  • This is a 45 minute fun power flow where we play with focus or drishti. We’ll balance, notice our thoughts, challenge our focus, and build the muscle memory of concentration (Dharana).

    Brilliant lot of twists and movement, some love and kindness to meditate. I got the choose your own adventure reference, a yoga twist to it. Cool !

    In addition to the focus, fun, and flow, I found myself using another f-word... fight. Throughout the wobbles and falls, I repeated that word to myself and was able to do something I have never done before: warrior binds on BOTH sides! Thanks again for teaching amazing classes and thank you for sharing your energy with us. As catering chef who spends his life in constant din and demand, your class brings lots of calm and focus to it.

    Helen, I loved this. Great mix of getting my heart rate up, working on balance, and holding into poses for several breaths. I loved some of the fun poses at the end--the whole class was interesting and kept my attention. Thank you!
