Lovely! I've tried other recipies and have always been disappointed that there wasn't more flavour in the finished dish. Rinsing the chicken in the solution is a great idea and I love all of the seasoning you add to the chicken before frying. Can't wait to try!

Looks good but I would chop the bone in chicken thighs into smaller pieces If you use Ben's converted rice you don't have to wash the rice ; the rice will come out perfect not mushy as some rice's do !
