Yes! But it’s better with empty stomach before meals . After meals should be at least one hour! The best is in the morning before breakfast, or in afternoon before dinner! Thank You
Hello, thank you for the video but I would definitely choose older ones with no background voices. I have a very challenging issue with noisy children (not mine, I don't have) and neighbours! these sounds don't match with the healing time of qigong for me! : )
Try to integrate all the creation in the universe within your practice. This video could make us improve so many things: patience, concentration, attention acceptance of things don't go your way, overcoming challenges, ability to transform perception Have a wonderful day. Imperfect but wonderful ❤
@@analoza2485 hello! appreciate your suggestions and totally understand the philosophy. this is what i attempt to achieve when there are issues in my environment, i prefer not to have it during my qigong vids if possible so in future i'll turn to the previous ones with no screaming etc in the background. if i lived in a more peaceful place to start with - be that inner, outer or both - i might also appreciate and enjoy the noise.
