  • This week I am out of town with the family but I didn't want to leave you hanging!
    I will be back next Wednesday with a Q&A!
    Here is a video on how to hyper-nourish with recipes for a hyper-nourishing salad, salad dressing, and dessert from my upcoming book, Goodbye Lupus Hello Delicious which will come out this summer (I will announce it!), and a hyper-nourishing smoothie recipe!

    Recipes below!

    Salad : spinach, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, romaine, tomato.

    Dressing: blend 1 avocado, 2 TB Dijon (use less if you don’t like strong mustard flavor), 3TB Braggs Aminos, 3 cloves of garlic (or less if you prefer), 3TB lemon juice, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast and about a cup of water (add more for thinner consistency).

    Cherry Pie Dessert: crust:1/2 cup ground flax (pinch of salt and pinch of cinnamon) filling blended frozen bananas and cherries (about 6 oz total)

    Smoothie Daily Drinker from SmoothieShred.com Spinach, handful of chia seeds, banana, mango and pineapple and water.

    Im about 2 weeks in doing her smoothie and this salad dressing. The inflammation and pain levels in my joints has gone down so much i canceled my knee replacement surgery yesterday. Im going to give my body a chance for about 6 months and see where i am. I'm amazed!

      I was scheduled for knee replacement when I was 27. I ate nothing but bananas and green smoothies for a month and also cancelled the surgery. It’s ten years past now and so long as I eat 100% unprocessed, whole, natural plant foods, my knees don’t make a peep 👊🏼
      Surgery sucks. Especially when it’s avoidable.

      Have you followed Dr Terry Wahls? She’s a Doc specializing in MS (she was invalid) but recommends entirely different food approach- wonder what works…?

    • @jajajajaja357
      @jajajajaja357 7 місяців тому

      @@Sbannmarie298 Dr. Wahls is actually not so different. She does not touch any dairy ever. She does not touch any gluten ever. That means she eats vegetables and fruits and meats (unfortunately).
      I definitely prefer the raw way...with lots of fruits though and NO added fats like nuts or avocadoes.
      My husband was diagnosed in 2015. He immediately switched to no fat /high fruit RAW foods and totally stopped the progression. He is not taking any meds. He has no pain. He is super super high raw...high fruit.
      In the evening he has tons of steamed vegetables.......sometimes adding a potato or sweet potato.
      He keeps it all super low fat and high carb.
      Whenever her eats crisps or pizza or cookies he REALLY feels it the next day so that is a self-limiting thing because of the symptoms coming back.
      He is cheating less and less and less......because he feels the difference in wellbeing.
      MS totally can be managed And VEGANISM......actually AS RAW AS POSSIBLE......is the way ......at least from our experience.

      @@tonymaurice4157 what helped me with my back pain, in addition to smoothies, is intermittent fasting. 18:6, sometimes, I can go even 20 hours or more now that my body’s used to it. I usually have my last meal around 5 PM and my breakfast at 11-11:30 AM. The body heals and repairs itself during fasting. It’s just amazing. I hope it works for you too. There’s nothing like being healthy.

    A family member of mine had achy joints all over. I got that person to drink 64 oz of smoothie a day and now their joints are fine! But once they start eating junk and less hyper-nourishment, they feel their symptoms again. But they now understand the correlation and are choosing to be healthier. Thank you so much Dr. G! 💕💕🙏🙏

    I just made the salad + dressing and finished a big plate of it, using half the blender-full of dressing. I’m almost positive I want to make another salad tonight using the rest of the dressing- is that too much sodium, or is a whole blender of the dressing just fine consumed in one day? I’ve asked her that before; I believe her response was that they’re not ideal because their omega 6 content outweighs the omega 3 content. They’re about 3:1 (o-6: o-3), whereas chia and flax seeds are reversed ratios, making the omega-3 (anti-inflammatory fuel) much higher than 6 (inflammatory fuel). I hope this was helpful and not interrupting 🙂. If I’m incorrect, you can respond to me with a mean emoji 😁

    • @flattlandermontgomery1524
      @flattlandermontgomery1524 11 місяців тому +3

      Same reason as the fruit, they make the food taste good and keep us eating the healthy stuff. As long as they don't interfere with the healing, they are ok to use.

    • @marianbadea369

      @@flattlandermontgomery1524 But that's the thing... they do interfere! All fermented things can lead to a proliferation of bad bacteria, yeast, fungus... The good bacteria just feed on plant matter like the leafy greens.

      @flattlandermontgomery1524 11 місяців тому +8

      @@marianbadea369 Well Dr. Goldner bases her recommendations on results. According to what she says, she has not seen a difference in patients that eat the foods in question and the ones who don't as long as they are getting the minimum nutrients and not eating stuff that's not allowed.
      So that's what I mean by interfering, I mean that if someone is doing the protocol and is experiencing healing, then there is no need to avoid those things. People can choose to avoid them if they want or if they have sensitivities but most people have no issues with them.
      I stopped getting yeast infections when I gave up dairy, meat and eggs no matter how much bread I eat, nutritional yeast I use, or kimchi etc,, I have never gotten a yeast infection in the last 5 years since I became vegan and I used to get them frequently and so severely I had to call off work and go to the ER.
      Hope this helps to understand and remember, you have the choice and don't have to eat them at all. I do because it helps me stick to the plan. I healed my joint pain and menstrual cramps and I keep going because I have other more minor things I want to heal.
