I have big doubts... how to split 8 brocades, animal postures, stretch exercise... etc in 2 hours a day of practicing, separate in 1houre in the morning, 1h afternoon?... What goes first, second.... 😊🙏😁

Dear Brother Insight, this routine helped me so much this morning to bring down my heart rate. At the core it connected me back to my heart and released energy there that was trapped. This happened when holding one hand on the heart region and the other on the abdomen. I find your teachings very uplifting and am so grateful for them. You are a wonderful teacher 🙏💞🙏
