I believe she is correct, and they even ate that way in the Bible, and came back with a good report of how they looked better than the ones eating the king’s meat. The lord said they were eating vegetables in the beginning and put the herbs of the field for healing of the nations. I would still like recipe book for raw food because people want variety so I’ll be looking for that! God bless all fellow autoimmune lupus people out there for healing!🫶🏻

The Bible 😅 Forget we surely have not had large salads or smoothies back then or whenever... Just go eat the herbs today, on the field, in the wild 😊 Their energy is typical of someone who's constantly pumping foods all-day-long. Also, it seems that all problems with man evolving on meat can ve fixed by greens man has never had during all those million of years 😮😊😅 But hey, if it works (still) who am I to judge ...😊🎉 The damage will be seen in the next generation if not sooner or hopefully never = I would very much like to be so simple to live to the max 😅

This works! I don’t have an autoimmune disease, but all the extra flax and chia lowered my high triglycerides. I’m a whole food plant based vegan, but I need extra Omega 3 fatty acids. Easy to get in the delicious smoothie. I drink a big glass first thing in the morning and use the rest as my afternoon snack.

I'm never available to attend your Wednesday livestreams, I'll try to ask again when I can make those, but just in case here are some questions I'm really interested in knowing the answers to:
    1) Does sprouting the flax & chia seeds impart any benefits above and beyond just grinding regular seeds? What about letting the sprouts completely germinate and eating the sprouts in a salad? How is the Omega-3 quantity/quality and absorption in those cases?
    2) Is ahiflower oil recommended? It is the only other high ALA Omega-3 oil I know of, other than flaxseed oil, and is shown to boost EPA synthesis a lot (though still hard to produce DHA, and is still being investigated).
    Thanks!

I eat mainly plant based now but when my children were growing up we certainly didn't eat a lot of meat or processed food. My daughter was reading at age two and at three she had a reading age of seven. My son was also an early learner and at thirty he is slim, fit and six foot six inches tall. My daughter is thirty three now and is five foot seven and has recently become a mother. My son was always hungry growing up and I am not sure that he would have received enough calories from mainly smoothies and soup. My daughter loved fruit and particularly liked the different textures which would be lost in a smoothie. Having said all that I wish I had offered them more plant foods as they were growing up. Keep up the good work Dr Goldner. Sending best wishes from the UK.

Dr. Goldner, is there a reason why Flax oil would give me migraines? I started with 1 tbsp daily. And every time i took it, 5 different times, towards the end of the day i got a pretty severe migraine. And if i took 2 tbsp it was distinguishably stronger. Could this be due to toxicity in the brain that the healing omegas are moving around? Should i start at a lower dose and slowly move up if thats the case? Or is flax oil just not for me? Again i tried it 5 times just to ensure it wasnt coincidence. Im using the common Flora brand.

The keto doctor who pulled Dr. Brooke’s legs is obviously envious of how unbelievably intelligent her children are. The carnists will never accept realities beyond their belief system, but the raw vegans are relatively cautious about bombarding definitive statements. Either way, can’t wait till the children grow up to teach the world about its hidden treasures and mysteries.

This might be a silly question, I’m adding my HN smoothies each day and I’m excited for the help from the omega 3’s, no ailments just want to feel my best and felt I’m missing something when I avoid ALL overt fats for anything longer than a few weeks(as I’ve been ‘taught’ these last 5 years vegan)…but Q please: I’ve noticed that when I eliminate I see what looks like plenty of whole chia. Is this the norm? Am I still likely to be absorbing the nutrients I need from them? How can you tell? Sorry if it’s TMI. 😜
