    Good evening!! I have a question for you. Are chia seeds supposed to keep me full, or can I still eat a light breakfast. I usually take the smoothie/pudding around 530 AM, and sometimes I still feel like I can still eat at around 8/9 AM. I make the smoothie with 60g of rolled oates, 1 table spoon of chia seeds. ½ cup of almond milk and ½ cup of water, 1 scoop of protien powder, and 1 Oikos yogurt. The yogurt is 0 cal 0 sugar 0 carbs. Thank you in advance!!

    This looks yummy! Thanks for sharing. Question- if this is a breakfast meal- where is the protein? A substantial source of Protein is a must if we’re using this as a meal versus just a snack to feel satiated. If I add Greek yogurt to this for the protein- how much yogurt should I add to keep that creamy consistency? By adding the yogurt do I then have to tweak the measurements of the milk and chia seeds?
