I was struggling with head and neck pain from stress and worry because my mom is very ill and in the ICU. This calmed me and helped relieved my head pain. Thank you so much, Ally, for your generous and truly healing spirit.

Thank you for this wonderful video. It left me wonderfully calm. I'm from Toronto and am using Yoga Nidra to solidify my violin practice. I lie down and listen to it after a good 90 minute session of work - I think it helps assimilate what I have just worked on.
I don't know what magic you do but it's glorious. I maybe fall asleep but I don't feel groggy and I come to perfect conciousness at the end as you are winding down the nidra. It's beautiful. You're a true healer and artist. Thank you for sharing your talents with us 😊 🙏

Hi ally. I’m experiencing something called akathisia at the moment which is caused by damage to the nervous system from taking psychiatric drugs for many years and having come off them over a year ago now. Your yoga Nidra practice is a godsend. Namaste 🙏🏽
I appreciate how you often mention the Earth... releasing into the Earth, connecting, grounding... usually when I do the practices I am laying on a bed on a 2nd story, far above the ground... but your presence with this helps me to connect into the Earth and I love that, thank you!!

First time I tried this. I thought I needed a nap but heard this could help. Pretty sure I passed out for 5 of the 20 mins, but by the time is was done I felt better than before I started. I'll try it again tomorrow!

I have been unwell with an as yet undiagnosed illness, which has created enormous stress both physically and mentally. Throughout the year I have found great relaxation and comfort in your Yoga Nidra, and I continue to rely on it heavily to calm my nerves. I am about to embark on a treatment through Chinese medicine and acupuncture which I am confident is going to address my issues, but I will continue to back it all up with your soothing sessions. When I started with your 10 minute yoga nidra meditations a few weeks ago, not only did I find myself getting much better rest, but I wake up in a much more positive mood afterwards. This was my first time with this video, and first time doing one in the morning, and I can’t even describe how at peace I feel right now. The meditation felt like it went by so quick (in a good way) because of how peaceful it made me feel.

Hi Ally. I have recently returned to Yoga Nidra after several years away, and your audios have been my reintroduction. I have listened to few of your other Yoga Nidra audios here on UA-cam, and this has been very helpful to me in resting during the day and bringing my nervous system to a relaxed state. Your voice is wonderfully soothing and I find the body scanning to be so delicious, grounding and it often brings me to a stillness. I tend to have a good deal of nervous energy and have a lot on my plate lately, so Yoga Nidra has been quite helpful! I’ve been experimenting with replacing some of my naps with your audio sessions.
