Have you noticed how much clearer peoples eyes look after being on carnivore? They don’t look tired, inflamed, or glazed over.

Very true. It’s crazy how much healthier we are after cutting out all the junk. Thanks for the support!

My mom was always active and watched what she ate and I think that has really helped me in my life. She never ate after 3:30 pm and she walked several miles a day even into her 70's as log as she could. I have gained weight in my life as I got older but am now on Keto/Carnivore with my husband. We are losing weight and feeling great. It is nice you and your husband are setting a good example for your child and he is adorable.

That’s a great example. We are hoping to be that for our son.

Going on nature walks in the weekends is a great family activity. When your son gets a little older, you could bring him to a nature area for a weekend and include more activities like canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking, geocaching, mountain biking, kayaking, birdwatching or to GoApe treetop adventures. So many fun activities to do in nature!

OMG...I never realized before how much the little guy looks like his daddy. He's so fortunate to have parents who are feeding him properly and prioritizing activity and time together.

I like my steak burnt too. Where I'm from in Canada, we call "blackened steak". Typically if you order a blackened steak it's grilled crusted with cajun seasoning. So good!! Wyatt is just so precious!! Thanks for your content. You encouraged me today!!

I just recently discovered your channel and I love the both of you!! You’re open, honest and inspiring. I’ve been doing carnivore for 6 days now and I LOVE it. I did keto prior with success but was always interested in carnivore. Thx again for all your helpful info and now I’ll be binge watching all y’all’s videos

I like that your carnivore is not restrictive. I like we'll seasoned foods will spice variety. You've motivated me to try this again. The first time I tried the carnivore diet for 30 days, I lost 8.4 lbs but stopped for a cheat day and never continued.

Everyone can apply it differently with different levels of strictness but for us eating all animal based with spices helps a lot. And we’ve found we don’t react negatively to the spices. I hope you find something that works for you that is meat-based. You got this! 💪

I just stubbled upon your videos tonight and I'm so glad I did. I've been toying with going carnivore and have been wrestling about whether I can do it or not. Like you have suggested, focusing on just 24 hours is more than likely what I'll need to do. I've been keto for 8 years and have fallen off track a bit. I realize that I need something a little more restrictive to help me manage food addiction/emotional eating. I've been kind of binge watching your videos tonight. Anyway, another great video and your little boy is absolutely adorable!!

Awesome progress so far! :) I think making intentional time for movement as a family is a great idea! You will eventually get to a point where it becomes habit and it just becomes part of your day that you no longer have to schedule. God Bless!

10lbs a month is amazing! It’s also amazing that you are wanting to pass down being active to your kids. I know they don’t look old enough for this yet, and I am definitely bias about this, but football is amazing activity;)! Hahah I’m on day 4 of carnivore and I’m already feeling amazing. Looking forward to more of your progress!

Oooh.. I’m going to have to see if our Costco has those pork rinds. Pork king makes great pork crumbs for “breading” or “flour” to use on chicken or to make pancakes. 😊

I just recently started making my own carnivore chips. I take thin sliced roast beef or turkey lunch meat and dehydrate it at 180 for 2-3 hours. They are so crunchy and delicious 😋. Maybe not the highest quality but still better than regular chips.
