Am I missing something, or could your proportions be off? For 1/2c. milk, you use 2 tbsp chia. Multiply both sides by 4, to maintain the proportions, and 2c milk should get 8 tbsp chia. That's 1/2 c. of chia. You say you're using 1/4 c.

@Doc Atheist Hi there - I believe I did say 1/2 cup of chia seeds in the video when I discuss the batch prepping portion. Can you tell me where it was stated as 1/4 cup of chia?

I'm a teacher and I have to say that you are an excellent teacher. The way you presented the recipes, from speaking slowly and clearly, to writing out the instructions, and showing everything step by step--those are all the best teacher practices that I have been taught. This was awesome to watch, thank you!

Wow, thank you so much for the amazingly kind words! This is actually one of the best comments I've received here and it made my day, so I really appreciate it. I always try to present the information in the most accessible way I can to make it easily digestible for anyone - even someone with zero cooking experience. So it's incredibly rewarding to hear those comments coming from a teacher :) Thank you so much!

I totally agree! They're such a great time saver, and because they're already pre-ripened, they taste great right out of the bag. Frozen peaches and pineapples are two of my other favs as well!

And where I live, it’s hard to get really good mangoes because they have to pick them too early, like I used to get in Puerto Rico…so the frozen ones are ripe and taste amazing!

I make cashew milk for my chia pudding. 1 cup raw cashews covered with water refrigerated over night. Drain next morning, dump in blender and add 4 cups water and 1-3 seeded dates. Blend on high for 2 minutes. I top the chia pudding with fresh berries. Love it.

My go to are more overnight oats with chia seeds in it. I use a mix of oats, chia seeds, soy vanilla protein powder, soy milk and sweetener. I have sweeteners with different tastes, and I love caramel and maple flavor. I have berries and sometimes passion fruit on top 😋
I mostly goes for the one over here, but a cafe in my town has layers of raspberries/strawberries purée and mango or passion fruit purée, and one with chocolate pudding and peanut butter on top 😋 I have made with vegan Nutella in or on top too at home. There are so many yummy ways to eat this, and I eat one everyday 🥰😋
    Thanks again!

I recently watched your video on 'CHIA PUDDING » 6 Flavours for Easy, Healthy Breakfast Snacks | Spring/Summer Meal Prep,' and I must say, it was fantastic! I have tried this recipe and love the unique way you cooked and presented each flavor of chia pudding. It's a delightful and nutritious breakfast option for any season.
In my personal experience, chia pudding has become a staple in my morning routine. It's not only easy to make but also incredibly versatile, allowing me to customize it with different flavors and toppings.
One more thing, I made this recipe with True Elements Chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. The quality of True Elements Chia seeds definitely made a difference in the taste and texture of the pudding. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

If you don't like the seed texture, use ground chia for a smooth recipe. You can buy it pre-ground or just grind it in a coffee grinder or blender, before using in your recipe! 🙂👍

And if you use a neutral flavor sweetener instead of maple (such as agave) and the add a little real vanilla extract to the base mixture, it taste almost exactly like smooth tapioca pudding. To get an exact match on real tapioca pudding flavor, you would have to used cane sugar. But I think the idea here is to avoid that in the diet.

I made your mango and coconut chia pudding. I caught a small taste and it catapulted me straight to a tropical island. A little mini-vacay.
I also experimented with a peanut butter and jelly idea by adding pb2, maple syrup, and homemade oat milk(SO much cheaper homemade) to the base, then blending it extra well(this one will get chunky without the extra five minute blend, no doubt), and layering the pudding with a strawberry preserve.
