Great story. I'm 75. In 2020 I went keto for 18 months after my doc at the VA told me if I didn't change my lifestyle I'd probably be dead by 74. I switched to carnivore in Oct of 2022. When I started I weighed 254 pounds. I also had a myriad of health issues. Today I weigh 165. My blood pressure is normal, I'm no longer prediabetic, acid reflux is gone, my auto-immune rashes are gone, and I feel great. My diet is butter, eggs, meat, bacon, salmon, shrimp, crème fraîche, salt, water, and coffee. Occasionally, I'll eat a handful of blueberries or put hot sauce on my eggs. Keep up the good work...
Amazing! Thank you for sharing. Congratulations on your success
I just turned 65 and need to lose close to 90lbs. I've always heard a calorie is a calorie, do you count calories even on this diet, and how many calories a day do you allow yourself?
@@davepelfrey3958 I recommend you watch Dr Anthony Chaffee's or Dr Ken Berry's videos on counting calories. They say counting calories is a waste of time on a carnivore diet. I agree. I've never counted calories, I just eat carnivore foods. I've lost a total of 89 pounds.
75 is the new 55!! I’m over 56 pounds down in my new way of life. Carnivore!!!
Thank you for telling what you eat, 73 lady and starting carnivore and keto.
New subscriber here. Trying to convince myself to start carnivore. I’ll be 40 and I’m 300 lbs. I don’t have a family, but that’s always been my goal and prayer. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for the sub! You should just start and give it 30 days and see how you feel. It changed my life. It could do the same for you.
Go and do it my man . 7 weeks ago I was 270 lbs today I’m 238lbs I walk 2 miles in the morning. And in evening
And I gave up all the shit no coffee no beer no junk food
Replaced it with lean meat chicken eggs turkey and about 50g carbs in evening meal
Melting off me
Drinking 3litres of water a day starting to feel like a new man
Target weight is 175
I nearly didn’t do this as I felt I was too far gone
I’m only at the start of my journey but I feel so much better after only 7weeks go get it my man if I can do it you can do it , the hardest part is taking that first step so what are you waiting for ? Go get it , god bless you
You can do it you can do it. You can do it! Good luck this is a great video to follow and there’s many more that are just carnivore diets.
I started last month and am already down 20 lbs. the hardest part is just starting man. Just do it, it’s the best thing you’ll ever do.
Do it. I jumped right in, which isn't ideal, but take it one day at a time and figure out what works as you go.
Dec 31 I weighed 350 lbs, today I'm at 272, I was wearing a size 42 pants that were getting snug, now I'm at a 38/36, shirts are down from a 4x/5x to 3x/2x. Sleep apnea, gone, 90% of my gastrointestinal issues, gone. I haven't stepped foot into a gym.
CONGRATS! It has been life changing for me. 44, M, 5'9", started OMAD Carnivore with moderate exercise in October 2023 at 232 lbs, today I weighed in at 164 lbs, thats 68 lbs of weight loss in 8-months or less, and my goal is another 20-30 lbs before I look like a stud!
Once I learned to focus on fat/protein, I started to realize just how uncomfortable that "comfort food" made me feel.
It's mad how quick you go from being unable to resist junk to just not caring at all. I'm 2 weeks into carnivore and I eat 2 meals a day effortlessly. Couldn't care less about snacks or junk.
New Sub. Very well done video! Thank you! I'm 50 yrs old, type 2 diabetic, high BP and I’m 6’2 300lbs with abt 80-85lbs to lose. I'm starting Carnivore tomorrow June 3rd. My plan is to incorporate IF/TRE (the 36 hr protocol) into my plan since I've had great success in the past. I'll also continue strength training 2-3x wkI. I really fell off last year after getting laid off and going through a dark valley. So your message about learning to not use food as a source of comfort truly resonated with me. I have to admit that's been my reality. I'm hyped about the next 30 days and beyond. Thanks for the inspiration!
How it's going?
Here’s a tip; buy beef from a farmer. In the fall we grill (actually we cook over a fire) steaks and hamburgers to about half done and put them in the freezer in meal portions. Then all winter long we can get them out and finish them in the crockpot and BOY ARE THEY DELICIOUS!
Great tips
Thank you great tip…. On my to do list!!!😊
Great job!
Did you do any fiber supplements....or did everything come out alright?
@@russstenseng899 I do not use fiber supplements and they aren’t needed.
It has been so awesome watching you and your wife get healthy!! Best to you and the family.
Thank you so much!
You look freaking amazing!
Massive congrats on your success, finding your "why" is key to this way of eating.
Enjoy your life with your family.
Thank you so much!!
I went on a diet 3 months ago. So far, I've lost 90 days.
😂😂😂😂
Don't "diet"... completely change you way of eating . Meat, seafood, bacon, eggs butter. Zero sugar, zero processed foods at all, zero artificial sweetners, zero fruit (fructose will keep your insulin high) .
I shared your comment with my husband. He’s still laughing! 😂
I’ve lost 82 in 4 months
Lmfao 😂👍
Thank you so much for the.mind shift comments. Looking at something as being deprived instead of getting healthy is a huge gamechanger. Very inspiring and congratulations to you.
You’re welcome!
that mindset shift is gold info alot of people find happiness in food and comfort in testing times, great content keep it up
Thank you! Will do!
And CONGRATULATIONS on your success !!👏👏👏
Thank you so much 😀
Ive been subbed forever, i went through my own huge transformation yet every time i see your before and after im like holy friggin moly. Lol
Thank you for the encouragement. However, you are doing amazing. Don’t compare yourself to others. I can do the same thing with people who are doing better than me. Everyone’s journey is unique to them. Stay strong 💪
I need these videos. I am on day 21. I am struggling to stay on this diet. Having trouble wanting to eat. Finding it way to plain and having wife and kids eating SAD around me makes it harder.
Starting weight was roughly 283lbs. (January 16th I was 296 lbs) I was 264.6 lbs this morning. Thanks again for the video
The grill is your best friend. Learn to cook better and you will enjoy it way more. My wife eats normal and it used to make me want to eat normal food. Just have to make up your mind and know you can never eat other food again. If you do you will gain the weight right back.
Don't give up! Not wanting to eat is fine! Your body is telling you it doesn't need to eat at that moment, sometimes I eat mad, or a small breakfast of 2 scrambled eggs then lunch a large steak. If I'm omad do find I want to snack later on, so I just throw a few rashers of bacon in the air fryer. You will tune into what you want, hang on in there.
thats a great start , keep going it gets easier
@spongebobsquaretits thanks. I'm just trying to take it hour by hour and day by day..Hope it gets a little easier.
One day at a time
Looking good man! Your transformation is incredible.
I’d love to see some videos on your workouts.
Thank you! I will go more in depth on my workouts in the future. Maybe a give a break down of what muscle groups I work out on what days. Stay tuned.
Thanks for the encouragement about not letting loose skin hold you back. I’ve lost a 110lbs on keto and my loose skin has been getting me down. I don’t have free time for myself to workout, unless I do it at 11:00 at night, yes bedtime is my free time. Either way your video made me feel better.
I’m glad it helped you feel better. Stay strong 💪
Great video brother and you covered all the important stuff without all the big words most people don't understand.❤️👍
Glad you liked it.
Proud of you!! You are so inspirational!! This way of eating is the best thing I ever tried!! It's delicious and easy and I have seen amazing health benefits!! At 72, I am feeling great and now off 7 of my 11 long term prescriptions!! No longer type 2 diabetic, and pain from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome is mostly gone!! Anxiety and depression are gone!! Have more energy than I have had in over 20 years!! God bless you!!
This is amazing. You have changed your quality of life just by eating a proper human diet. You thriving at 72 years old. Keep it up. God bless you. Stay strong 💪
Congratulations on the amazing weight loss & positive attitude. You look great. Thank you for inspiring others with the wonderful carnivore way of eating.
You are so welcome!
Your words really resonated with me. I had to find happiness in other things than food. Somehow something just clicked with me last week and I’m one week in to my carnivore diet and it’s been fairly simple so far. Really hope I can stick to this and see results as well.
Wonderful! You CAN do this! The first few weeks are tough. It gets easier.
Thank you for this video! I have been caenivore for a month and ive lost 13lbs. My cravings are gone, I can cook regular food for the family and I dont mind at all giving it a pass. This is the easiest and best way of eating ❤
Wonderful! Keep it up! It gets even easier to stay on track the better you feel. Stay strong 💪

I like your new grill. I recently bought the cheap walmart grill but yours looks way better
Well done! Very inspirational. I started carnivore four days ago so I'm struggling a little, but not too bad. Seeing what you have accomplished motivates me. Greetings from Sweden, y'all!
Good for you. I've been carnivore for 4 and a half months now. I remember my first week and how hard it was but I'm so glad a stuck with it. I've lost most of the weight I wanted to lose and so much healthier now. Keep at it, you can do it.
Thanx! 👍
The first 2 weeks are the hardest. After 30 days it gets easier. Take it one day at a time. You got this. Stay strong 💪
I’ve heard from other carnivores that after a while your body “eats” that lose skin if from time to time you fast. No surgery required. Maybe in extreme cases? Plenty of Carnivore Drs. here on UA-cam you can ask. I can’t say, just one month in. And yes, 7 lbs gone, more energy! ( first two and a half weeks, stomach cramps, nausea, fatigue ) then one day, hey pretty Good day! Got a lot of chores done I’d been putting off, next day, Really Good Day, Lots crossed off my to-do list. Next day, a little tired, next day, Let’s Go. NOT STOPPING!
Extended fasting/autophagy can help with loose skin as well.
@@AlexMinor that’s what I said🙂
@@beverlyaten1775 there is no such mechanism in human body to "eat" skin. What he can is to gain muscles there. Also I am watching this video, he not counted calories, so probably he not cared about suplementation and electrolites. If someone is starting, count calories, add vitamins and electrolites, do not extend more than 1,5 kg weight loose / week. If you are loosing more, add food.
@@beverlyaten1775 actually it isn't what you said lol
@@chipsammich2078 sure it is. I used a EUPHEMISM. Check it out. There are lots of people on UA-cam who went from morbidly obese, lost the weight, stayed on track, fasted as well, and shrank the loose skin.
Keep killing it bro!
Will do brother!
Thank you for this video man. I needed to hear this
You’re welcome
Very inspiring. Well done bro ❤ from Australia
Thank you! Go Bucs!
Congratulations on your journey! I tried doing strict carnivore and barely made it one week! It’s not for everybody but am considering giving it a try again but maybe not as strict in the beginning.
Thank you. It’s not for everyone, but it works.
Great video! I’ll be 61 on Friday. Most of my life I’ve been lean until recently. Got about 45-50 lbs to lose. I’ve been eating carnivore for 3 days now and I already feel great. I’ve no health issues, just want to be lean again. It’s so hard to get around with the extra weight. Just subscribed to your channel. Thanks for sharing your journey!
You inspired me to give Carnivore a try again. I'm going to stick with it this time and see what results I get. Thank you for making these videos it truly helps as a guide for beginners like me God bless🙏
Good luck brother.stay strong

Great video!! Thank you!!
Great video-I just subscribed. You're a good coach! Good motivation in this video
I appreciate that!
Keto diets work. I’ve lost 71 pounds. They’re really hard when you start but once you’re doing a few weeks your constant hunger goes away and you eat less. Walking helps to speed up the process. I want to lose 40 more pounds. Hopefully I’ll do it by December 2024.
You got this! You can do it!!
@@waterislife5109 Thanks I’m giving it everything I’ve got. Appreciate the encouragement.

Great video!!! Great job!!
Thank you so much Chris! You and Laura are an inspiration to me and many others.
Probably one of the most honest and direct videos I’ve seen about converting to Carnivore. Well done. 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it!
Looking good, probably feel even better! Congrats!
Yes! Thank you!
I was literally just checking this grill out at Lowe’s! Looks really nice.
I love it!
Congratulations very inspiring transformation
Thank you so much!
You've done an amazing job, bro! I've been watching since your first videos. Very inspiring. Please keep it up and keep dropping these fantastic videos.
Thank you for supporting us from the beginning!
Wonderful video. Congrats to you!
Thank you very much!
Good job man, this is inspiring to watch.
Glad you enjoyed it!
What I like about this is you aren't being crucified for the garlic, hot sauce, etc. Some people have a meltdown if you aren't 100% carnivore. My opinion, if little things like that help you maintain the "carnivore" diet, it's significantly better than most other ways of eating. This is basically what I've been doing for around 7 months. Good job, man. Keep it up.
Oh I get a lot of comments from “carnivore nazis” about small things that aren’t “carnivore”. This video hasn’t gotten any Nazis on it, but there are plenty of them. You’re exactly right, if eating hot sauce, mustard or black pepper and garlic powder helps it be sustainable and you don’t have any negative effects, then I’m all about it. You have to fine what works for you to help you be successful.
Right. I do a little bit of sauteed onions once in a while.. even mushrooms..once in a while.. and some hot sauce and mustard. Nothing bad happens..and I would get extremely bored if I didnt..
good job! my carb cravings were gone in about 3 days. or at least it got easier.
Brave and dedicated man. Way to go!
Thank you!
Great video. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!

Thank you been having a hard time lately ut back at thanks for this
Great story! Life is a journey, and once you take as much control over your life as possible, the quality of the journey gets better. Meat is life. 👊

Kia Ora from New Zealand. I am down over 70 pound to around 196 where l am comfortable at 64 years old. Lost my weight in 1 year and kept it of another 3 years so far. Great stuff man 👍
Thank you
Wow we are proud of you ❤️🇨🇦
Thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing your journey! The mindset you mention is very inspirational and eye-opening. Are eating fruits and vegetables bad in this lifestyle? Is constipation an issue?
You’re welcome. Constipation is not an issue at all. In fact, carnivores poop less often and less quantity bc meat is so full of bioavailable nutrients that your body uses and it doesn’t have as much waste. No vegetables or fruits for carnivores.
Congratulations on the weight loss!
Thank you!!
Well done mate, great job
Thanks 👍
Carnivore works if you work it. Getting off sugar was the hardest part for me, but I took it one sugar-free day at a time and now I no longer crave it or want it. Congratulations on your success. I prefer my meat cooked a lot more, but overall a very nice video. Thanks for sharing your story.
Great job!
Excellent story. Thanks for sharing. I started my eight loss journey in February and am down 37lbs. I also do OMAD 4 days a week
Amazing. Keep it up!
Thank you for sharing your experiences. Do you drink much water each day, aside from the black coffee?
Thank you, again, for taking the time to document and share.
Yes water and coffee.
Congratulations 💪🏻🥩💪🏻
Thank you
Great work! Truly inspiring! 👍💪. Maybe you’ve answered this before but I was curious as to how tall you are?
6 foot. Thank you for watching!
Congratulations 🎉
Thank you
True inspiration 👏👏👏
Thank you
You've done Fantastic!!!❤❤❤
That is awesome !
I'm 95% OMAD, been carnivore for 10 months, down about 85 pounds, kinda slowed down a bit. I still like a few drinks on the weekend and have not given up cheese on smash burgers (no bun of course), but I keep going and see where it takes me.
Those are enormous dinners! And look amazing! I’m a new sub and likely gonna blow up your comments notifications. Sorrry. But I have questions. You mentioned counting calories. Did you ever cut back on the amount of calories or fat throughout the journey? Especially if eating more than OMAD? I’m currently eating just lunch and dinner. Thanks!
You have done fantastic!
Thank you so much!
How can anyone not like eating that delicious food!? I tell my non-Carnivore friends that I'm not definitely not suffering and I LOVE the simplicity of this way of eating! 🥩🍳🥓🧀🥚🧂
💯
Me watching this going from 250lbs-130lbs eating carbs and having fun snacks too, its great how all these different diets all lead to the same goal and its so interesting to see how we all achieve our goals :)
That is awesome! Losing weight can be done many ways. Many ways to skin a cat. I chose carnivore bc it is the only thing that I could stick to and was sustainable for long term. Congratulations on your success!
I like that see-thru window on the Grill
It’s very nice.
This answers some questions about the carnivore diet
You look AMAZING! Have you talked about your blood work much?
Thank you! Bloodwork video coming out next week! Stay tuned.
Good job 👏🏻
Thanks 😁
Congrats on the weight loss! I know how hard it is to lose weight, and I struggle with sugar, which is why I just started Carnivore. Today is day 2, and I love how easy and quick it is to eat and be done. No one likes coming home and cooking after working and being on their feet all day. I like to prep the night before. Bacon chips is a great snack I like to make. Deviled eggs are also great snacks. I like to change up the variety of how I cook my meats as well. I'll throw a steak on the grill real quick in the morning, and I'll have it for lunch.
Awesome! Keep it up. Stay strong
thanks bro! starting my carnivore
You can do it!
Hey, man. This is a good video.I'm very happy for you. What you've done for yourself
I have been on carnivore for over eight months and i've lost over ninety pounds.
I do want to say because I've been asked this before.I've got the food and you do mention a lot about grass fed meat and grass fed butter.
There are people out there that are living thanks to bidenomics on a very low-income.And they ask me how do I do carnivore.
I can basically just do ground beef from Walmart. And I do process meets, such as Bologna.Or salami.
I do not buy grass fed butter and i've not had anything wrong with my weight loss or energy if I don't get it.
I also eat cheese and I also do three day fasting every week for my health.
Thanks for the video
Thank you. I buy grain fed steaks. The grass fed butter just tastes better to me. We always recommend buying the best quality that you can afford. Bidenomics are making a lot of people struggle.
Respect sir!
Thank you
You look great! I don't normally eat steak but am willing to try.
I Freckenham love that grill btw. Not available in UK unfortunately but my Weber us still holding up strong.
You would make a great stunt double for Kiefer Sutherland ❤
Haha you’re like the 5th person to say that. Maybe when he was young. I can see the resemblance for sure.
You look good man. You and I we're very similar except that I still need to lose the last 20 lbs to align with you.
You can do it. You just have to make adjustments for the last bit of weight. Move more and reduce calories some more. Stay strong 💪
You are looking well.
