Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. UA-camrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.
I no longer care about whether or not i get abs. Her exercises make me feel really good, strong and healthy. Its adequately challenging and makes me feel happier when i complete them

SAME!!!! I feel like I'm on the cloud nine when I complete the workout in the morning. It feels like 10 times more joyful to stay active for the rest of the day after Chloe's workouts ❤️
As a toddler mom, I always appreciate the standing workout videos.
Last winter I tortured myself with calorie deficits and similar things which can be described as the onset of anorexia. I was 56kg and became 45kg. I lost my menstruation and the doctors, understandably, cited sudden weight loss as the reason. The only positive thing is that I got rid of insulin resistance, stopped eating sugar and started eating normally. I was 13. I only got my period back in mid-autumn, after I started overeating in August and then drinking protein in addition to gain weight. and Chloe was with me. and Chloe is with me now. my body completely changed, my mind completely changed. I did other workouts and my posture is much better now. I will always have room to grow and I am glad that I no longer stand still as before. I don't know what I would do if you weren't there. you made me understand that change is possible. Thank you
Gosh, my story is actually so similar. Last spring a decided to "go on a quick diet" which ended up with losing almost 10 kilos (from 65 to 56). I also lost my period and even now when I'm eating really healthy and enough i still can't gain it back fully. I was 15 at that time. Now I'm just trying to heal my relationship with food and Chloe really helps me with feeling best in my body.
I feel really sorry for you, but I'm sure we can do this and become healthier versions of ourselves

I’ve tried Chloe’s bum+abs for two weeks about a year ago and had visible results just within a few weeks. Starting this today hoping for similar results!

@@dawn-zs2eb hey girl! I was done at 2 weeks, def got some definition back but not as drastic of a change as some of her older workouts. Im already back to the two week ab challenge from 4 years ago🤣Id say this is a great start for ppl who dont enjoy working out and find most CT workouts difficult

Working out after more than a month. I'm not following any program this time cuz I was struggling a lot with following those till the end. I'm gonna workout like this for a while for now.

I am taking this challenge slow, but this is really great I love the progression. I am truly enjoying this program. I think I will do all your weighted programs so hard but so fun!! Thanks Chloe 32 pounds down since July last year hoping to lose another 10 while doing this program with proper diet. I am going to try some the recipes from you recommend as well. Can’t wait for your app!

Good for you. As a fellow c section mom, I can empathize with how hard and painful it is to get back into an exercise routine, especially after having your abdominal muscles completely obliterated during the birthing process only a few months prior.

i added light ankle weights and a semi heavy dumbbell for this one and it was such a great combo! love the standing abs workout, thank you chloe!!!!
I don't feel my ABS engaged, maybe I am doing something wrong. But I like this workout anyway, it made me sweat and that's important.

I have the same issue, I can feel it some of her other ones, when it like tightens, but this one I couldn’t feel that :(

Firstly, I want to tell you that it is not easy to exercise continuously, but it is not impossible and you will be able to do it. I will tell you my story. I started exercising with Chloe three years ago because I wanted to lose weight. I would start a challenge, finish it, stop exercising for a long time, and then come back again, but on one occasion I stopped exercising for a period of more than a year and a half for several reasons, but I did not give up. I returned to exercising six months ago, but this time I continued, and my goal in exercising was to benefit my body, to lose weight, and to have muscles. I am now continuing and excited to see the muscles in my body. Despite all this, I give up sometimes, but I force myself to exercise. I do not exercise every day. I exercise five or six days a week according to the rest days of the challenge, and when I finish the challenge, I take a rest that does not exceed seven days. On these days, you can exercise walking or Simple things to rejuvenate your body and give you energy. You must know that if you are sick, tired, or in a bad psychological state, do not force yourself to exercise. I hope I have helped you .

The fact that I went through this with a dumbbell and found it kind of easy shows how strong and fit I’ve gotten doing these workouts. 6.5 months and counting!
This is definitely an incredibly easy ab workout even with a dumbbell

@@Rebecca56x i use 12-20 pound weights with this workout. Ive done it 4 times now. Its the easiest ab workout I’ve done thus far that uses weights.

Hello ! I am a silent follower but just wanna say your workout is amazing ! I really enjoy it and I do feel stronger. I'm on my second challenge and i dont relaly see any changes in my belly area, but according to my measurements I have shrinked, but I overall feel great. But my question here is for you girls who is a part of this community. Is there anyone here who has a short torso and long legs that has abs or flat belly? Meaning no lower belly pouch either. I can't find any information about it if its possible to get abs or flat belly when you have a short torso due to the fat doesnt have too much space to spread out, anyone else in same situation?

I just got shamed by my nutriotinist for not managing to go with a meal and exercise plan done 2 years ago when I've only had 2 follow up visits (one by a totally different person!) since then. Mental health and lack of motivation are tough, but the thing I have in excess beyond weight is SPITE. This is the first time in years I worked out and it was tough, but I'll try to make a habit of it and prove that rude woman wrong.
How did it go? Don't tell me that you have given up because by doing so you will prove the woman's words ☝️

As someone with a huge chest, I very much appreciate a standing workout over one where I'm on my back. I surrender to having to do planks 😭🤡, but anything I can do vertically is a much better challenge 💚💪
