I used unsweetened reduced-fat coconut milk, agave nectar, and I added a few drops of vanilla extract for a little extra flavor. Best chia pudding I've ever made!! With the coconut milk and dab of vanilla extract,it really tasted similar to rice pudding. Except this one is guilt-free😇😋
Made these just as you directed and absolutely love them. I made them three ways... with an unsweetened vanilla almond milk, just 2% milk, and a half and half combo of both. Three squirts of honey made them the perfect amount of sweet. I left them to refrigerate over night and was so happy when I tried them! Thank you for sharing!
I recently tried your Chia Pudding recipe with only 3 ingredients, and I must say, it was fantastic! The way you cooked it made the process so simple yet the result was incredibly delicious. My personal experience with this recipe was delightful. The pudding turned out creamy and flavorful, and I loved how easy it was to customize by adding my favorite toppings. It's a perfect option for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack. I used true chia seeds in this recipe, and they definitely contributed to the amazing texture and taste of the pudding. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful and easy-to-make recipe!
yes I found a case of them at Walmart one night !!! I have a tiny condo and loads of kitchen stuff thats in my cabinets, oven and hallway closet so I left them all in the box they came in but they are on my dining room chair under the table.lol. Ive made low carb jelly n chia seed puddings in them so far. I recently bought labels to add on to the jars at Michael's craft store.:)
I just made these and it came out very yummy! I used your measurements plus 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa and 1 packet of stevia as the sweetener. Thank you for sharing, Yumnah!
I checked it this morning and was way too thin. I added another tbsp chia seeds and back in the frig it went. It tasted great with the vanilla in it. Thanks!
Into a mason jar: I add a handful of frozen *WILD* blueberries, omit the honey and add liquid stevia, ceylon cinnamon and 1 tbsp of almond butter. Put the lid on and shake shake shake!! leave it overnight and add fresh blueberries and a little more almond butter. delicious!
Try adding just a small dash of French Vanilla coffee creamer to it before putting it in the fridge...delish! The FV creamer works great on over night oats too!
I tried making the chia pudding following your recipe, and I absolutely loved it! The way you simplified it with just three ingredients made it so easy to prepare. Using true elements Chia seeds in this recipe was a game-changer. They provided the perfect texture and added a nutritious boost to the pudding. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious and satisfying it turned out. Thank you for sharing such a fantastic and straightforward recipe. It's now become a go-to breakfast or snack for me!
I used 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp chia seeds and 1 teaspoon sugar free maple syrup (as I’m diabetic). I also add a small amount of fruit on top, frozen (my preference). So good!
From ur mouth to God's ears! I picked pile 3 and i hope he does come forward with his feelings. We've been in a LDR for 9+ years and he's been guarded. Thank u! 🙏
Just made this tonight. I used almond milk that’s sweetened with bananas and used your video for the measurements! I’m going to top that one with blueberries for a blueberry banana kind of deal. :) If it turns out as good as I think it will, I’m going to make it again using regular almond milk with maple syrup and top with fresh mango and blackberries. Thanks for the inspiration! ❤️☺️
Easier way.... mix in your jar, I do add vanilla and a stevia blend sweetener..... shake your jar up, stick it in the fridge and everytime you're in the kitchen give your jar a good shake. Had mine tonight and I love it, reminds me of a tapioca pudding texture which I love. Low carb sweet tooth fix!
I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter what you put the pudding in, and you leave it in for 4 hours or overnight and it can last a week, with fruits probably 3 days
The information you provided in this video on how to make chia pudding with only 3 ingredients was great and so easy to understand. I really appreciated how simply you explained everything and the recipes were so easy to make. I tried making it and my mom loves it too! I Will definitely be using this information and sharing it with others who are looking for simple and delicious chia pudding recipes. I recently made it with True Elements chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. Chia seeds truly elevate the flavour and texture of the pudding. Thank you for sharing such a fantastic recipe!
I'm thinking of doing this. ☺️ (We don't all have fresh almond milk on sale around the corner; though I could probably grab some soy milk. ☺️) What is it like if you cook it in milk? I have seen loads of UA-cam recipes for adding it to porridge.
@@oneoflokis you can use any kind of milk actually. It won't change the consistency or anything. It all depends on preference. I used almond milk to keep it vegan and I prefer the taste of it with the chia seeds.
Thank you very much for this delicious recipe. I have a question. Do you think chia pudding made with coconut milk and stevia is considered keto friendly?
You're so welcome! Eating keto-friendly really depends on your daily intake of carbs, so there is not straight forward answer. However, coconut milk and stevia are both lower carb than regular milk and sugar, so it would be better suited for a ketogenic diet!
If you stick to the nutrition label's *Serving Size* of chia seeds, then yes! Eating 2 tablespoons worth of chia for a pudding would not hurt you! Keto is not about being afraid of Carbs. It's just that not all carbs are created equal. Fiber is a *"Good Carb"* and Fiber is great for digestion (keeping those bowel movements regular), & helping you stay full longer. Chia Seeds specifically have protein, healthy fat, and the carbs are basically all pure fiber! ( *Bad carbs* for those on Keto, would be sugars & starches! So we try to avoid those at all costs) When on keto, it does not mean, NO CARBS EVER! It just means low carb, and you are allowed to have around 15g worth of it per day! A lot of people say you can have 20g or less per day & still stay in ketosis, but for my body personally, I cant go past 15g max per day if I wanna stay in ketosis! And you definitely want that max amount to be majority Fiber-Based carbs! As long at you keep it majority Fiber, and keep it under 15 grams per day, you should be perfectly fine! Flax seeds are good too! Also "Hemp Hearts"... They are keto friendly as well! Just like Chia seeds, they are packed with protein, healthy fat, and Fiber! Sticking to proper serving sizes is key! And just being careful how much you have per day is key. UNSWEETENED ORGANIC coconut milk is fine! Make sure that sugar was not added! And liquid Stevia drops are fine. Though I prefer to just use a small tiny amount of raspberries or blueberries to help sweeten it. A small portion of berries is as close to fruit as keto folks are allowed! lol! (Besides something like lemons or Limes for water or cooking)
I just made it right now and I will hopefully update you tomorrow if I remember to tell you how it tastes since it has to stay in the fridge overnight! 🙂
I used regular cows whole milk usually lactose free and some are floating on top while the ready sink to the bottom when I mixed it? I hope it turns out great
Great instructions. I’m a diabetic and have to use stevia for sugar. Will that be ok. I always use unsweetened almond milk in my recipes. That honey looks so good but too much sweetness for me. Any advice would sure be appreciated.
made it last night but the texture did not work out. I followed exactly your instructions. But in the morning I checked my chia pudding has soup like texture. Can you please tell me why? What would you suggest so that it turns out well?
I just had mine I made last night thanks for the recipe 😃I used coconut milk but I used a little more than 1/2 cup and also used coconut treacle instead of maple 🙌🏼
Best chia seed pudding on UA-cam straight to the point and have the measurements good job thank you
