It is kind of tricky thing. I think it might help to think of it as not purposely doing anything to change it, since I personally believe the mere act of observing something has the potential to change it even unconsciously.
It's not always an easy decision for me to make when to comes to resting but I'm glad I did today. Thank you for your guidance Loren 🙏🏽
