My body feels good and I want to continue this like my daily routine now. I will update next weekend. Good luck everyone that have started working out. Don’t loose hope. You can do this!! 12/04/21 - It’s not the weekend yet but i did the same workout today without any breaks. I can finally see my rib cage. I do believe it gets better each day I do the workout and easier then the first time. It working and going well. 23/04/22 -

@@Biggbossgossip18 yess this exercise are really helpful I really love Chloe
@@Biggbossgossip18 did u do a diet tho
@@chanswall6265 yeah, I just avoided junk and drinking lots of water helps with your weight loss. Also try to take as much as nutrition as possible and engage your core while u do your workouts.
A small tips while doing this workout:
1. In the exercises where you have to move both hands and arms try to breathe in once you move them up and breathe out when you go down. I found that this helps me a lot to save my stamina
2. To engage your core more DO NOT bend when you're doing exercises. Instead try to keep it more straight (ps. Doesn't apply to the last two exercises and the woodchop. But instead bend your body left and right)

@@deloliilol it helps to tense the abs while working them, you can defo feel the burn better

I used to weigh 190. Last April (2020) I began walking two miles a day, began a calorie deficit and did this video once a day. I was down to 140 by October/November (: I’ve maintained since then and now want to try to get to 125 by the end of April. Good luck everyone!

Does this work if u dont diet
@@hehe5823 i didn't follow any diet, i just started having green tea, and a few days later i shifted to ginger tea. I think this is effective even without the tea, but the tea just makes it better i guess
Do I do these same exercises every day?
@@dalalsaddam6272 yes, youll have to maintain doing the exercises daily. If possible, id suggest increasing the number of sets you do per day, of course, with some breaks. However, make sure you dont overwork yourself, and stay hydrated
How many times do you do this in a day?
to anyone that's doubting if this workout is effective, it is. i've been following this set of workout for 5 days i think? with a combination of cardio exercise (jump rope) and i can already see the difference in my body. i plan to do this everyday so i can burn calories faster. good luck to everyone that's planning to lose weight, it might not be easy but it's totally worth it. ;)
how many minutes did u jump rope?
I need a 2 week challenge with ALL standing up workouts! Who agrees!👍
I guess ppl are doing that... Watching/doing this video for 14 days. Boring but I'll try it.
Yes omg im sure it works the same but no pain no gain😭
Me.... Day one of a mth, here's to progress 😉💪👍
I'm using this random video because I have a terrible neck pain but I still want to exercise without ever accidentally troubling my neck. (Some exercises you end up using your neck so.)
I would definitely love that.
I definitely recommend!
have u been dieting as well?
aila khan Yes I have! I’ve been eating more meat, fruits, and vegetables. I’ve cut out sweets and most carbs. I’ll have carbs at least once a day so my body produces more glucose. Try WeightWatchers. That’s what I use. :)
thank you! i've been trying to see some progress comments and very few have commented theirs. Keep up the work sis! you got this
I am also following the same Zoe ...10 min abs and 10 min toned arms along with standing abs.
It works definitely 👍
Everyone : tired, face got red & sweating af
Chloe : looks just fine & fresh. Damn
True! It looks like she is notthat tired😭
She is experienced
she probably takes little breaks
@@NectarineSunsss You've got 5 head logic on your side.
She's a fitness junkie so she's used to this. I wonder what it takes to make her sweat and get tired.

Alright guys, I’m coming back. I tried this once and failed to stick to it because I was setting unrealistic goals for myself because finding extra time is hard and going too hard too fast just burns people out and is probably one of the number one reasons why people stop working out.

I did this consistently for about two months about three years ago and definitely saw a difference in overall body. Stomach went down some and toned all over. It’s not really about how long you exercise. It’s about how consistent you are. I am learning it doesn’t take a whole lot, just being consistent.
Am I the only one who does the exercise and at the end runs immediately to the mirror to see the results?

I like standing exercises much better, I feel like I struggle more when I’m down on the ground.
This is a great way to start off and eventually be able to do the ones I find harder.
standing excercises less effective
@@deepsensei9530 Perhaps. But it doesn’t really matter too much because everyone has things that work better for themselves than other things. We’re not all carbon copies of each other, so everyone must find what’s good for themself. And either way, it’s still better than nothing at all.
And I’m actually doing the whole program which means multiple workouts a day, so switching out just one is not a big deal.
@@deepsensei9530 And it can be better to start out with and then eventually switch up . When someone is not used to lots of exercise this is a good start, and some people have to avoid the down on the ground exercises for medical reasons.

@@isabelcaivolleyball thank you!!
Congrats!! But I gotta ask, when you did the workout, especially this video, did your legs or abs actually hurt?
START WEIGHT - 76.5 kg
Day 1 ✅ - i had a hard time because i realized that my balance is not good, I'm falling and almost tripping to some positions but i feel this is working.
NOT ABLE TO UPDATE THIS BUT I'M ON MY 2ND WEEK AND I LOST 6 KILOS DOING THIS WORKOUT AND HAVING A LOW CARB DIET

Day 10-
Gurl what happened
@@astherine I got lazy 😭😭😭
eating 1000 calories a day isn’t sustainable and it might make u harder for u to lose weight since ur body is in starvation mode. it might work at first then you’re gonna be stuck
gurl i hope you feel better x
Where u @ bro come back
Am I the only one who’s bones pop every time I move? XD
Nope..🙋♀️
Oh goody 😂
Mine too😂

It would be really cool if she had an app with her free body workouts that could help us track our weight/fitness of the day and progress through the workouts 🧐
Also, imagine if there was a Just Dance version of her workouts! Like, we copy the workout and get stars based on how well we follow and do them.
Omg! These are such great ideas... they should really be a thing😊
Let's make a petition
@@zhenpov hahaha I'm in!
that would be so cool!

Happens all the time.
Follow her side after you do high knee or jogging so you don't feel hurt in the left side of your stomach 🤗🤗
@@nguyenhoanchau9824 okay I wrote this 2 months ago, I have left the workout like a long time back coz no results :/, but anyway thanks, may find this very useful when I start again
ppl be saying they're hiding in their room to do these exercises but since I share a room... I'm considering doing these in the bathroom-
I share a room with my twin sister. I got yelled at for stubbing my toe on her bedframe twice lmao.
Ahaa
well me too💃🏻
AHAHAHA TAKING 30 MIN TO DO THE WORKOUT THEN AN EXTRA HOUR FOR A SHOWER 😭 i end up doing mine at midnight just cause everyones asleep lmaooo😌
same but she doesnt care lol
Starting weight : 147
Goal: 120
Day1: I'm glad she tells us not to stop and just keep jogging in place instead of giving us a break because it made me sweat more. It's an awesome workout and I recommend it.
Day 2: I wasn't sweating as much as I was yesterday so that just means I need to push myself harder. I'm going to do an extra standing ab workout
Day 3: I wore a waist trainer I was sweating
🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
You dont sweat because you may be dehydrated...
you still going? you got this! ✨ if you can’t find motivation, do a lazy workout from another channel and drink a lot of water :)

I absolutely recommend this ! For the last 2 days I was 84kg, but today when I checked my weight I am 82.6kg! I’m still going! And I see progress everyday! Now on day 3!
Congrats!
Hey were you doing the whole programme or just this video?
@@muskymelon7349 I did some other vids too
Please please update what's your weight right now?
I'm asking cause I'm 15 and rn my weight is 84.2 kg 😭
I just started. I'm gonna try this and see what will happen by the end of March. I added too much weight last Christmas. I wanna try and shed atleast 8kg. I can't wait to see the results in March. So help me God 🙏
I just finished the whole 25 days of the sliming thighs program so im posting my results with you guys as a sort of encouragement and motivation for those who wants to try this i dropped 2 pant sizes thanks to this program even my most problematic areas slimmed down way too much this program of chloe worked miracles and i'm so grateful for her
And for those who may wonder about the diet honestly i don't believe in the word diet it's mostly eat with moderation and eat more healthier try to lessen your sugar intake try to replace it by natural sweets like fruit reduce the amount of bread you take try to not eat at night do things progressively each day eat lesser and adapt to a more healthier living style same goes for the workout DO NOT EVER GO OVER YOUR LIMIT especially if you just starting to workout for the first time i'm a physiotherapist so i know what i'm talking about
All the videos in this program are knee friendly and chloe gives exercices for beginners if the move seems hard so you don't have to worry and in case you feel any kind of pain in your knees area check your posture most of the time the pain comes from knee rotation if you correct it the pain goes
And one last thing the results differ from one to another based on many things metabolism hormones and such so don't feel discouraged if it seems to you like you are not getting what you want it may take for you longer than the others but it's working stay positive if you want to succeed you have to be so willing and to stay consistent
Good luck for you all in this journey you absolutely can do it 💜
And a huge thanks to chloe for being this amazing i'm recommanding your workout programs to my patients and it's helping them too 💜

I’ve often struggled with on the floor an workout because of an old back injury and this workout worked me out without pain. Love it! Thank you!
I've been doing the 2 weeks abs workout for a month , and the results are *mind-boggling*
me too! i lost 4 cm in 2 weeks, it's amazing!
I did lean arms challenge, not only I get lean arms but my abs is also appears. What kind of sorcerer are you Chloe?!?!?!?
Do you eat clean as well ?
Are you just follow that one video or following the schedule that Chloe made?
I love that she also shows low impact versions, as a person who's trying to gain weight and define more the abs this helps a lot
Oh, really??
Day 1:
I’m happy to say that, I’ve done an attempt and now have finished the full work. It was worth it and do feel the tiredness and being out of breathe. Which shows that I am dedicated to take this serious and see how the next coming days would show the improvement I have made until then. I just hope I don’t stop repeating this helpful workout. I feel good about this! I can’t wait for day 2 :)
Day 2: I skipped because I lost motivation. Maybe tmr I can try to workout when it’s peaceful, no one at home, feel comfortable and motivated to start again properly. Everyday is a new and fresh start to something…
9/04/22 - I have decided to this workout every weekend. I’ll update tomorrow…
10/04/22 / 11/04/22 - forgot to update but I did do the workout and especially today because I had time.
