Ingredients:
6-7 Chicken Thighs
2.5 Cups Rice
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Medium Onion
2 Bell Peppers
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
600ml Chicken Broth
2 tsp Dried Thyme
2 tsp Dried Oregano
To season Chicken:
2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper

Bbbbbbbbbaby when I tell Yu I just finished cooking this dish .... OoooooooUuuuuu BANGING 🔥🔥🔥 It came out perfect - I didn’t make it with chicken I used smoked Turkey sausage links ..... i can taste all the flavor on my tongue ( fat girl status ) 🤷🏾♀️🙋🏾♀️... Thanks keep them coming , think I will try pepper soup & yam next & you are correct the Gino tomato paste is better than DeRico ( my opinion ) it gave it a extra kick 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My o my. Today is the 29th/03/2023 I am here to say a big thank you for this recipe. I have cooked 3 recipes from your channel and my o my... this gets better and better. Off to the nigerian fried rice now. How I wish I could send you some of my videos. Out of the three this one is banger!!!!! This one hits different. This one is the best. The seasonings are just spot on if you follow step by step. I must cook again my kids loved evert bit of it. The one with goat and rice is spectacular. The jellof was 😂👌. Trust me I am coming with more positive reviews.

Made this 3 times now and you're right the flavour is so good!
I do this on the hob and find that the rice only needs 15mins on med low then off the heat and allow to steam, that way less is stuck on the bottom of the pan.
