Hey Dr. G, thank you for the free training. I binged watching all 4 hours. It was such a blessing. I understand now the disease causing foods and why the protocol works. The testimonials take it to another level - Auto- immune disease is serious stuff, requiring serious measures. I want to take my smoothies more seriously.
I'm adding mint to my smoothie this Saturday in honor of the Kentucky Derby!

I use the hyper nourishment smoothies and it helps so much. Bone spurs stopped. Pain and fatigue is an ouch less. I’m going to do the full protocol until my fatigue and pain completely goes away!

It's been almost a year i stepped in stress, and its been 9 months i mourn. Without osteopath, massages and bach flower remedies my heart rate was out of wack. I leveled up, no extrasystoles at night for couple of weeks, and then i had stress and boom tachycardia again. All that eating good. Two days of bach flower remedies made me feel good again. But i figured out i have not to stress at any cost until my health and nervous system strengthens enough to endure stress.
Stress is a HUGE thing.

Hi Dr G. I also just started adding flax seeds back to diet and started small 1-2 tbsps a day and it brought down my period early as well and extended it 2-3days further. I have not increased to 1/2 cup yet, so I'm not sure what is happening hormonally, but I just wanted to say "me too" for this concern. Chia seems to constipate me, but i will try again at smaller doses. Thanks for all you do.
Do you think that I can benefit with being diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia?
Please 🙏 let me know how you guys found collagen? Because I feel my bones hurts since I started this plan for 3 months now. But my bones hurt so bad and my skin thinner and thinner. Please help….. ❤ I lost 28 lbs in two months. I went my doctor and they all suggested I should at least eat salmon….. I do feel much energy until now I start feel my bones hurt such like my clavicle hurts ( there is no joint) and my skin is thinner and thinner and I am still keep loosing weight…. Collagen is loosing. I did my blood work and showed I do lack of some nutrients but collagen is very important for bones and skin and hair.
Hp borderline diabetic arthritis possible lupus.... Anemia low iron.... sciatica
How can we get enough collagen from this plan?
I'm entitled to absolutely nothing, but I kinda feel that this talk today was meant specifically for me. But I'm not so lucky. I'm satisfied with others getting well.

You are entitled to health and happiness...just keep doing the smoothie and drinking lots of water and you will also have happiness and health and freedom.

“Gym bro” said that dont do anything related with anti inflamation after workout. We do workout to break i.e inflaming and regrow our muscle. And anti inflamation will cancel out the muscle growth process. So let the muscle inflame. This is sound logical to me, but i feel like something is missing here. Somethings wrong. Please give this an answer, thankyou !!
