Not slimy but creamy texture with bits of crunch from the seeds. I think it is a pleasant texture, not yucky. It is also very healthy: lots of fibers and minerals including Omega-3s (from salmon). Maybe it is an acquired taste for some people, but I like it the first time I tried. Hope this helps.

So, if you use 1 scoop of seeds then you will need 4 scoops of milk. Also, different brands of chia seeds have different absorption level. Smuckers jam has somewhat similar jars. They’re round but they’re glass and come w a similar lid
