All the isms within the black community, in the 21st century is nothing short of embarrassing! The fact there is still a need to highlight and discuss is insaaaaane! 🎈
Thanks for commenting 🤎and I found your comment 🎈and I agree 💯 percent 🤎🤎🤎
I'm SO GLAD that you had, also, included "TOKENISM", because that's all that the "privilege" should be considered as being ...and again, as pointed out, it ALL goes back to white r@cism! THANKS for the shout-out, and THANKS for further educating, because I didn't know about that w the military! ❤
Thanks for the inspiration 🤎🤎🤎
THANK YOU!!! 👏🏾 people complain about the “isms” but you can take away colorism/featurism/texturism and call it what it is… racism! Pretending it doesn’t exist or calling people victims all the time doesn’t change that. If we didn’t acknowledge these things, we would have no progress. The Crown Act is a great example.
I agree 100 percent 💯. Thanks for watching 🤎🤎🤎
It’s really not just hair , if it was then why were their laws against the way someone’s hair grows naturally.hair is a sign of beauty when It comes to our beauty regardless of race , which is why they tried their best to make sure that we don’t wear the hair that works with our features cause WE LOOK GOODT when we do , they don’t want competition. Our hair holds our identity regardless of race , which is why African slaves were discouraged to wear their unique hairstyles .
Thanks for commenting 🤎and I agree 💯 percent it’s way deeper than “just hair” these are serious conversations that deserve to be told by us with love and respect 🤎🤎🤎
