Upon reading comments, I realized the original video must have been low in audio quality. My bad
I had 7 spine surgeries and arthritis in hands so your videos are saving my drumming life
I had to stop for this reason. I have had 7 back surgeries, not related to drumming, but it made me realize that I wasn’t sitting as comfortably as I could be as it did cause my back to hurt more. Once I found my “sweet spot “ I had almost no pain while playing!
This is gold, and hands down the best ergonomics clinic for drummers I’ve ever come across. Thank you...
Volume is low
Thank you so much for letting me know. I’m really sorry about that! This video and the subsequent videos were all produced in 2017 when I was very inexperienced with making videos. Unfortunately the volume will be low on the next few. Please bear with me! Sadly I don’t have the master files. Hopefully you’re able to find some content that you enjoy! Brandon Green no worries. I specialize in Audio (Restoration/ Mastering). I can work on the audio to bring them up to level and also reduce most of the reverb on the older videos.
Why does this dude not have more followers?? The only other resource for genuine drum ergonomics seems to be Dave Elitch!

Not sure if my throne is the right height but I may need hearing aids.

How does this relate to heel down players? Can we get away with playing (slightly) lower?
The same Active ROM assessment apply! As long as you have the motion open, you're good!

i had to turn it way up to hear it.
It would be incredibly easy to raise the volume on this video even without the master file. Worth reuploading I cant hear a thing.
I hate having to wade through an 11 minute video to find the 15 seconds of useful information.
