- From a recent live Q&A: (Make sure to come to the next one May 13 - livestreamed here)
Question - why do you recommend raw foods for hyper-nourishment instead of cooked?
Simplest answer: RESULTS. We do what works best, and the results speak for themselves.
Hyper-nourishment is our protocol for disease reversal that optimizes cellular repair and optimal immune function. The ingredients for hyper-nourishment must be consumed uncooked to deliver those unmatched results. Now, Not everyone needs to have a 100% raw diet to get healthy. And not every raw diet is a disease-reversal diet.
In our Rapid Recovery programs that have helped over a thousand people reverse chronic diseases like autoimmune diseases in a matter of weeks, we use Pure (raw) hyper-nourishment is the most rapid way to get the fastest most profound results.
The only exception that I don't mention in the video, is theoretically, if you are in a country where there is a lot of contamination in water and produce that makes it dangerous to consume raw foods, you might need some hot water or other intervention to make your food safe. That said, I have done this program with people on every continent with great success so that is a super rare and mostly hypothetical exception.
Follow the results, not your hypotheses or your fears, and you will do great!

Even though I love knowing the answer to things, I have so much respect when Doctors tell you they don't know.
Such honesty and integrity and humility allows for so much more trust with a doctor who willingly admits that, especially amongst the conflicting dietary information out there.
Thankyou Dr Goldner.
If it works, it doesn't matter why it works. It could even be placebo. They don't need to know. They just need to follow the instructions.
YOU are a great doctor, I am glad I found you.
Dude, please don’t lump in all “cooked” food into one bucket. Eating nutrient dense vegetables ain’t the same as having McDonalds. It just isn’t.
Thank you so much Dr. Goldner for all of your work, books and videos!
This is huge!! Thank you!!
Grateful to you doc , and your husband as well !
Thank-you for explaining this 🎉
Dr G is my all time favorite Doctor! I love her husband Thomas, too.
Thank you for your great videos, going to start my journey to help me with my Sjogren and Lupus
Whoever you are, hope you got rid of those diseases, have a healthy and happy life
WOW THANK YOU... LONG Time been waiting answers on this
So my old theory stands... AVOIDANCE IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN ADDING
I dont understand why you think adding is superior tho.. is it like psychologically easier to do.? So it would be best to add on ling run? Like adding a little brings you A LOTT faster or easier on the right side long term.. while avoidance negativity conotation means people will want to avoid doing it at all...
Hmmm.. psychologcally easier... hmm
Norman Walker Raw Food Expert says that when you cook your food using the temperature over 130degree it kills the enzymes that are needed for proper digestion and that is why you will benefit greatly from raw food 🍱. “Fresh vegetable and fruit Juices”, “Diet & Salad”…
Yet, I can digest cooked food much easier than raw
I cant eat all raw foods...It really hurts my stomach...I can juice things but right now I need more nutrition..I did alot of raw once and it made me worse..What I am finding out is that everyone is different and there is not one size fits all...I even did a 30 day juice fast and it didnt do much........People that can eat all raw are very fortunate...
For some people, she has them start out with juices and then slowly adds raw foods.
Start out slow with raw foods and slowly increase it. It is mostly likely that your gut bacteria need to adjust to the fiber. I’ve heard other gut doctors talk about this.
@@debbimorgon2988 I think I tried that and it didn't work ..
@@ninasnutritionandwellnessvideo I'm afraid of losing too much weight
@@mariejones7136 I lost a bunch of weight, but I gained it back really quickly.
I have gained soooooo much more energy after starting to eat lots of raw vegg in my green smoothie, it’s true that raw veggs are truly better than cooked vegg,
Same here, but still, i wonder where and why the cooking veggies idea come from. And become “international standard”. Weve been taught that the purpose of cooking is to kills germ, bacteria, and toxin. But this video makes me rethink about it
Also tapeworm and its eggs. Maybe there is a way to wash veggs to get rod all of dangerous substances without cooking
Maybe because cooked food is often cooked in oils which are inflammatory. Also, they could be cooked at too high of temperature and or the high temps and the oils together, which we all know is not good.
Hi Doctor Goldner! Do you have any experience with people with SIBO? If they had to adjust their hyper nourishment protocol according to this condition?
Tiptoe in and trust that microbiome has to adjust. I’m doing it and testing how much at a time. I’m doing kale, arugula, romaine, ginger, blueberries. I couldn’t do blueberries at first but since I’m mostly raw for now it’s working, still figuring out dosage of flaxseed, chia, flax oil to wake up my colon.
I cheer you on. Sibo is very difficult but we can get better. I will pray you find the way to healing and for peace. 🙏🏼
what if you cant handle goitrogenic raw cruciferous because of thyroid sensitivity? Also a thyroid which is super sensitive to iodine? What to swap the cruciferous with? Does raw asparagus and peas work decently in the smoothies?
Read Thyroid Healing by Anthony William
I’ve ate cooked vegetables for years and helps so much
Raw veggies are hard on digestion
It is something you build up to! Your gut gets used to it...
please assist me am newly diagnosed, and i, want to get better soon, i am for raw diet. last week after smoothie of raw spinach, and fruits as per your video, i had a running stomach. i avoid anything that will cause a running stomach because also have irritable bowel syndrome. other question, After smoothie am i supposed to eat any other food during the day?
Dear Dr. Brooke..the cruciferous smoothie, can I add herbs like garlic and turmeric in it?
Yes you can add herbs to smoothies and your foods
Dr G. if not cooked instead can we stem them like broccoli and cauliflower ?
Ask John rose
Norman Walker can answer your question why raw foods matter. You can check his book.
@all hi, can we add beets and carrots in my smoothie blender along with spinach and cabbage as these all are Cruciferous vegetables?
Yes, you can! The goal is a minimum of 1 lb cruciferous veggie over the course of the day. You can also eat all other veggies in unlimited quantities, they just do not count towards the 1 lb cruciferous veggie minimum...
How would you avoid ecoli with raw veggies?
You wash you veggies... There are a ton of suggestions on how to kill bacteria; try a UA-cam search on the topic

I have always heard that cooking kills the enzymes?
Cooking vegetables destroys some of the nutrients and the enzymes. Eat the veggies raw in salads or on your plate or in a smoothie. Vegetables have by far the most nutrients. A little fruit can be added to the smoothie or the salad to make it taste a little better.
Does juicing my greens provide the same nourishment as eating them?
Not juicing... smoothies. Blending them into smoothies provides the same nourishment as eating them raw. However, the volume of veggies you can eat per day is much smaller than the volume you can drink. So, while you can try eating them, you may not get as much nourishment (or benefit).
Make smoothies.! They still have all of the fiber and nutrients intact. Juicing removes the much needed fiber that the guy needs to heal itself. But juicing is a wonderful option as well. Maybe incorporate 1-2 juices per day but focus mainly on green smoothies.
Maybe the cooked food is using bad oils like most food from restaurants. Cook yourself with olive oils to keep maintain the omega 6:3 ratio. It’s really tough to keep eating raw food. If cooked food with olive can keep the omega ratio in positive, maybe it’ll help people more to push through the diet
And maybe it will cause all sorts of problems. You're obviously not a nutrition or health care professional. Leave it to those who are.
Thanks.
No need to be rude
Thank you ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🌹
Can you get to much iron from the smoothies?
The body won't allow too much of anything if its natural foods. Supplements on the other hand are different
He ditched the cooked food or he ditched the Chinese?
Oh because you need to add stuff to remove stuff?.. oh but not eating on many cases heals more then eating cause its food poisoning.. water fasting example supervised..
Guess the psychological positivity aspect makes adding focus superior
Ignore me
Its just cause if id eat for example only potatoes replacig ajimals produ ts dairy for just more potatoes... youll be so much healthier.. but same time leafy greens raw so insanely important.. thats just soemthing i used to encourage as an activist food poisoning must be avoided 100% or it wont work.. and i feel its very important cause people alwyas makes excuses.. and adding leafy greens wont remind them how insanely important it is TO COMPLETLY AVOID POISON PRODUCTS i try not to focus on cooked tho.. fruits being too sugary i always have to explain and nuts too high omega6 with now im adding exception because howard turner doctor in quebec a devotee of yours doctor? Im guessing.. who linked me to you saying dont need his help just see you brooke.. said wallnuts were ok so im confusex.. tried it yesterdat ... itching hairs balls dandruff acne felt so angry itchy irritated.. n only does that when i eat too fatty or sugary.. ill have to test it again to be sure still have a box to empty.. but im afraid im gona regret it... cost a lot neways wouldnt mind gettin rid of that fkin piece of sht nuts all together and fkin fruits costly nice fiber nutrients n better then alternative i tend to eat without those candies less sugar more toxic but less side effects... lol weird stuff but ao far seems true.. ill but candies no good from it except filling a sugar need n lack of purpose in my life summerr just came back.. activisms will save me talking to people and play games outside small city so not much people here except weekends i shuld go now saturday
i dint understand really how can u only eat vegetables .no carb ...from where u will get your energy??
High calorie fruits like bananas, mangos, pineapple, grapes and others, don’t forget you can add a small amount of fats in the form or chia or flax seeds or avocados (to where fat as percentage of calories is no more than 15%) this last bit is according to every other plant based doctor. And so the fat will add some calories (energy) too.
🤦🏻♂️
I have 2 smoothies a day with vegetable, flax and fruit. Each one is about 650 calories so I get 1300 calories just from the smoothies. Then I eat salads with a raw dressing or broccoli with avocado or other combinations and that brings my calories up even more. I eat flax crackers too sometimes. I get plenty of calories.
@@doritad3637you're obviously not following Dr goldners advice. Tiny percentage of fruit with huge amount of omega 3
girl your cute i wish you where my MD :}
That's interesting because some evolutionists say the human brain increased in function after eating cooked foods.
Only restaurant owners
I wonder how they can test that
The reason this was said was because we can eat more quantity of foods cooked as there is less volume. Plus all complex carbohydrates have to be cooked to be eaten. So we got more variety. Some people don't know that without complex carbohydrates we don't create serotonin. That's fine for people who have enough serotonin but certain types of people don't. I'm one of them.
Also, low serotonin is caused by not eating enough variety of foods. For example the people who live on potatoes never had low serotonin. If I restrict my foods lower than 6 or 7 different vegetables, I have low serotonin. So I increased it by adding another 5 or 6 veg in a salad and serotonin problems gone. This won't work for the average person tho as all processed foods lower setotonin anyway and I've not eaten those in decades.
@@Goodbyeeveryonehere you got that backwards because cooked foods increase in volume, not decrease, and all complex carbohydrates certainly don't need to be cooked when eaten! Do you cook bananas? 😆 And your claim about people eating only potatoes not having low serotonin doesn't make sense.
@@Channel23--Awen bananas do contain potassium and serotonin though.
Why do u charge so much for your workshops?

She’s a doctor. She had to pay to go to school to learn this information. You’re paying for experience and expertise
@@deannaperry9342 really..?? If she is a doctor then she has plenty of money....by the way her lifestyle does not work for me..I juice but raw foods give me digestive issues..have a good day..
@@mariejones7136we've all answered your questions Marie. Start small and increase gradually. You said you're scared of losing weight. So it's to do with eating only a little amount you're worried about. Nothing else. We've told you what to do and you keep making excuses. Either follow instructions or stop arguing. Simple.
She's teaching people who are potentially terminally ill how to live. What price would you put on that? Follow what she says in her books and website and stop complaining. You have such a negative attitude.
Misinformation. There is nothing wrong with cooked veggies or food in general. In fact, she talks "nourishment" apparently not knowing that the absorption of nutrients is HIGHER from cooked compared to raw veggies and other foods.
Again, Like she said tho...she is going by the results, instead of mere analytical facts.
So she chose the raw foods because people were healing from them more than they were from cooked food💗
@@alethiacharis2480 Good try. What results are you talking about? She claims to heal thousands of people, yet, publishes case studies based on two or three patients with marginal "improvements" at best. What results?
@@MrRomucha if you haven't heard the results, then I'm not sure how I can explain it to you more✨️
@@alethiacharis2480 there is a difference between hearing someone saying that she has results vs. actually having results. Ask yourself, if you cured thousands of people, would you be publishing manuscripts based on two or three individuals? Wouldn't you include data on at least houndreds of people, data that showed long-term recovery? The only reason I can think of to explain this is because she does not have any results, contrary to what she claims. It is naive to believe otherwise.
I have to boil my milk or else it's hard to digest. I put turmeric and coconut oil in it and that's my golden latte. I tried the raw food diet and I felt terrible. That said, I reduced the amount of saturated fat I ate as well as empty carbs. I eat some chicken and I like bone broth.
Yeah
And you're on the wrong channel. There's a reason your milk can't be digested. The reason is you're not a cow. You're human and intolerant to milk as all humans are.
