      Omfg Bruh 👁👄👁 I come from a Indian household and GODDD is it hard to eat healthy cuz once my mom find out, she makes good food that I like so I have to stay in my room the whole day just to avoid walking into the kitchen.😭😭 Legit at this point I've literally lost my appetite. I can go to school and come back and spend the whole day without eating anything and just surviving on water or green tea or some kinda detox AND I'd still have the energy to do all this. At this point I can go days without realizing that I haven't eaten anything😅😂✌🏽️

      Lol must be fun 😂 My parents sent me to a nutritionist, heavily monitored my food intake all throughout grade school and high school, and sent me to every sports workshop they could find (this was back in the day, before UA-cam). I still turned out fat, and developed an eating disorder to boot. Now I'm just trying to be healthy, build muscle tone, and feel good about myself 😊

      I know your concern. Except it happened to me. I passed out during a barre class and was sent a neurologist to find out that I have vasovagal syncope. 🤷‍♀️

      Psycho Kitty Yes, thank you. I just have to make sure that I drink lots of water and try to stay cool while exercising. The barre class air conditioning wasn’t working that day so it was like a sauna in there.

    I've started doing this on the 25th of april, and It's now my 4th day of doing this. I don't see any difference yet but I do have a lot of muscle pain. But anyways I'll prob update it everytime! I now weigh 53kg and my goal is to be a bit under that. So I'm really trusting the process. ^^

      just so you know how to manage your expectations, I don't think 4 days into this would bring most people much difference, especially if they don't usually work out that muscle (I think) it's great you're trusting the process but don't give up if you don't notice a lot of change after a week, because it really is a process and everyone is different. Good luck with your work out journey and remember to take breaks so you don't hurt yourself! :)

    I absolutely recommend this ! For the last 2 days I was 84kg, but today when I checked my weight I am 82.6kg! I’m still going! And I see progress everyday! Now on day 3!

    Such a great workout and it's fun !! 😊💪 so far I've lost 50 pounds, I started at 235, I was a few weeks postpartum.. and I'm at 185 now, 6 months time just with a mix of workout videos! I have alot more to go but I'm off to a good start I think lol

    i’m going to try this alone, because the ones i see are mixed so i’ve done three days already day 1: it was actually easy for me, maybe i didn’t do it right but i was sweating and my legs were a bit sore
    day2: it was still easy but again sweating
    day3:just like day 2 & 1 less sweating. day4:i did it in the morning so it was a bit easier for me but i’m still feeling like i’m not doing it right
    day5: i started to have some pain in my lower right side so i’m not sure if it’s sore or i’m doing this wrong but it was a little bit harder to push threw because of the pain and i was sweating more
    day6: it was harder to go threw with it today and i was sweating a lot more but i got this
    day7: finally a week, it was hard today to push threw and i noticed if i sucked in my stomach a bit that there was a little bit of definition which is good just two more weeks? i think
    day8: was a bit harder but because of feminine issues but i still did it.
    day9: well my arms were a little sore but i feel like i’ve been sweating more
    day10: bit easier to do and i’ve been sweating less so i’m not sure if it’s good or bad but during the workout i can see a bit of definition which is great cause i’ve been wanting to get toned
    today would of been day 16 but i had lost motivation but i’m going to continue it when i’m on day 11 hopefully
    i couldn’t measure myself but i took pictures, please remind me to update this

    A small tips while doing this workout:
    1. In the exercises where you have to move both hands and arms try to breathe in once you move them up and breathe out when you go down. I found that this helps me a lot to save my stamina
    2. To engage your core more DO NOT bend when you're doing exercises. Instead try to keep it more straight (ps. Doesn't apply to the last two exercises and the woodchop. But instead bend your body left and right)
    3. If you're a low impact try to not do the whole set of an exercise in given 30 seconds. Instead try to do as much as you can. Save your stamina for the other exercises, do not get all exhausted so much that you cannot go further just just by doing one.
    If you want to get past low impact and you already can do everything in 30 seconds but can't do a normal impact then try to do a low impact for 15 seconds and a normal impact for another 15 seconds. And then extend the time you're doing a normal impact if you're feeling confident enough.
    4. Do not eat right after this or right before this. NOT because you'll get calories but because your body might simply throw out the food. Care for your body.
    5. As I've said: give your body all the love. Do as much as you can and don't scold yourself if you can't do something. Instead treat yourself better and you'll get there, keep pushing!!

    to anyone that's doubting if this workout is effective, it is. i've been following this set of workout for 5 days i think? with a combination of cardio exercise (jump rope) and i can already see the difference in my body. i plan to do this everyday so i can burn calories faster. good luck to everyone that's planning to lose weight, it might not be easy but it's totally worth it. ;)

    I love that you include low impact or no jumping versions. As someone with intense anxiety around exercising and who lives in an apartment, having no jumping exercises really helps me to work past my anxiety and keep trying to improve.

    i see a little bit of results my stomach looks a little flatter but not a lot

    day 10: ✅ (did it twice right after the first one) almost gave up but didn’t !!
    day 11: ✅ (did it twice morning and night) lost progress but kept going

    day 14:✅ i saw some results not a lot though will keep going
    I decided this is gonna be my morning workout and I will be doing other workouts in the evening this workout isn’t very effective and would take a long time to reach my goal

    Used to stay in shape then I got lazy. Recently I ended up in the hospital, dropped two close friends, and called things off with a romantic love interest. Besides those, I'm still shifting into a very new chapter of my life and I'm ready to just take care of myself again. Gonna try to be consistent with these workouts.

      @@chanswall6265 thanks! I lost approx 2 kg. Well, now I can see lil bit of thighh gap. This challenge was not that hard because once I started it, it gradually developed my strength and I can feel more healthier now. Extremely happy wid my results also i can see a change in my waist area.
      Now I am gonna try flat tummy challenge. Very exited tho.

      Chris Heria has that but most the workouts are behind a paywall. The good thing about UA-cam is it pays creators. Developing apps cost a lot of money upfront and the only way to make money off apps are subscriptions or advertisements.       Im no expert, but make sure you're squeezing your abs by sucking your belly in and engaging your core.
      You'll feel it in your legs too, that's normal, but make sure your core muscles are doing most of the work, not your legs.

      I just scrolled through the comments to make sure it’s someone else too.. Make sure you’re really stretching out every time you need to go upwards. Make sure your movements are more focused than speedy. And do your best to squeeze your stomach, not so much just sucking in or it’ll make it that much harder on breathing through which is important ~ I wasn’t feeling it so much the first and second day, but I did my fourth day today and was able to feel it once the direct rush of exercise wore off ~ It’s also possibly just because the intensity of this workout isn’t too high, in comparison to most I’ve seen

    Edit:
    Day 4: i swearrr my belly fat is reducing significantly! I just know in day 7 i will have an absolute abs lol
    Day 7: i do have an abs!!! Just not that obvious, of course. But I'm getting more fit. Idk but i feel like my overall body fat is reducing eventho I'm not losing weight. Imma keep doing this for a month!

      I’m currently on day 10 (last workout of the day 🥳) I haven’t been taking measurements but earlier today I put on a pair of skinny jeans that used to be kinda tight. I was so surprised coz just in 10 days they were already feeling more comfortable. Any updates from you? 💕

    I used to weigh 190. Last April (2020) I began walking two miles a day, began a calorie deficit and did this video once a day. I was down to 140 by October/November (: I’ve maintained since then and now want to try to get to 125 by the end of April. Good luck everyone!

    So I tested this workout to see if it actually works and burns fat. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 1/2 weeks, along with her 10 minute lower abs, and 10 minute lean arms. This works sooo much! I’ve lost some belly fat and my legs look more toned. I’ve lost 5 pounds as well! I definitely recommend!

      aila khan Yes I have! I’ve been eating more meat, fruits, and vegetables. I’ve cut out sweets and most carbs. I’ll have carbs at least once a day so my body produces more glucose. Try WeightWatchers. That’s what I use. :)

    I like standing exercises much better, I feel like I struggle more when I’m down on the ground.
    This is a great way to start off and eventually be able to do the ones I find harder.

      @@deepsensei9530 Perhaps. But it doesn’t really matter too much because everyone has things that work better for themselves than other things. We’re not all carbon copies of each other, so everyone must find what’s good for themself. And either way, it’s still better than nothing at all.
      And I’m actually doing the whole program which means multiple workouts a day, so switching out just one is not a big deal.

      @@deepsensei9530 And it can be better to start out with and then eventually switch up . When someone is not used to lots of exercise this is a good start, and some people have to avoid the down on the ground exercises for medical reasons.

      mate my elbows are actually bruising, although i have fat ; my knees, elbows and hips are bony so everytime i have to lean on them it hurts like hell. I HAVE LIGIT BRUISES on my elbows but i still wanna do this so yh. :/
