  • This is the 30 Minute Qigong Daily Routine ( complete set ). Practice this exercise will help you to balance energies and heal sickness.

    Baduanjin is the complete set of Qigong Exercise. It is a major influence of world medicine. Practicing this set of Qigong will help us to balance energies, heal and prevent a lot of diseases and make our body and mind happy and healthy.
    There are 8 movements of this Set of Qigong:
    1. Horse Stance Open Arms
    2. Drawing The Arrow
    3. Separating Heaven and Earth, Twisting Body
    4. Horse Stance Washing Body
    5. Big Bear Turning To Circle
    6. Body Curving, Looking Up And Down
    7. Clenching The Fist
    8. Clicking Heels, Resting Lower Back.

      After learning these routines, this video here is the most useful one! Because of how you have described the breathing that goes along with each exercise.
      It's very easy to understand and practice.
      The teaching of qigong in this video in particular shows how your growth as an instructor is becoming much stronger.

    i started this video with back pain that was on the brink of going into a full spasm. i would say by the time the warm up was completed i was no longer feeling that pain at all. i was able to complete all the movements til the end with NO PAIN. a few minutes after as i came here to write this , the pain is back but not as bad. my point is this is amazingly healing and it is real ! thank you Brother Insight!

    Good morning Thich Man Tue, I Cristina 50 and my Mam of 75 from Spain started like 3 1/2 weeks ago en we feel a lot better. We are under a lot of stress like many people in this world.
    But we want to THANK YOU SO MUCH for your lessons.
    We love your Qigong practices inside but especially the ones outside on the Mountain next to the water, on the beach etc.. Just outside it is like you sent even more energy and harmony.
    We have done Yoga and Thai Chi in our lives but Qigong we like so much more especially given by you even our Doggie gets very relaxed just by listening to your voice.

    I’ve been following your practice everyday for 2 months now and am really appreciative of your wisdom and calm. I really look forward to getting up and practicing. Occasionally I freestyle it but it isn’t as satisfying as following you. Keep it up. I really like the mix of durations. Some more longer ones would be welcome btw.

    Thank you very much! I just went through your whole video and I feel Qi Gong will benefit myself with all the elements that I have. I always stay positive and if I made through almost 30 minutes for the first time learning some Qi Gong techniques and stretches, I think that I will be okay. I am glad that I found this video

    Thanks a lot for explaining the full set of Ba Duan Jin. 🙂 Finally found time to practice this morning after a stressful week. I need some more practice to get the breathing right while separating heaven and earth, until it feels natural. I enjoy listening to your calm voice. 😌 Only sometimes I prefer the silent version, then I listen to your breathing and adapt to it. 😊 I practice at least twice a day since about one month and my body and mind already feel better in every way. You're a blessing to all of your students. Much ❤️ to you, the coyotes and all life around you.
