Something to think about with your burgers is to freeze butter. Once the butter is frozen, use the cheese grater. Grate some butter and mix it with the hamburger before the burger is formed.
If you still want the fat in your coffee, add real butter then use a frother to give it a mix, has an amazing nutty flavor and a beautiful foam top! Butter Bob Briggs(UA-camr) made a video called “Butter makes your pants fall off” he was my first experience with low carb/high fat.
Silicone muffin pans. Spray with nonstick spray crack one egg in each one. 325 for about 10 minutes for over easy a little longer depending on how you like them. Take them out put in a container and in the fridge. Game changer!
If you can spend the money in one lump sum, buy beef directly from local ranchers. It’s so much cheaper and the meat is amazing. You get high quality beef and support ranchers who are bullied by big corporations.
People online are always saying this but I have not found it so near me. I would love to support local ranchers but even buying in bulk I'd wind up paying 2-2.5x more than my national grocery chain store.
Awesome work, you guys. i partner with a local rancher for a half share of nose-to-tail, grass-fed, grass-finished beef twice a year for only $3.90/lb. A half share lasts me 6 mos at 2-lbs of beef a day.
I found that Dairy was not allowing me the pleasure of losing weight so I took that out of my diet bye-bye coffee but I got over that fast. If you really missing some kind of bread like sausage gravy and biscuits I make cheesy egg chaffles. Before I removed the dairy from my diet I would make those with sausage gravy and the sausage gravy was made keto Style with some heavy cream and a little cream cheese. Try looking up keto bechamel sauce. I used to eat that when I was low carb and keto. Like I said I had to remove all forms of dairy so I won't be eating any of that anytime soon but it's really good I would make a pan of ground sausage and then add the heavy cream and cream cheese and a little salt and pepper and a dash of cayenne cuz I like that kick it was really good
You could use that non-stick skillet and turn those eggs into egg-crepes - instead of scrambled eggs - and use them to wrap meats. Also do not underestimate omelettes and frittatas. For organ meats, have a look at Brazillian BBQ style chicken hearts. Hopefully, by the time you read this, they are still cost-effective and haven't been made into an expensive delicacy (eg. lamb shanks).
@@Sameshitdiffrentday I did it for a week then had to have a hysterectomy & had to stop. I’m ready to start again actually. In the one week I did it I noticed the joint pain in my hands were gone by day 4-5, I also noticed my stomach was much flatter, very little gas and the bloating was gone. This is why I’m starting it again.
When I first started Keto in 2018 that box of 60 eggs from Walmart was $4.88. I just checked and they are now $14 here in Orlando. Mac’s porkrinds also a staple for me. I really like WildFork meats. They are a 100% frozen meat market and the quality has been amazing. Use them for beef, chicken, and fish.
If you can get a ½ or even ¼ cow from a local farmer, the quality is WAY better, personally I think more satisfying, and of course much cheaper per lb than grocery store meat. Of course the down side is that you have to have the money up front to buy it 🤷♀️
I’m really surprised by sausage that cheap affect. All of that sounded cheap. Compared to what we have here in Texas. I can’t buy sausage for less than five dollars a pound no matter if I buy the generic or the namebrand as far as switching the creamer or creamer is a lot cheaper than yours we’re still at, four dollars for for the same size creamer do you had or 6 for the half gallon size.
My wife always made fun of me for eating the same stuff for lunch every day. The life of a construction worker I guess 😂. I was a sheet metal worker. What trade are you in?
@@carnivorecouple Haha! We’re brothers! I had to laugh, we were watching your video last night and I said he looks like an electrician! I was pretty close 😂. Where are you located? I retired out of Monterey California and moved to Tennessee.
She has lost 65 pounds. Not as consistent. We all lose weight differently. Women lose slower as well. Also, she is now pregnant, so she is putting her weight loss on hold and focusing on eating nutrient dense Whole Foods to grow babies.
Yes… babies❣️ Twins… So happy for you! Just think you’re adding to our carnivore community😂. My grandson is carnivore & at 2 years old, he knows his ABC’s, can count to 20 and also counts backwards from 10. He is amazing us all, but I go back to what Dr. Chaffee said about carnivore children will have bigger brains… He’s right I believe. Our grandson taught himself from kid shows on UA-cam. Take care & congrats👏🏻🥩💪💕
Get rid of the ceramic and use your bacon fat in a good carbon iron pan and the eggs will not stick! Don't know where you are getting those prices on food. I buy Kroger brand eggs and they are $2.79 a dozen for jumbo, have not seen $3.50 pound ground beef for years!
@@carnivorecoupleThat person didn't ask very nicely.. but it is a reminder that we love to hear your progress.. Never feel shy to remind us how long you have been doing it and how well it is working.. We all like to keep the stats on ourselves and sort of see how we stack up with others. I have 15 to 20 pounds to lose. I am on day 30 of the carnivore challenge I will weigh tomorrow and report my results. I am already able to wear a size ten jeans instead of a 12. ..
I live off of scrambled eggs and hamburger meat. Just got my blood work back. All good
Awesome

You can do scrambled eggs in a crockpot too! ... Thank you both, you're doing great! Sweet family.👪
Whaaaaaaaaat! Will have to try that next. 👍
Anything to avoid 30 eggs in the frying pan 😂👊

Try dropped eggs on chicken of beef broth for a soup meal 😋

Try Adding cream cheese to your sausage gravy...... delicious!
Sounds great!
I do that too. The cream cheese makes it all nice and creamy. Stir the salt and pepper. It’s a wonderful meal.

I get tired of eggs every morning too but i like making the egg cups in the muffin pan to have thru the week.

I like runny eggs better. So inconvenient...lol
